This is a good store. The staff is very helpful and they have just about everything for vehicles. There's never a wait in line, the parking lot is huge. The store is well maintained for being in such an old shopping plaza.

Best personalities in an auto parts store in the entire county! (Aside from one), everyone is always friendly and helpful. I've never had an issue shopping here.

This store would be great if the majority of employees had motivation. The only one that did was on the phone with a customer and he called for the guys I heard in the back. You could tell they were not interested. Okay off to the zone I go.

The customer service is great. we go here a lot and never have an issue. If they don't have what we need in the store they order it and the wait isn't long at all.

Picked up a battery my son ordered and paid for online. The guy tried to charge my husband again. He had to call my son as didn't know where to look up that he paid for already online. This person needs to be better trained so can know what to do and how to look it up

This is the autoparts store in Potsdam I actually like. The people are helpful and they actually have parts. They've let me use their tools before free of charge.Ill be back.
