About time this horrible human and business gets what it deserved. Attempted to bully and defraud me of my money after lying about tow rules that i knew were illegal. He found enjoyment in peoples misfortune and today the shoe is finally on the other foot. Hope you lose everything you've obtained through your predatory practices. Have a bad day!

Prejudice degenerate pieces of walking garbage. Nothing more than crooks. Arrogant loud mouth owner never gave me a receipt for a $350 tow. At the time, I was so disgusted with their demeanor, price, and overall customer service, i walked out after paying and when I called back to get a copy of my receipt the owner refused. The reviews on this dump speak louder than any word I can write. If I could give 0 stars I would, i just hope this place goes out of business soon.

Predatory towing indeed! They towed my husbands car within five minutes of him parking. He was on his way to his CANCER doctor and tried to explain this to the degenerate owner who told him to walk!! My husband literally arrived at the tow company right after it got towed there and was charged $240 cash! Since my husband didn t have that much cash on him, he requested to leave his ID, wallet and credit cards if he could just take the car to go to the appointment, then pick up cash at the bank and come back to pay. Again, he was told to walk. Bobby: you have no compassion or empathy. Shame on you!!!!

This place is worst of them all Bobby is a scammer and looking for away to make a dollar... Bobby is very unprofessional, and doesn t have any customer service skills. I don t understand how a scumbag like this is stilll in business.. I spoke to Bobby this morning to let him know that I couldn t locate my keys and that I have a tow company on the way to pick up the car... mind you he picked up the phone with a Yo so unprofessional... I said I took off my plates because I have to return them to the DMV and the tow company will be there before 12 noon this man went to my development and towed my car... when I spoke to him he was very aggressive and looking to start a fight while I was calm he tried to bring me out of character. He told me I didn t speak to him when I m fact I did.. I showed him my call logged and the time we spent on the phone... this guy keep telling me never spoke to me and he has no clue what I m talking about... he also said he s the only person that would of answer in the morning. Then he said I need to figure out who you spoke too when theirs no one that would answer the phone besides him. So I was lost...please don t deal with this business it s a joke... I don t know how Bobby stills stands today the office and lot is in the worst shape ever!

This man is the scum of the earth, his blatant disregard for the law is public record and he has the nerve to violate the rights of innocent citizens! It is not only unadvisable to voluntarily support him, it is morally corrupt!. if you find yourself towed by him, LAWYER UP!

Scary looking derilicts that work out of a dump on Smith St Pok... will overcharge you and tow your car within mins at McDonalds Main St Poughkeepsie... even if you re on your way in to eat there. Don t stop to say hi to someone on the street cause your foot goes on sidewalk they say your off the property and they boot and tow charging $300+ to get it back...Shame on you McDonalds!!!! Support businesses in Pok not corrupt lowlifes

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!!My son's car was towed there after a collision one morning. I arranged for a local auto body shop to pick up the car. He was very angry that someone was picking up car before the insurance company had a chance to estimate the damage. He then insisted that the towing charge (from Rt 9 North and Main St in Poughkeepsie) and one day of storage was $1000.00 and payment was expected to be in cash. A blizzard hit the area and he happened to close for two days. By the time the car was picked up (3 days later) his bill inflated to $1600.00.I strongly suggest that the local law enforcement to remove him from the approved tow lists!

If zero stars was a thing they would have it. Parked in McDonald's on Main.went into restaurant to place order, placed order, left to go next door to place order for pizza, came back to retrieve order from Mcdonald's only to find a Barnacle window boot on my car. Who does this!!!! when I pointed out the error and show the receipts they still did not make the situation right. They are a bunch of thieves and have unethical business practices, and can not be reasoned with. I am done with Mcdonalds also! Put a Boot on that! Im taking them to court!

It's too bad Google won't let me give this place no stars. Place is unprofessional the the people that work there are degenerates . There's a scary dirty looking man there who looks like the swamp people trying to tell me he runs the place . No name tag no uniform had no idea where my car was . There's a confederate flag on the property so I'm guessing there all racist . if u give the owner bobby a attitude he tries to hold your car over night to charge you more money. This slime ball will tow anything that isn't nailed down

This guy is the worst. He had my car for two months. Had to make a complaint to motor vehicles. After doing research on him after the fact I come to find that he has more judgements and complaints on him. He has a horrible attitude. I called and called to find out the status and finally after two months the car was done. Horrible job. Horrible place horrible people. The place looks like a junk yard and he has homeless people living in the cars.

This company likes to trap people behind McDonald s in Poughkeepsie. Heard a story today where they booted 7 people and even a veteran. Very unprofessional.

AWFUL PEOPLE!!!! These people were WITNESSED dropping my vehicle's front end off the back of their flatbed! Totally uncalled for, reckless mishandling of MY PROPERTY!! Thankfully, I have an eyewitness,who left me a note, detailing their mishandling of MY PROPERTY!

SHADY BUSINESS. DO NOT REQUEST ANY SERVICE FROM HERE. THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN IN COURT SO MANY TIMES AND EVEN THE BUILDING THEY WORK OUT OF SHOULD BE CONDEMNED. THEY CHANGE THE PRICES FOR TOWS WHEN THEY WANT, WHICH IS ILLEGAL. THEIR DISGUSTING EMPLOYEES HAVE NOTHING BETTER TO DO THEN WAIT IN PARKING LOTS JUST TO TOW YOUR CAR. THEY MAKE SURE THE TOW SIGNS AREN'T VISIBLE SO THEY CAN TOW YOU. THEY CHARGE EVEN IF THEY HAVEN'T HOOKED YOUR CAR. EVEN IF YOU SEE THEM AND ARGUE THE TRUTH WITH THEM THAT YOU PARKED IN THE LEGAL SPOT AS STATED ON THE TOW SIGN, THEY QUICKLY CHAIN YOUR CAR SO YOU HAVE TO PAY THEM TO GET IT OFF. EXTREMELY SHADY AND ILLEGAL BUSINESS. RIPPING PEOPLE OFF. I HAD TO GIVE A STAR BUT IT SHOULD BE NO STARS.

One star? Should be no stars. He has been boosting people's automobile's at the McDonalds on Main Street and then charging them to get the boot off. That's ridiculous! What a POS.

DO NOT GO HERE, they will RIP YOU off!!! My car was hit driver side when they did an estimate to be $2000 for repair, it is not the case. They kept adding non sense stuff and it turned out to be $6000 total. I was very upset and will SUE this place!!!!

Take him to court! He has been on The People's Court and Judge Judy, and LOST both times. Pay to get your car but take pictures, video or record it, And then take him to COURT! He process is illegal.

Towed my car after I parked at McDonald's for food , literally a bunch of hicks who hide in bushes and tow cars, shop has no sign , a bunch of junked cars looks like a derelict building , corrupt and rude , some of the worst despicable human beings I have ever met
