they had my truck for three months. I had to call numerous times to get updates. Not one call from them that whole time. They finally told me I needed $11,000 worth of work done. They also said they could not get the parts at this time. So I had them tow it back to my shop. They still charged me $3000. They would not bring my truck back to me unless I paid them for the work that they say they did. It has been a month since my truck has been back and still I cannot get an invoice from these guys . Also took my truck to another garage. Fixed for $3000. This company is unprofessional and over charges ..Services: Engine repair, Car towing

I've read the other remarks. I've also done the job before. These guys are there all day. Try for a little hometime and are always on call in an emergency. However when the drunk driver took my Semi out head on @ 00:30 in the morning. These guys were there within 30 minutes. Picking up my truck. Picking up debris. Sweeping the street so others didn't get a flat from my accident. Doing one Heck of a job. If they seem a little short or tired at times. May I suggest that you might try their job before telling people what you think.I forgot they even helped get the refrigerated load delivered on a Sunday to cover my customer.People say expensive? Not for the service that I and my happy customer got.

Very expensive shop. Very expensive towing. Never go back. I suggest to choose different company. I got charged ~1700$ for 25miles towing. From the start they say something but when its time to pay they talking something else. 675$/h towing only + the charge separately if they have to take of driveshaft. They lie. In theme store 911 its 16$. But i got in them shop the put 2 911 bottle in my thanks and o got charged 50$ and i took 2 additional with me and charged me again 50$. Cris the boss its very rude. Waiting room its like in restroom, cold and they have 4 chairs only and it s dirty. Towing + 3 h laybor 4 :911, 3 filters = 2500$. I hope when they gone get in trouble to use them and charge them at maximum. Cris i hope your bussines getting bad that quick how you defrost my truck. Thanks for your business Mr. rude-y Cris

Good place to go to get repairs on your truck , also truck builds .They are knowledgeable and able to do all repairs.

I work with shops on a daily basis across the country and never in my life have I come across such a poorly run facility. Chris the President of the company is rarely in the shop and when he is he is rude. I called to ask him questions about a truck at their location. He talked over me, and would not allow me a chance to speak. Chris yelled at me then hung up on me. When I called back he stated "oh you want to try this some more huh!" I am just trying to pick our truck up. Today Chris is not in the office today, however the bill is paid, my driver is there, and they will not release the unit. They will not release the vehicle, they were well aware we would be there today, and surprise Chris is NOT in the office. How does this company function!!!

Ok so they got our RV up and running. The in tank feul pump needed replacing. The tow was $1275.00 the total was right at $3000.00. We sat in the town park for 8 hours waiting to hear something the first day . Then had to go to a hotel. Called them first thing the next morning the part had come in but they started working on another truck that had just been brought in that morning instead of the one that had a family and 3 dogs waiting to get back in. So we sat again from 1230 til 5 pm on the second day outside the shop doors. No consideration for us at all. Small town with nothing to.

Needed a spare put on an 18wheeler- 5/5, would be happy for my next blown tire to occur in the area lolPizza place across the street is also excellent!

This business is horribly ran by Chris. He was rude on the phone with me and added an additional cost for me to retrieve my truck. He was almost never there when I called the shop. If there would be less business like this the industry would be better.

The worst experience you can get. They are totally unprofessional and they will wait for you to call them so that they can fully rip you all your money and time and nurves. Never go back!!!

I had issue with my trailer break, they send me the road side service he did nothing for me except to give me there shop address, they changed my truck air valve and charge me 860$ I was trying to arguing with the billing guy that why charge me this much money, he was super rude and asked my to pay the money that is it, once I got to the 86 highway my trailer breaks got locked again so that mean they changed unnecessary parts , unfair people so never try to go there
