DO NOT buy a vehicle here, we bought a 2006 Honda Ridgeline from them, and just put 8200.00 into the front end. Kahn Mahoney is exactly what his name is, a Con! Spend your money smartly, and go somewhere else! Check out Scott's Auto in Potsdam!

Con Mahoney really lives up to his name. He is a scam artist and a liar through and through. He sold me a 2011 truck with only 25k Miles on it. It was actually a decent deal. He said they did a inspection on it and had over 2k worth of work on it at the body shop. About a week after I got it home all the issues started popping up. I put about 3k into it just to keep it on the road. The rims were rotten and leaking air, all new breaks and rotors, the Calipers were all frozen up, the rear differential was leaking. The front control arms needed to be replaced. Over all the truck is decent for the year but they just lied and scammed to make the sale. Stay away from this place at all costs and do not Trust a word FULL OF BALONEY MAHONEY tells you!

Kyle was easy to work with. There was no pressure close the deal. I have so so credit, Kyle and their financial manager were able to get me financing for my 2015 Jeep Renegade. Kyle made this purchase a pleasant buying experience.

I sadly had to trade my Colorado for a SUV, with my horrible credit Mahoney's got me approved without too much of an issue. I got a 2016 Rogue that I am still getting used to . They are friendly, joksters and made the process of letting my beloved Colorado go. I will be back when it's time for another purchase. Thanks yall.

I bought a 2011 Cadillac DTS from Mahoneys and had nothing but a PURE LEMON LAW! I took the car back to the dealership several times for overheating issues, the car smells like burning coolant, has a lifter tick when running and a handful of other issues like breaks sticking, warped rims etc after I had quotes done from other mechanics that told me what the car needs mahoney refused to fix the car when it was still under the 30 day Lemon Law. and Con Mahoney requested that I take it somewhere else to get fixed. These people don t care about there customers after the purchase of the vehicle. I highly recommend you stay far away from this place. These people have been known to do this for years! BEWARE!

I would not suggest this dealership to anyone.There prices are marked up beyond acceptable.There are many other cheaper dealerships around the community.Walking into this dealership the atmosphere is not friendly. They care about selling you a high marked up car. They don't care about communication or putting some work into the sale.

Very friendly people.I walked in thinking it would be another fail for financing but they did do it.Lots of little hurdles because of our situations but they pulled us through all of them and now a proud owner of a very nice vehicle that I thought would had never happened. Thank you so much for your dedication with us and sure we will be back for future purchases.

Sales team is alright, service team not so much. Got an oil change there, noticed that the vehicle was leaking something so took it to another shop. The plug wasn't properly reinstalled. Told the shop next time I was there, they didn't seem to care. Had an appointment for service and an inspection, only to find out when we get there that they can't do inspections because they are waiting for something that allows them to. We are told we'd be called when they could do them again. We never got the call and had to go elsewhere.

From the moment we filled out the application on line and got an appointment to come in and start the process we were totally impressed. Jim the salesman was very very professional and very respectful of our needs financially and courteous from start to the day we took possession of our vehicle. The financial dept personal were great-going beyond our expectations. Great service and very happy. Would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for either new or used vehicle. You guys are the"BOMB".

My visits to Mahoney's are always pleasant. The service team takes care of you. If you need a car while they work on your vehicle, No problem. They have fast service and they let me know when I'm due for oil changes and service by phone or text message. Friendly and accommodating service.

I was passing through Potsdam on a Saturday afternoon to go to a conference in Vermont when the transmission went on my car. I was all by myself and had no idea what to do, when I found Mahoney's online. They were the only car rental place open on a Saturday afternoon. I gave them a call and they were so nice, and very willing to work with me. They rented me a car even when car rentals weren't typically allowed on weekends, and the staff was so polite. They picked me up from my car, and really tried to make me feel better during this very stressful experience. If you are ever in the Potsdam area I highly recommend checking out the fairly low cost rental options they have available. They also have some pretty nice cars for sale too. I have highly impressed and grateful. Thanks again Mahoneys!!!

Mahoney and his team are easy to talk to and found me an amazing vehicle at an even more amazing price. I would recommend mahoney and his team especially Mitch and Jason yo any and all of my friends!! Definitely the best car buying experience I've ever had! I felt safe knowing they were there ready and trained to help me out. I work in customer service and I have to say they made me feel special and treated me like family. Did I say I found an amazing vehicle there? I can't stress enough how awesome my experience was!! 5 stars for sure. Quality and personality goes a long way!

