Josh is hands down the best around. I take my personal vehicle and work truck every few months to Josh. He takes his time, pays attention to details, and his pricing is more than fair. I ll never bring my cars anywhere else. If you need anything to do with your vehicle bring it to Josh. Always goes the extra mile for his clients it seems!

7 months and it still looks like when I first picked it up from Big North Auto Detailing!!! Thanks Josh for great service and excellent work.Sept 8, 2023Took my 2016 Mustang in for graphene coating, looks still amazing after my first wash!!Once again Josh, you always do an amazing job!!! I spent the last 6 months in NY for work and my car took a beating this winter, inside and out! I have an older (2012) Audi A7 that I happen to still love as much as when I got it. I was worried that my car was not going to recover from the snow, salt, and sand from the winter. I called several places but after speaking with Josh I knew instantly that he was the one that I was going to trust with my car. I could feel his passion for cars and his work through the phone. Not only was I pressed for time as I was leaving NY in a few days I didn t have a ride so I couldn t drop off my car and pick it up later. Not a problem !! Josh was willing to take me home after I dropped my car off in the am (30 min drive) and come back and get me after my car was done ! I m the end I had him take me to the library in Potsdam and he picked me up later.When I saw my car I was sooo happy. It was spic and span and super shiny. The wheels, the trim, the leather seats and carpets and my windows too all look amazing! My car hasn t looked this good in a very long time and I do try to take care of my car. Lastly, Josh went above and beyond once again and checked my breaks AND oil because he knew I had some very long drives ahead of me and aI was driving alone. I couldn t be happier with the service I received from Josh at Big North Auto Detailing. You will not regret using Big North.Thank you Josh!Regards,Patty

Josh once again, did his magic!! My car looks better today than the day I bought it!! He does phenomenal work!! This is the second vehicle he s taken care of for me and I ll continue to go back!! Thanks Josh for all your hard work!! It longs amazing!!

Josh is a true business man. Very friendly and knows his stuff. My truck turned out absolutely amazing!!! The fact that he would take the time and explain everything he was going to do thoroughly was awesome. Thanks Josh! I was up visiting family for the holidays and took my car in for an interior detailing-Big North did an incredible job for a fair price as well. I will definitely be returning next time I m in the North Country.
