This is my second time coming back to chris for a lease. He is amazing! So sweet, he made me feel very comfortable and explained everything to me to make the process go nothing but smooth. He is such a genuine human and wants nothing but the best deal for his customers! I have sent family and friends to him over the years and would never recommend anyone else!Ps: he s great with dogs!!! My gus got fresh water, fries and a walk around the dealership while I was signing my papers!!! All pups welcome!

I came for my 1st service since II bought my car. While waiting I had some questions on the use of some functions. While talking to Dan, a personal tragedy that I had recently came up. He was so kind and Caring toward me. When my car was done, he came outside to show me the answers to all my questions. I cannot recommend Dan strongly enough for his kindness, knowledge of the vehicle and the patience he showed me!! He is an outstanding human!! Call him if you need a new car, you will not be disappointed!!

I recently bought a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and could not have been more impressed with the dealership and the salesman Thomas.From the first time on the lot and up to the day we drove off the lot Thomas was knowledgeable, accessible and reasonable. No high pressure sales pitches and no badgering phone calls, just answers when needed and space when needed. Would definitely buy another car from Thomas.

I cannot say enough good things about Dan and Kevin. They got me into the exact car I wanted within days and the finalization process was quick and easy. I had a great experience buying a new car with Chris. He gave a fair price for the new car and my trade-in, didn't hide information about the NY state plug-in rebate program, didn't pressure me through any part of the process, and even made himself available on a day off. I would do business here again.

Just bought my new Kia Forte from Chris Jarrin. He was amazing. This is the 2nd car I purchased from him and I will buy my 3rd from him. He is friendly and very knowledgeable. I just recently graduated from college and started shopping around for my first car. I ve had my eyes set on the Kia Seltos since it was first introduced back in 2021, and Dutchess Kia has been incredibly helpful and resourceful throughout the entire purchase process. Dan is spectacular and truly makes sure you get the best experience. He is highly educated on the models and thorough when it comes to making sure you learn everything about your new car, asking if you have any questions or concerns along the way even if you may seem sure of yourself. Kevin has been just as great and has helped streamline the entire financial process. Martha was my saleswoman and did a phenomenal job! Our first evening in, KIA was an hour from closing but Martha was still thorough and was patient. We have 2 kids in carseats and she was so wonderful while we set the kids up and verified the vehicle would be a good fit for us. She was never pushy and worked with our budget and made it happen!
