Beck has been handling our auto, motorcycle, renters, and now home owners insurance for many years and we love working with her! Even after moving downstate we still continue to work with her as our agent. She is always very responsive and helpful with any questions we have, as well as proactive about finding us the best rates.

After working with Northern Insuring Agency Commercial team, I decided to give their personal team a try.After contacting Beck Tessier in the Potsdam office, she took the time to review our vehicle and home policies, then recommended the best way to move forward. Beck saved us 4 months of insurance premiums vs what we were paying with our old company.I'd highly recommend calling and discussing your policies with her!!!

I was with my last insurance agent for over 23+ years. I was hesitant to change because I thought it just wasn't worth the hassle. Beck made the transition so easy and saved me quite a bit on my annual premium. Highly recommend Beck Tessier and this agency! So glad I took the risk.

Northern Insuring Agency is a fantastic local asset here in the North Country. I've worked with Tanya and team on commercial insurance with a few different organizations over the years and they are always informative, responsive and helpful. I've also worked with Beck on my own personal insurances and she was able to present a variety of great options. Highly recommended.

I have seen first hand the hard work and dedication Beck Tessier puts in at Northern Insuring. She treats everyone like their family always looking out for their best interest. My experience is with our business. I had not worked with the company insurance for buying a car or for an accident that happened with another vehicle. I called Northern insurance and confessed by ignorance. I am so grateful we have you as our insurance company. Ashley worked with the car dealer and had everything handled when I got there - it was a 15 minute sign and out the door. This worked so well as I was catching a flight. Thanks to her and the woman at the dealership working on this for me.......I made it!!. Another company vehicle was in a deer vs car accident.. Ashely got another call from me as I wasn't sure of the process. She walked me through it and followed up to make sure everything was taken care of. She actually did a follow up call! That was incredible. I sincerely appreciate the above and beyond service. It made a difference in time for both situations.

I have dealt with Northern Insuring for many years. Beck Tessier always is there to help me with any issues I have. She is very prompt at answering any questions or concerns. After my husband died over a yr. ago She helped switch everything over and made it stress free in my time of grief. Whenever it s time to renew my policy she searches for the best policy for my needs and budget. A big thank you to Beck Tessier who acts professionally and makes me feel like someone special. Great company keep up the good work. I highly recommend them!

I could not be happier working with Norther Insuring Agency. Beck Tessier always makes sure we are paying the lowest rates with the best possible coverage. She recently introduced us to the glove box app. while purchasing a new car over the weekend this app was able to give us all of our auto information quickly and making the transition seamless. We went to Becky Tessier at Northern Insuring in Potsdam to see if she could save us some money and improve our insurance coverage. She was able to accomplish both goals. We switched our homeowners insurance, vehicle insurance, RV insurance, and 4wheeler insurance to Northern Insuring.

Beck Tessier made picking to switch to Northern Ins. an easy choice and easy transition. She's been working for the company for a long time now, and her experience is obvious. It's been about a year since I signed on, and throughout it she's been very pro-active about finding new options and deals for me that I didn't even know existed, and making sure I understood their effects. She puts a lot of hard work into doing her job, even to the point of taking extra time outside of work to decorate the company's windows to make everyone, not just customers, feel welcome
