Great experience all around. My sales rep was Chris Matott. He was amazing! Helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and very personable! The family has been going to this dealership for years and I am glad I was able to experience how great they are. Nice and clean place! No pressure and the process was smooth! Highly recommend!

Went for an inspection early in themorning. Very clean waiting area, and the service was fantastic. Highly recommend, one of the best options in terms of quality of service in the county. Is consistent, HOWEVER, make sure to plan ahead, as it's usually booked out a week or more in advance.

I called to schedule an oil change. The woman that I spoke with was very pleasant and kind and confirmed all of my needs. When it came time for my appointment the servicer again confirmed my needs. They had a great lobby to wait in and everyone that walked by greeted me pleasantly. What I was most impressed with though was that they completed my oil change and filled my fluids (a service I did not request) and did NOT charge me more than the cost of an oil change! Unfortunately the low bar of not being swindled at a servicing appointment is a bar to surpass these days. I had a very different experience at another dealership so I was grateful to pay the price I expected and have my fluids filled in addition.

Spent 921 for what we thought we would be getting the computer modules that fix the thermostat that is always going out then the check engine light would go on. Even got the inspection done with this issue. Said if I fixed this it would fix thermostat. It didn't. Came back on after getting the side modules fixed! The least of my conerns!! Thanks for nothing. Won't be going back there. Terrible customer service by the way too! Cost me almost 200 extra than what they quoted.

Went in for warranty work. Left w a $200 bill and being told don't bring my truck back. Simply because I questioned how they diagnosed the problem when the entire window was taped off and not just the visor. Apparently the mechanics there Simply don't like to be questioned. It was my first time going there and it's for sure my last. I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO OTHERS WHEN THEY SAID STAY AWAY FROM BARSTOWS. THEY ARE RIP OFF ARTISTS. To be honest I was in complete shock the way I was treated and spoke to. He said "I will refund you, do not bring that truck back here w that problem" I responded "I don't want my $ back I want a proper diagnosis" he responded (manager) "I'd rather not". Talk about pi*s poor service. N believe me when I say I should have listened to others n I myself will be spreading the word on poor service at Barstows as well.

Couldn't have been more pleased. Transaction took place without any hold ups. Paper work all filled out just waiting for my signature. Fair price and although it seemed to take forever to have my new truck arrive, it was worth the wait.

This was by far the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had. Don Charlebois is a fantastic individual and took care of me every step of the way. Him and the whole team at Barstow were amazing. No gimmicks, no "market adjusted markups", no hidden fees, no pressure to add unnecessary upgrades, just a straightforward buying experience. What a breath of fresh air in today's market. I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership, it is worth going out of your way for!Don't change a thing Barstow!

I ordered a new truck. It came in early and it was exactly what I wanted. Great job by the sales staff and the crew in the shop getting it ready for me to pick up. Office personnel did a great job also having all of the paperwork done before I arrived. No waiting on forms. Perfect!

I have been dealing with Bartow's for several years.They have been very helpful in doing the best they can do for you. The sales dept. is friendly and very congenialThe service dept is the same.They are knowledgable and make your wait greatWhile they are doing a good job on your vehicle. I would certainly recommend Barstow's to everyone !!

Everyone that works there was great. From the person that sold us the truck to the person that showed us how everything works.Even when waiting we were were asked by others if they could get us anything. This is our second purchase and we will be back when we decide to trade. Thank you all.

As always dealing with Shane at Barstows was a pleasant, easy experience. I have dealt with him two other times and I always feel like I got a good deal. He is knowledgeable about GM products and pricing deals. He is a no pressure salesman who always looks out for his customers.

I have now purchased two cars from Barstow, when my first was totalled, the same day I went back to Barstow. Everyone from the front desk to the service desk to the dealers are friendly, welcoming, honest and helpful. I have been able to call with questions after purchasing, and always schedule service easily. They made purchasing a car an enjoyable and easy experience, working with the bank and going through the financials was painless. Everyone in the family has worked personally with Don in the Subaru sales department from my grandparents to me, I won't go anywhere else. Thank you to the team at Barstow for getting me into a safe, reliable vehicle that I love.

Made appt to have my 30,000 maintenance on 3/17/22. Going on a trip so wanted everything checked. Also advised service advisor of a recall on emission & that ck engine light just came on. Work was done. But was told they didn't have time to check emission recall due to mechanics leaving at 4pm. So I have to bring it back in next week. Was not pleased about sending me off with the check engine light on & having to wait a week to get it checked out. Hate to be alone & have vehicle stop running. I think k it should have been finished

Good people, (realize that I've bought my past two vehicles here) just be aware that if you take your vehicle to them they will most likely do additional services that you didn't ask for without confirming with you-this ends up being costly. I thought it only happened with me but in talking with friends others have had the same experience. They will do extra things without confirming with you and you'll pay.

Poor & indifferent service. Took them over 2.5 hours to change oil, refill a/c fluid and replace a brake bulb. the main concern was noise coming from my rear brakes. Was told I'd be updated with the diagnosis and would be given a price quote. Brought the car in at 12:20 and didn't hear anything from them until 2:00 (Had to go to the counter and ask them what was going on) took them several moments to even acknowledge that I was there as the man and woman that were working were carrying on a casual conversation while I was standing there waiting to be helped. After inquiring they came up with a laundry list of issues and that the rear brakes needed replacing for well over $1,000. Needless to say I declined having that done (they didn't even have some of the parts in stock) and asked them to just finish up with the oil change and a/c fluid. Finally at 3:00 pm our car was ready. My father happened to be with me and was unhappy with the level of service (rightfully so) and made a comment about never coming back. The service advisor shrugged off the comments and said "I'm sorry to hear that." There was no attempt to rectify the situation and satisfy the customer after we had drove from over an hour away to get our car serviced here (we have been customers for a couple of years now). The indifferent service, excruciatingly long wait times, and lack of care for customer satisfaction seals the deal for me as I will not be returning. I'm sure I'll get a weak cookie cutter response from management apologizing and asking me to call them. Please don't bother. You don't need to work on cars you need to work on your service department and how you run it. Oh, and they weren't wearing masks during COVID-19. Very professional.
