I can t express enough gratitude towards Bill and Tom for the work they did on my car. These two are extremely talented and very down to earth guys. Bill made the process very easy and was fully transparent with pricing. If you need work done on your car and you want it done right and with the utmost care, Precision PDR should be your first and only stop. I gained both an education on and appreciation for PDR. I really enjoyed watching their talent unfold and getting to know them.

Had a nice size dent in our Subaru .Found them online and they were very local to us . Bill was very accommodating and his work is impeccable! His garage tells you everything about Bill ! Very professional and got the dent out ! If I can give him 10 starsWe would ! Look no further for all your paintless dent removal ! He is the best on Long Island ! Bill was awesome. Super patient and went at length to make sure I was good with the repair. The dent was barely noticeable under his LED work light, and even less under day light. Happy with the work. He thought my kids were gonna come and he even prepared stuff for them! Will def ask for Bill's help in the future, should I ever need it again.

As per many of the previously written reviews that lead me to go with Bill C. for my own dent repair Bill was responsive, accommodating, and efficient! I had a mellow door ding dents on my driver side door in an almost impossible spot was causing me emotional distress on my newish car as they say the first scratch is one that you don t forget. The process took under 40 minutes and the results were near flawless! On top of everything, Bill is not a vendor he is a genuine person whom has pride in his work and seeks perfection not to mention trained with the best in his profession, down to earth, and trustable vibe. Would recommend him to my friends and family going forth! The results speak for them selfs. When I mean the dent was gone it was GONE forever.

I care a lot about my car s appearance. Fair to say I obsess over it. I can t stand to see any damage, and I want repairs done the right way or not at all. If you re like me, or if you just appreciate real craftsmanship and attention to detail from an experienced technician performing work to highest standards of his profession, then you should see Bill. The fender of my GTI was destroyed by somebody s door. The metal and paint were both compromised right on the crease over the wheel arch. This was not an easy fix. But now you would never know it was hit. This simply could not have been accomplished without the best techniques and equipment. I think you will also appreciate Bill s professionalism. My messages were answered quickly. He worked up an estimate from the photos I sent. Making an appointment was easy. He explained the process beforehand. I m sure nobody in the business has more expertise. Plus Bill is a car guy too. And motorcycle guy. He gets it. And, by the way, his shop is amazing, like a mechanic s cathedral.

Great overall experience from Bill w/ Tom!We had a small conversation on the phone and I sent him a few pictures. We set up an appointment and 2 hours later I was a happy customer. Bill garage s is awesome and has two nice bikes!

Well, I can't say enough good things about bill. Because he is the real deal. Its like having an auto body guy at your own home or you can go to him or vice versa.he does phenomenal work. Instead of spending thousands and thousands of dollars, this man is more affordable than a full blown auto body shop. he does an excellent job, ... for you, auto buffs. And auto show people. This is a story that I just can't make up.I had a large dent in the back of my car. Rather than going through insurance and risking my rates going up, someone suggested that I reach out to Bill. I am so glad that I did!Bill said that it was the biggest dent he has tried to fix but he would do his best and not charge me if it didn't come out to my satisfaction. After I dropped off my car, Bill offered to drive me home and pick me up when it was ready. It was a beautiful day so I chose to walk.The result was incredible. I couldn't be happier with the difference in my car.As I was ready to leave, my car battery died in Bill's garage! Bill made some calls, drove me to get a new battery and installed it for me. He then put air in my tires!Throughout the entire process, Bill was professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with.I will be sure to recommend Bill and Precision Paintless Dent Repair to all of my friends. They are the best and they really did a great job with a huge dent. It was also a rental that I had and I returned the car with no questions asked thanks to them. I posted before and after although it was raining but it looks brand new! They are so honest and really willing to help unlike other body shops. I'm so glad I found them, I would definitely go back.

Great business and I am super happy with the job done. I contacted the owner and he was available right away for the repair. 5 stars with 180 reviews is all you need to know. But I ll still put my incredible experience into words.So an item fell off my garage shelf yesterday and damaged the hood of my brand new car! I was sick to my stomach.As I laid in bed awake last night - not being able to sleep - I found Precision Paintless Dent Repair via a Google search. And they were opening at 8 am on Sunday - the next day.I sent my alarm at 7:45 am and called at 8. Bill picked up right away. I was there by 10 am. And by 11:30 am, my car looked like new again!!Bill is AMAZING. OUTSTANDING service. I recently took my car to Precision Paintless Dent Repair, in Port Washington, to have a number of tricky, small dents removed. Within minutes of arriving, I knew that it was in good hands. Bill and Tom have been doing this for a long time and are clearly masters of their work. Their attention to detail was amazing extending to having a temperature and humidity controlled work area to ensure consistent results. They essentially made the dents disappear within an hour. Highly recommended!, you will not be disappointed!

I had the privilege of having Bill from Precision Paintless Dent Repair fix four dents on two of our cars over the past week. I ve been driving and dealing with dents for nearly 50 years and I just can t say enough great things about Bill s work, including just spending time in his shop while he works. Bill is a truly affable and friendly person, with an interesting background and amazing abilities. He clearly enjoys what he does tremendously, and that translates directly to his dent repair work. In that, he is truly an artist. The quality of his dent repair work is second-to-none, but Bill went beyond the removal of the dents and where appropriate he also wet-sanded and polished the areas of the dents in order to completely restore the cars finish so that they were truly as good as new. As Bill found out, I m extremely picky about my cars and Bill exceeded my expectations in every way I could imagine. I highly recommend Precision Paintless Dent Repair to anyone who requires such services. After a freak driverless parking lot mishap on a Saturday I ran a quick search and found Bill from Precision Paintless Dent Repair. He mentioned that he might be able to help me out. After speaking to the person who's car was damaged we were able to arrange a fast estimate and get the flawless repair done on the same day! Great experience. Bill did an incredible job removing a couple of dents from my 2003 BMW M5. He explained the type of dent my car had and set expectations prior to starting to work on them; pictures speak for themselves. Highly recommend you use Precision / Bill for your dent removal needs.

These guys are magicians. They pulled out a dent that most dent shops advised me to go to a body shop for. It took a total of 2 hours to get done, and their hospitality was far beyond amazing. The price is right, and I was able to get an appointment in sooner than expected. If you re looking to get your dent fixed, this is the place. The pictures speak for itself. You ll be so happy with your outcome it ll make you forget how bad you felt when the dent happened. Bill and Tom know how to do their job and they re damn good at it. It felt like I was watching Houdini make a dent disappear. Hopefully I won t have any dents in the future but if I do, I m only coming here.

We had a great experience with Bill. Despite the fact that we had an impossible dent to fix (cause by golf ball), Bill improved the appearance of it tremendously and also fixed additional dents on the hood perfectly. He was upfront and honest and did exactly what he told us he could do for us. Bill was nice enough to take us in same day to meet our tight schedule. We definitely recommend him.

Bill made my first PDR experience as seamless as it could have gone. From the time I got in touch with him over the phone and throughout the whole process, Bill took painstaking time to explain what he was doing to repair my door dents. He s a motor enthusiast and loved chatting with him about his BMW bikes that he s restored. Overall, great guy that does a great job at reasonable prices. Bill did a fantastic job! Not only did he strategically remove the ding I came in with. But as I was pulling the car into the garage he notice another two dents that I missed and I was thrilled he was able to remove them as well. Bill is methodical, friendly and best of all he does great work!!!
