I ve bought 2 motorcycles from them so far and every time has been quick easy with no issues! My 2nd bike i did the whole deal through text messages was easy and they updated me with every process! Sent me pictures soon as it was built and put on the show room floor!

I was completely impressed with Scott and Barbara's professionalism and customer service. Their staff is not only friendly but also highly skilled. It was a pleasure to drive 70 miles for good old-fashioned customer service. Customer for life!!!

Been coming to Dutchess Rec since I was a kid. Came in for Christmas shopping, Scott was able to make Christmas a success for my daughter and get her a new 2023 Yamaha Raptor 90. Highly recommend Scott & Dutchess recreational vehicles for all your off road needs.

Scott Over at Dutchess Recreational went above and beyond to help me with the purchase of my bike. Couldnt be more happy with how he handled everything. The People in the finance department were just as good answering emails and calling me back. Everybody was very kind. I would recommend Dutchess Recreational to anybody and everybody. They will service my Bike and i will def buy another Bike from them again. Thank you guys for everything you have done!!!

Went into Dutchess rec and spoke with Scott. Spoke with him about buying a ATV for my fianc�. We ultimately decided to purchase a 2023 Cfmoto Cforce 500 for her and a new 2023 Yamaha Raptor 700R for myself to replace the 06 Raptor I gave my stepson. Probably the best experience I ve had buying something. No pressure and very informative. A+

I m a little late on my review but this place has it all. I worked with Scott on the sales floor looking for PWC s and I have to say I will only be working with him from here on out, he s a really cool guy with lots of knowledge and experience with all kinds of machines so if you go here ask for Scott and I guarantee you ll be very impressed with how personable, knowledgeable, and how he runs the sales floor. He s the #1 guy to go to everyday if the week.

Previously left a 5 star review but I was to reiterate on how good the parts department is here. Joe got me taken care of when buying my fork seals, oil and oil change for my FZ07, gave me some good suggestions and was super helpful

I was in the market for my first motorcycle, more specifically a 3 wheeler. I can honestly say I'm glad I found Dutchess Recreational Vehicles. Kayla was very helpful and patient with me from the start. The Owner also worked very hard with me to ensure the price was something I could manage. And when I came in, multiple people were willing to help me with all of my questions. Kayla, along with the rest of the team gave me the confidence to mount on my bike for my first big ride! Glad I did it. Thank you all again for everything.

Scott was very professional and was able to make me a great deal and got me out the door very quickly. He gave a great explanation of the bike controls and even helped me load it safely. Barb had all my paperwork together and made the transcation very easy

I purchased a Yamaha TTR230 in November, Scott was my salesman, super helpful and accommodating, made the whole process easy. I was so pleased that I went back four weeks later and purchased a Kawasaki KLX 230R Again, Scott was everything you want in a salesman, friendly, efficient and no B.S. I can t say enough good things about my overall experience from start to finish. Also had the best prices, don t waste time with any other dealer.

Kayla and Morgan were the best helping me get everything in order for my 2023 RXT X 300 and i couldn t be happier, Barbra in financing was super sweet and also incredibly helpful. Eric and Matt are the best Tech s hands down installed my parts same day so I could be on my way. Can t wait to hit the water

Went in on a Friday afternoon and had the pleasure to work with Kayla. I told her what bike I wanted and she gave me all the options they had available. Decided on the Honda rebel 1100 DCT in black. While I worked on the finance with Barb ,who was also a pleasure to work with she prepared the bike to be ready to leave later that day. Overall it was a great experience and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a motorcycle.

Purchased a CF Moto ATV for our son a few months ago & shortly after purchasing it we received a letter from CF Moto that there was a recall on the main safety feature we specifically purchased this model for. We were told to bring the atv in to have the feature removed & in turn were to receive a $500 from Dutchess RV. We brought the atv in for the service & was told to pick it up later in the day. When we went to pick it up was told we were misinformed & they would have to keep it for a few days. We have been calling since January & were told it will be sent soon. Again when we called on March 5th was told the check was mailed on March 1st. We have still not received the check & called today & was told the owner is out of town. We have had nothing but trouble dealing with them & were looking to buy another atv but will never purchase anything from them again. Buyer beware!

I ordered a jacket on 11/24 through Ski-doo. It was finally shipped to this dealer on 12/8 , which is not reflection on this dealership. However, as of today, I still have not received the jacket,which is a reflection on them. When I call, I am told someone will call me back. That does not happen. When I call Ski-do, I am told the same thing which leads me to believe no one from this dealership is responding to them either. I understand everyone is short on employees but a little communication does go a long way.

Excellent experience from start to finish as new customer. Big thanks to Mike and team for taking care of all my needs which included multiple new bikes(in current and future inventory), a trade-in, and not quite local delivery. I guess you never know when you go someplace for first time, and in my case the ease and seamlessness of the entire process at DRV was beyond expectations.

bought a sweet KTM here. but let me tell you about Scott on the sales floor. i worked with him and will only work with him going forward. this man is extremely knowledgeable about all types of recreational vehicles. answered every question i had. also, he made the whole process an absolute pleasure. he asked what i was interested in, showed me a bunch of different bikes in my price range/vehicle type and let me decide what i wanted instead of trying to sell me something. i really believe he is here to make the process easier and not just to make money. awesome experience. Give this man a raise, bonus, and promotion. he s really here for the customer.

Had a awesome purchase experience at DRV picked up a new Kawasaki mule for my camp up north , right off the bat Morgan the sales associate that helped me took me through all the sidexsides and had me test drive them till I found the right one , she was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the machines ,at delivery Ossama was right on time and very professional , I can say enough good things about DRV except it is the only place I would go for my recreational vehicle needs

Went to Dutchess Rec to see my old friend Steve. Steve has always been a straightforward kind of guy. I ve bought machines at places he s worked in the past. Went to see him about some questions I had about the new Yamaha Super Jet and he ended up having one right there at a fair price. It was exactly what I was looking for. Everyone I had to deal with there, like Scott the salesman and Barbara made the deal very easy. I look forward to doing more business in the future.

Stopped in today to purchase filter oil. I informed the parts employee that I had a foam filter and asked what type of oil he recommends. He said any of them would be fine... I originally chose/purchased the PG1, then when leaving I noticed a type of oil that is specific for foam filters (which I have). I asked the same parts associate if I should get the foam specific oil instead. He stated he didn't know the difference between the two. I then asked to exchange the original oil for the foam specific. The employee was very "short" with me throughout and it was clearly an inconvenience to him that I was there.

Even with riding season upon us they got my bike in quick AND when they ran my VIN saw 2 Factory recalls that I didnt know about.They made it a priority to bring my bike in too. Service department was super friendly, courteous and answered all my questions. This definitely is my dealership for service from here on.
