My Chevy duelly needed an alignment badly I contacted my dealership and was informed that because of the size of my vehicle they could not do it. I then called a friend who has a towing business and he highly recommended Del Hatt. I called and made an appointment. From the very first, my experience with Del Hatt was most favorable. Cortney who made the appointment was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Upon dropping off my truck Cortney took her time to answer all my questions and gave me an estimated time for completion to which they accomplished ahead of schedule. Returning to pickup my truck I realized I had forgotten to ask them to investigate and fix a slow leak in a rear tire. Doug came out to talk with me and took the pressure reading on the tire. It was low. My experience with Del Hatt only got better, rather than having to make another return appointment they said they would do everything possible to fix the tire by the end of the day. They accomplished what they said.In conclusion, I can t speak highly enough about my experience at Del Hatt. The staff, Cortney and Doug were outstanding and a delight to interact with! The service performed was done professionally and with documented accuracy. I would and will highly recommend Del Hatt!

We travel 15 miles to get our car worked on at Del Hatt automotive. We have gone here on multiple occasions when our local shop cannot take care of it.Always impressed with the analysis of our vehicles when they go over them.Our recent experience has been great. Very extensive suspension issues on a car with a lot of miles that we're trying to keep on the road.They were able to make the car drive as if it's a new car.

Very good professional shop. Everyone is very helpful and courteous, very reasonable prices. Had alignment done on my truck and had it bsck same day. Truck steers perfect now. Will definitely be going back in the future and will recommend to anyone. Thanks to the team at Del Hatt

I had been driving by Del Hatt and not knowing of their quality service. One day I received a mailer at a time when my vehicle needed repairs. I decided to give them a try.I appreciate how thorough they are. They assessed my car's needs and gave me a computer analysis of what needed to be done. It was not the usual response from mechanics. "I know more than you, do what I say and pay me for it." Rather, I was advised of those things that needed to be done soon and those things that could be done later.Work was completed in a timely manner and was done to my satisfaction.

In January 2022, after almost 200k miles I had a Jasper remanufactured engine installed in my 1994 Mustang, 302 V8.A year and a half and thousands of miles later, I've had no issues with the engine. It runs great and sounds excellent!I am very impressed with the quality of work especially for such a complex project.Doug has done an excellent job! The AM radio even gets better reception!Both Courtney and Jamie were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They kept me informed and up to date on the progress s of the work. They also went out of their way to source US made parts.I returned again this year for an alignment. Unlike other shops I've been to, they provide a printout of the alignment report.I plan to keep bringing my car in for service and keep it running for another 200k miles or 30 years whichever comes first!Services: Steering & suspension replacement, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment

My first visit on the recommendation of a good friend. Though I was only in for a state inspection, I got the most comprehensive report I have ever received on various things that "should be addressed soon" but wasn't required immediately to pass, and all this with pictures. And we got a detailed estimate to have the work done by Del Hatt. Many of the items I already knew about and will probably address by myself, but there was no pressure to have it done there and then. I have been looking for a good mechanic/shop to work on our cars (as I get older, I tend to not want to work on my cars as much), and will definitely consider Del Hatt for future work. Staff was very friendly, and they moved vehicles in and out efficiently. Very glad I found them.

Excellent service as always. My van was not running correctly, they took it in on same day I was having issues and got it back to me that afternoon all fixed and ready to go. I love these guys! I highly recommend them for all your vehicle needs.

I took my vehicle to Del Hatt for a wheel alignment because of the ravishing reviews about them. Everyone was polite and courteous. I appreciated Kevin's knowledge and professionalism. Unfortunately, my vehicle is still pulling to the left when I am driving. I called Del Hatt to let them know. They asked me to bring my vehicle in. Hopefully, they'll be able to rectify the problem.

Its nice to have the thorough servicing that the staff provides too include updates on the work being done and what the mechanics recommend to be done in the future. Communication both via e mail and texts kept me in the loop on the progress being made while work was being done on my motorhome. Thank You.

