Got my car repaired by Perfection auto service. Was recommended by my dealership. Amazing experience and the staff is wonderful. You guys have a customer for life here. Firecracker Red Jeep Wrangler had corrosion still under warranty. Dean at East Hills connected with Dave and he definitely took care of me! Shiny new paint for 4 doors, windshield surround, and hood plus hinges and even installed back the rock light bar, as a courtesy. I am really appreciative of the extra mile they took to make the Jeep look like brand new and also gave a detail too. 5 stars all around. Thank you Dave for an awesome job.

David and his team went above and beyond in assisting me in sourcing the right car for my life and my needs, getting the highest value for my trade-in and making the pre-owned car I purchased feel like it was brand new from the factory by giving it a full detail, changing all breaks, rotors and tires and more. I would highly recommend David and The Perfection Auto Services Team for all vehicle buying, selling and repair needs.

I am a second time customer at Perfection Auto Services. I was referred to the shop by East Hills dealership. Perfection Auto Services did a terrific job the first time I went six months ago for my damaged rocker panel. I returned to Perfection Auto Services this week because of their kindness, honesty, and professionalism. I felt very comfortable communicating my needs with David and his receptionists. They fixed my front bumper and replaced two front tires at a competitive price compared to other shops. They even washed and vacuumed the interior of my car free of charge. My car looked incredible after I picked it up yesterday. They are a repair shop you can trust.

I recently had my car windows tinted at this shop and I am thrilled with the results! The staff was welcoming and professional, and the job they did was flawless. I highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for top-notch tinting services.- their expertise and attention to detail truly set them apart! They even gave me a car wash and took off my tire pressure monitor warning on my dash for FREE. Highly recommend this place with any concern with your vehicle .

Dropped my car off 2 days ago for a detail with a lot lower expectations of how the car was going to come out. My car did not look this good coming out of the dealership when i first picked it up. I want to thank David and his crew for getting this done for me. Everything worked out perfectly from setting the appointment when to drop it off, all the way to me picking it up.

Perfection Auto has been my go to body shop for the past 14 years. They are fairly priced and have amazing service. Not only do they squeeze me in when I have an emergency they always clean my car after a service for free! I highly recommend them they're the best around !

I took my car to a neighborhood mechanic for my annual inspection in Brooklyn, and was hit with the untimely news that my car needed a considerable amount of very expensive work done before I could pass. I could not be more grateful that a friend referred me to Perfection Auto. As a mom of two small children and a husband who works long hours, the task of getting this handled was beyond daunting to take on. I was unsure if the previous mechanic that quoted me for the work was taking advantage of me. Going to Perfection Auto confirmed that to be true! Their prices were beyond reasonable in comparison, and their level of care and attention to detail is truly unmatched. Dave and his team talked me through every step of the process, gave me a realistic timeline, and went out of their way to update me throughout each phase of the work. They set me up with a rental car that was perfect for our family, and even made sure my car seats were in there properly before letting me drive off. My car drives like a she s brand new. I will never take my cars anywhere else.

Excellent customer service from start to finish! The owner David, was very communicative and organized, and the staff friendly and on top of everything, making sure that my rental car was ready and waiting with the heat on, regularly giving me status updates, and completing the work on my car as promised. Definitely would recommend!

After my truck was a total loss, Perfection Auto took great care of me in my search for a new vehicle. David got me in a rental immediately for as long as I needed. He also helped me get the exact new truck I wanted. Buying this truck with David included, a full inspection, wash/detail, and all DMV paperwork for registration and plates. I would recommend Perfection Auto for a seamless car buying experience.

Perfection auto did outstanding work on my SUV. It was a quick turnaround and the car looks brand new. David was extremely helpfull and very quick to answer all my questions. Hopefully don t need them again, but would 100% go right to them.

David and Fanny are professional and easy to communicate with. I brought my BMW for the engine splash shield (a plastic cover underneath the front bumper). I accidentally ran over a concrete and there were some cracks to it. David said we would love to have you as a customer, but you don t really need to repair it. Unlike some other repair shops that try to rip you off, David and his team actually care about their customers and try to save $$$ for their customers. It s hard to find a trustworthy repair shops nowadays. David and his team do a great job, and I would highly recommend this place. Definitely come back if I need repairs in the future.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Spoke with Dave about a transfer of paint from another car. He fit my car into the schedule in less than a week. Service was done in about an hour. You would never know there was a spec of paint anywhere.Thank you Dave and the Perfection Auto Services Team. Will definitely recommend you.

Took my newly acquired Mercedes wagon to have the pinstripes removed. David was very professional and address all my concerns. Unfortunately I found out the door was previously painted and when the pinstripe was removed, it showed a line where the clearcoat was not applied. David contacted me and offered me options to have it refinished. I went with his suggestion and boy the car came out absolutely stunning. The color match was spot on! He also polished the entire car for me free of charge. If you are looking for a great bodyshop that is honest and professional, look no further. Thanks David and your team for an outstanding job done!

I brought my 2013 Ram 1500 into Perfection Auto when I bought it used needless to say the truck needed a lot of work. There wasn t a panel on the truck that didn t have a dent or rust. Dave took very good care of me and my truck after he was finished with it I didn t even recognize it. Definitely a five star operation. Thanks Dave

Dave M and the staff are tremendous. They find a way to service your vehicle immediately whether it's routine maintenance or an emergency. (The dealerships in Great Neck need a 3-week notice.)They give no-nonsense recommendations and their pricing is more than fair. They'll pick you up and drop you off. Extremely trustworthy. I didn t have an appointment with Perfection I was in the area and this shop had been recommended. My issue was minor. My front bumper had been hit and was slightly out of track. They took me immediately and fixed it within minutes. I was so thankful. The whole staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable.
