Just purchased my first car from Scott s Auto and could not be more happy about my purchase. If you are ever looking for a used car, I highly recommend going to Scott s Auto. They have a great selection of cars and the processes of buying one is wonderful and very easy. I worked with Dalan on purchasing my car and he walked me through every step of the process and gave me all the option on buying the car. If I had any questions about the car or any questions on the paperwork, Dalan was right there and always willing to talk and help. Last thing is that my parents have bought half a dozen cars form them and they have given them fair trade-ins and have taken very good care of my family when buying cars. Definitely makes you feel like family and wants us to continue to do business with them in the future.

Steve and his techs were great! They helped my daughter who goes to college in Canton with a dead battery issue. They were very nice and easy to work with and gave her a great deal - didn't try to sell her into a repair or replacement she did not need. Service was quick. Thanks Steve and crew!

Very trustworthy people. I first tried another dealership in Potsdam and had a terrible experience so I was apprehensive when I pulled in but as soon as I started talking with Larry I knew I found the right place. I hate negotiating so I was glad to see the prices were already discounted. The car runs great. Small dealerships like this are usually more customer friendly because just a few bad reviews can really bury them. If you're not sure where to go for a good deal on a car I strongly recommend starting at Scott's Auto.

My husband had searched locally, in Watertown, and online over the course of several months for the vehicle that he wanted to buy. He just couldn t find what he wanted. When we took our son to buy his car at Scott s Auto Center, we were very impressed with Dalan s honesty, straightforwardness, and patience. He worked with us to help to explain all of the terminology and procedures involved in buying a car to our son, a first time car buyer. During that interaction, we mentioned that my husband was struggling to find the vehicle that he wanted. Dalan told us about a new program that they were just starting where he could find the vehicle that we wanted. He took his time to talk with us and find out exactly what we wanted. Then, he searched auction sites , showing us several options. Using his knowledge and experience, he guided us to just the right vehicle. He was very upfront with all of the pricing, fees, etc., showing us the auction as it was happening. This was such a positive, low stress way to buy a vehicle! We are SO impressed with the entire experience and will definitely be returning customers. Thank you, Dalan and Scott s Auto Center for being so helpful! We love our new to us vehicle!

Excellent service! My son attends Clarkson University and his truck blew a brake line. When I called they told me that they were booked for the week but would do their best to fit it in. Two days later they called and said the repair was done. The cost of the repair was very reasonable. I highly recommend!

My wife and I have purchased 4 vehicles from Scott s Auto. The best part of buying from Scott s is the staff. Larry and Dalan treat their customers with the utmost respect, and they take care of the customer well after the purchase! I am a Silverado guy, and Dalan always searches high and low for the truck I want. I am very specific with color, interior, features, etc. Dalan and Larry have always found the exact truck with low miles for me. No pressure sales, no hassles, no gimmicks! The service department is also fantastic! Anything we need done, the staff always come pick up my vehicle, and bring it back when done. We will certainly do future business with Scott s! If you haven t tried Scott s yet for your next vehicle, you need to.

10 out of 10 would recommend Scott's Auto Center! From the receptionist to the salesman... everyone is INCREDIBLE! Truly in it for the customer. I just bought a jeep, worked with Dalon, and will ABSOLUTELY be back! Everyone was incredible to work with...look no further!

I recently purchased my first car from Scott s and it s a Ford Edge that I love! Dalan makes the process easy and straightforward. I never felt I was being given the run around and I had a truly wonderful experience!!! I highly recommend Scott s Auto Center!!!

About 1-2 weeks ago the car I had decided to cause me many problems. I went to Scott s to have it looked at/fixed and they did what they could do. But the car was going to keep causing me problems. So I was looking at trading and from the second I had the slightest thought about it, Dalan was right there for me, helping me find a vehicle that was in my price range and affordable. I recently started a new job and didn t think I d be able to get approved for a loan. Dalan worked his magic, helped me through the entire process and answered any questions I had, as it was my first car loan. The experience was amazing and I will be forever grateful for these wonderful people.

I have worked with Scott s Auto Center a couple of times and both times they have helped me tremendously choosing the right vehicle for me. Further more the workers are all very friendly and willing to help in anyway to make sure that you are satisfied with your experience at Scott s. 10/10 recommend!!

Scott's is FANTASTIC! Dalan was AMAZING. We knew we wanted the vehicle and Dalan, Larry and the rest of the staff did everything to make it happen in just over 24 hours from the initial phone call until we were driving home with our new vehicle!Vehicle is pristine. Would highly recommend checking them out if you are looking for a vehicle.

On October 14th 2019 I desperately needed a new vehicle because first vehicle gave up on me. I was recommended to go to Scott''s Auto from a family member. At first I was extremely nervous because I did not know what to expect and the idea of being a young female going by herself to fiance a vehicle was nerve-racketing.I headed to the shop and they already knew that I was coming in because of my family member. I was welcomed there with so much positivity. The receptionist asked me if I wanted to drive the vehicle that peaked my interest. The vehicle that I was interested was the only vehicle that I could afford especially being an college graduate.Going from a grand Prix to an SUV was a change for me, but it was a urgent need. I wanted to make sure my bank was on board with everything; they let me drive the vehicle back and forth to get errands done. Scott's Auto coworker's completely understood my situation and wanted to help me.There were at times where I was confused about the terms when it related to financing a vehicle, but they explained everything in a way where I completely understood. I did not leave the lot without a vehicle and left with the biggest smile on my face.

My daughter goes to college up there and they have worked on her car a few times for me and I am really happy with the work they have done. Its hard to find honest repair shops these days , these guys a rare find. I highly recommend them.

Got into a small accident and set up an appointment here to have my suspension looked at for any damage. Very friendly service, and they called promptly to tell me that my car was fine, and that they wouldn't charge me for the inspection. One of the best places I've taken my car.

Great place to go for used vehicles. They're very great people, very honest and upfront. They keep the vehicles so clean you would think that they were brand new. Would absolutely go there again

Larry is fantastic to work with--if he doesn't have the vehicle you want he will find it for you. The next time I need a car I won't hesitate to give Scott's a call.