Was kept well appraised of status of truck all through the diagnoses and repair.Just picked up truck, on drive home in the rain truck performing fantastic and handles beautifully. Can't wait to get it out on a dry day and push it.Finally got the truck out for a good shakedown, ride felt a little spongy but the temperature had dropped a lot and I did not check tire pressure. As to performance, the truck has more power now than it has had in years, maybe ever. I am very happy with this level of performance. Can't wait to tow my camper again.Now in March, finally driving more and found a balance issue, brought in and Kevin and crew checked and found all 4 tires out of balance. Brought my car in and they fixed her in less than 24 hours everyone here is so helpful and friendly. They took and shared pictures of everything that needed to be done which is so much better than any other mechanic I ve been to. Definitely will be coming here if my car needs anything in the future. No complaints on this end... Del Hatt has been working on my trucks for a few years. Their work is thorough (and guaranteed in most cases). Long review for a great shop-The wheel and alignment shop of your dreams. Seriously.I asked a friend, is there a shop in this area that will do an alignment well, listen to all the little requests a car person might have, and take care of aftermarket wheels and lug nuts? Take care not to scratch anything? He said Del Hatt, so I went there with my new wheel set up.The quality of service and care is high, along with their experienced technicians and equipment, you can't go wrong. Being that this is a high caliber shop, the price isn't bottom of the barrel, but you are getting your money's worth, and they're really not chasing your wallet. Good people own and operate this place. They found and replaced a broken wheel stud, almost definitely broken from the last shop I stopped going to and their carelessness. Del Hatt didn't hassle me, pricing is broken down clearly, and they didn't pressure me to get that replaced, but I wanted to get it done before anything else.I'll be back for my next alignment and any suspension adjustments.Great for the average driver and the car enthusiast.They are familiar with aftermarket wheels and suspension, so you are in good hands. This shop is fantastic! My go to place. I had rear brakes and hardware all replaced and axle seals and new tires installed and alignment. The whole process is smooth as always. Kevin s great to work with and is a honest business and will tell you what is urgent or what s got some time. His techs are professional and clean and take pride in their work all the way down to the office help. Make sure your concerns of the vehicle are met and more. They also stay in touch with updates and situations on truck. I trust them with any repair. I have owned my Class C RV for 18 years and had a hard time finding a place, close to home, where I can have work done on the truck ..until 3 years ago. That is when I was referred to DelHatt by my son in law.I needed to get a NY inspection but I knew I needed tires and maybe brakes. Since I was planning on taking the RV on a long trip I asked Kevin to inspect engine, transmission, and suspension components. I know what you may be thinking, this guy is going to be taken to the cleaners; just the opposite. Where other chain automotive repair shops would have taken the opportunity to compromise a list of faults the length of my arm, Kevin and his team gave me an honest assessment at a fair price. Kevin even stated that certain items can wait and do them at a later time. Kevin discussed which tires would be best for the RV without breaking the bank and still maintaining a safe and smooth ride.In short, I will be bringing my RV and my regular vehicles to DelHatt as long as they are around; hopefully for a long time. I ve tried numerous times to get my car properly aligned at a few other shops in the area. The best I could get was a quick toe and go . I asked a few friends and they recommend Del Hatt. I was impressed by their knowledge, skills and honesty. They not only have the skills to properly align a vehicle, they re willing to take the time to get it done right. Even in this day an age you can still get lucky. My day came when I was in need of a repair to my RV. Simply the employees at Del Hatt do what they say they are going to do, and they do it right. If you have had to deal with a RV dealer, you know exactly what I mean. They are extremely helpful and willing to work with you. You will have your RV up and running in a reasonable period of time. I am a Del Hatt Customer for the foreseeable future.

I was pleased with the work Del Hatt did. The wheel alignment is good and that has been a problem in the past. Also, the parking brake works better than it has since I have owned that rig. Also, they very helpful and patient when we were talking about work scope and the explanations of the work at the end.
