I have been coming to sound view auto service for a couple years for my oil changes. But I recently came to change my winter tires and do an alignment. I can't express how amazing all the workers are and how reliable it is! I always have an amazing experience.

This place pulled a sketchy stunt and I feel obligated to bring it forward. My car died at the pump the other day so I asked if they could jump it. They kindly said they would help, brought out a jumper box and tried jumping the car, however the engine wouldn't turn over. We pushed the car into the bay and they tell me that are going to try and charge the battery to see if it holds a charge, and then start examining the alternator and starter. I'm not a car expert, so I trusted them. Big mistake.About 30 minutes into their "checking" the car for the problem, my father's mechanic, who I had just picked the car up from, happened to walk into the convenience store section of this business and I told him of the situation. The mechanic left and came back with a different jumper box and the car started right up. Shell still insisted, despite playing games and not actually helping me, that they charge me for a diagnostic test. I can't imagine what my bill would have been if my honest mechanic hadn't come in and stop these dudes from having their way with my car. I wouldn't trust these guys for gas, let alone mechanic work.

Wonderful customer service. I was offered 1000 for my car they did it for 700. They did a good job with my car. Mike was really help full keep up the good work mike thanks again

Scammers. Tried to up sell me 400$ to fix the shocks on my Jeep, took to a different auto shop and shocks did not need replacement at all. Don t bring your car here.

Don t go here- sketchy. Went to vacuum my car and the cashier would only give me $2 in change (quarters for my dollars) but I wanted $4 because I knew I needed longer than 5 minutes. The machine said $2 for 5 minutes. I was going to leave and go somewhere else but he said he would give me $3 so since all the vacuums I have used give you extra time if you put more quarters in, I took the $3. I put $3.50 in the machine and after 5 minutes it shut off. I went to tell the cashier and he said it only gives 5 minutes no matter how much you put in. I was obviously annoyed and said that they needed a sign saying that, and went to leave and he tried giving me change for another dollar. I said I don t have two more dollars, I only have one and that won t do me any good. He still tried (why couldn t he have given me the $4 in the first place if he is offering now??). Anyways, DONT GO HERE. Not honest and did not try to fix it at all, just stole my $1.50 and now I am going somewhere else.

If I could give 0 stars I would. CROOKS! Never will they ever just do what's asked of them without trying to upsell you. If you have a brain and any common sense, steer clear of this place.

Sold me previously used merchandise, ruined my heated seats and fabric from 1 gallon photos will be attached and YouTube video will be posted and court proceeding will be followed up