I came here because I was having issues getting approved anywhere due to low credit. They were willing to work with me despite my credit, which was great. However, they also sold me a car at a much higher price than it should have been. When I was given the car, it was absolutely filthy on the inside, despite being told it would be cleaned. And when I brought it back in to be cleaned properly, I ended up waiting 3 hours to ensure it was done properly this time , only to get it back and find it almost exactly the same. All they did was clean the exterior, and the floors. My back seats are still stained with mud, and the rear window is still filthy. I can even still see the outline from a giant sticker that was on the window from a previous owner. The only thing keeping the score from going lower is the excellent service I got from the salesman, Tom. He was great to work with, did everything he could for us, and was even willing to work with me to try to find a car that was more suited for me, instead of just trying to get me out of the door with whatever the most expensive thing they had was.

Mahoneys auto mall is hands down one of the most pleasant and simple places to get the vehicle or plow you would like . Mr. Mahoney makes you the priority the whole time when you are looking for a vehicle , to make sure you leave with the vehicle you want . He not only went the extra mile to make sure I got the car I wanted he walked with me and showed me a selection of cars that I could pick from with the money I had down . I would definitely recommend buying from here. They have a great stress free car buying atmosphere here . I will definitely be a returning customer !!

The truck I purchased was a complete lemon an let me go knowing it needed a lot of front end work an never made good on it. Do not buy from them all they want is a sale not matter what . The service department an mr Mahoney was rude an I was insulted called names.

Nothing but great things to say about the team at mahonies. Jim helped me find the perfect car (2016 chevy cruze) and even with my horrendous credit was able to get me financing. Almost a year into having the car with no issues and one of course popped up the day before my son was due to have surgery in syracuse. I called and talked to Anthony, told him the situation and they had a loaner car waiting for me while they immediately pulled my car in to figure out the issue. We made it to syracuse and my son had a successful surgery. I cannot emphasize how much my family appreciates the amazing service, and thank you so much Jim and Anthony for making the whole experience so much easier and less painful.10/10 We will be going to Mahoney's for our next car for sure.

We needed a new vehicle so we went where we bought our last one in Massena. They acted like it was a bother to help us. Well we decided to check out Mahoney's on line. Within 10 minutes our phone was ringing and a very pleasant gentleman named Tom was calling us from Mahoney's. We made arrangements to meet him the next afternoon and chatted about the vehicle we were interested in. We felt so good after that phone call! We met with Tom the next afternoon and were welcomed by all. The atmosphere there was one that made you feel welcome and important!! We picked our Dodge Grand Caravan up this morning and could not be happier. Thank you to everyone at Mahoney's, especially Tom who was so eager to help us out. I bought a 2009 Civic from Mahoney's and found a couple things that needed to be repaired/replaced after the sale and I can say that they stood behind their sale and fix the car without question. I am really happy with the work that they did and love the car.

Mahoney's auto mall does not offer "fair trade in values" on car sales.I was offered $4,000 more for my trade by 3 other dealers.Kelley Blue Book cash offer is nothing more than a way to get a person in the door.The offer is "pennies on the dollar."If you are looking for a good vehicle go anywhere but "Full of Bologna Mahoney's"

I am currently looking for a specific car. I went to their website on my phone and they wanted my info to view their inventory. So I gave them my info. They didn't have what I was looking for and then went on my way. I get a phone call a little later from "Tom". He asks some question and tries to find out what I'm looking for. They don't have it. He proceeds to email and call my phone. I block his number and he obviously doesn't get the hint and keeps calling and leaving voice mails. He then proceeds to call me at work. This is my breaking point. I am at work getting paid and shouldn't be harrassed like this. I have told him to stop calling me and that they don't have anything I would even consider buying. If contacted again I will have to call the cops. Sorry this is way too far. You are trying way too hard. Another thing that really bugged me was that he said my maiden name and I never gave him my maiden name. This is almost on the side of stalking. You guys must not get a lot of people so you have to harrass them to come in. That's not how you do business. I would know. I do not recommend them to anyone. Will be telling people to not go to them. Lose my number. Thanks.

I worked with the team at Mahoney's Auto Mall to have a vehicle purchased for my Aunt in Watertown NY. They even delivered it to her down in Watertown for no extra charge. We worked the entire deal online and over the phone, super happy with our purchase of a 2015 Chevy Silverado Crew Cab!
