Just had an experience today that set me off. My wife had to use the restroom really bad and when she went into use it, it was clogged. Understandably grossed out she went out and told the woman working at Tim Hortons. (Courtney I believe her name was, spelling may be off.) She responded with an attitude as if my wife's concern was bothersome and annoying. As a worker I had figured that she would want to help and go take care of it. I believe restroom upkeep is every employee's responsibility. My wife was so upset she left the store and headed to the car. I then walked in to grab something for my son and was able to hear the woman's loud complaints and badmouthing of my wife. I was a shocked and angry. I could not believe that someone would want to complain so loudly in front of customers. I hope that it dosen't happen to anyone else as it was so embarrassing. It was a very unprofessional display conduct and overall disappointing experience. Thankfully Steve's positive attitude and demeanor was able to calm me down and help me cool off. I hope in the future this problem can be resolved with better judgement. I hope her poor attitude towards customers does not affect the other employees.

This convenience store gross s 647,000 dollars per year according to the websites that report such things yet for at-least the last 5 years the womens toilet has been broken. Why? Stop fixing it and REPLACE IT. ALSO MAYBE MAKE THE BATHROOMS UNISEX AND CLEAN THEM REGULARLY. The staff and customers should not have to endure a bathroom that is always in disrepair. Also when I spoke to the manager today he said he would look into it. I hope he does.

The pumps never seem to be working so that you can get a receipt outside. I boycotted this place for about a year. I decided to try it to see if it was better. Nope. I will go someplace different and won t be back

The girl running the counter for the convenience part of the store is absolutely awful. I ve seen her be rude to customers in front of me, and I ve experienced her rude attitude myself. When I asked for a bag for multiple items I purchased she groaned rolled her eyes and handed me a bag without bagging anything. I no longer come here for convenience store items. I do however come to the Tim Hortons, because the woman that runs that is absolutely wonderful. She s very good example of customer service. The young girl on cash register for the convenience side should train under her.

Food about average for a gas station. But you can get what ever you need for a road trip there. Mangers a hot piece also

Most generally gas pumps are not operating properly if operating at all. Receipt machine is either empty of paper or not working. There is reason people pay at the pump so there no need to go in store if a receipt is needed.

Ordered a sub with everything on it and got a sub with just lettuce tomato and took a half hour to make it

Auto shutoff didn't work, gas all over the ground, paid for on my card, no refund. Theft.

No diaper changing table in the men or women s bathrooms. Unacceptable.
