I called to ask if I could ship tires to the shop and they had no problem with it. The day after they were delivered, I was in the shop getting them installed.Quick and friendly. Couldn't ask for more. Thank you!

My son attends college in Potsdam and had to get his truck repaired. It's always scary going to a repair shop you aren't familiar with but we chose Emlaw's based on some recommendations from other parents. They were amazing! It was a quick fix for them and extremely afforadable! Would highly recommend =)

Highly recommend taking your vehicle needs here! The staff was so friendly and the atmosphere seemed so family like. They went above and behind to fix my vehicle and their prices were the best from potsdam to ogdensburg! They kept me informed with everything and even took me back to show me what they were explaining!

Great people and great service! Brought my vehicle in for an alignment and they provided great advice on a set of bushings that needed to be replaced. I have an older vehicle and I knew those bushings were going to show their age so I knew they weren't pulling my leg. The staff was very honest and repaired the vehicle in a very timely manner all for a great price. I will definitely be coming back for future repairs here.

Been to this shop many times, no matter the problem 90% of the time they will have the answer to it. Been going to this shop for 5 years now and I don't see that changing anytime soon, the work is done reasonably quick, the mechanics are informative and will let you know if the work is worth doing, the mechanics and Chris are all trustworthy people with professional mechanical opinions. One thing I know is that this is the shop for me. Thanks For all the help over the years. Thank You Emlaws!

I would not recommend this place to anybody. I had a truck there for six months or so and never got a call to see what was going on with my truck even after several attempts to get up with them. Working five days a week I didn t want to take off time to go get my vehicle since they re not open on the weekends and I wanted my key.

I was very happy with the service. These guys do great work and their prices are fair. I took a car in for a 4 wheel alignment and they came back back and said it only needed the front done. Super good and honest work guys keep it up. I'll be back again for sure!

Reliable service shop. Visits are normally quick, I don't feel like problems arise out of nowhere, and staff is courteous. Small fee for processing cards, recommend cash for pricey visits.

Great people! They will try to accommodate your needs. Brought my car in thinking I would be leaving it for the day. However I need it to wait. They fix the brakes in less than 2 hours.

Awesome place for quick service. After driving 5 1/2 hours to drop our son at Clarkson, our tire pressure light went on and wouldn't go off. On a moment's notice, they diagnosed our car and we were able to drive back home to PA worry free!

This place is fantastic! Local, honest, and friendly. We were in from out of town and the check tire light had come on. We wanted to get it checked out before we made the drive back. They made the time to take great care of us. Would go back again next time we are in town.

Emlaws (chris and Randy) know what, what is and get it done. Most times you don't have to wait/long to get your service. Prices ? Depends on what is needed and being done, but fair. Recommend them alot I do 15 yrs.

Had a good experience. They checked my vehicle to see if OBDII was ready for an emissions test and then proceeded to do the test. I would recommend visiting to get NY state inspection done.

my eclipse has been there for almost 2 months sent it in for a serpentine pulley and an evap leak, every time i call they havent touched it.
