We just had our BMW X6 completely fixed/updated by Javier and his fantastic team at MB Port Auto Care! We almost did not keep this car as the BMW dealer's proposal to fix it our car were astronomical. Javier was able to keep our costs more moderate while still using all BMW parts needed; from shocks to the air compressor to other items! He is super nice and kind and a great addition to Main Street (122 Main Street). When we picked up our car it was clean inside and out which was a nice surprise. He even put a sticker in the upper window so we know when to come back for a service check. He also did the oil changes on my other car. He used to be in Manorhaven and I am so happy he is closer to "town" and recommend him and his team highly!

Javier has taken care of my car for years. He is so approachable and kind. He really knows what he is doing. I never had an issue with the care. He was very thorough and explained everything to me. I'm telling you, you won't regret this. I ve been going to Xavier for over 6 years. He s overseen all of my vehicles. He does a great job and makes the transactions seamless. There s no one I trust more when it comes to my cars.

Mr. Javier is the baddest person that exists, and in mechanics he tries to take advantage if you are a new driver, no, don't fall in love with that mechanic, it's an ugly word to say, but they are scammers.

Javier has been over seeing the care of my car and previous cars for the past twenty years. I ve been going to MB Auto since their doors opened for business. The entire staff is very thorough and knowlegeable. I ve never had any issues with my car due to the fact that they take excellent care of it and are providing high quality service every time. I rely greatly on my car to not only commute to and from work but to take my elderly father to all of his various doctor appointments. It s imperative that I can trust my car to complete these tasks because others rely on me. I trust and rely on MB Auto and would definately recommend them.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance

I wish I could leave 0 stars, this place is so TERRIBLE!! Had the sensors fixed by this business the car stalled the SAME DAY and had to be towed back to the business, where they tried to charge more money for an ALLEGED NEW PROBLEM! When the mechanic was asked how is it this was not found when you did a full diagnostic yesterday his response "THAT WAS YESTERDAY, THIS IS TODAY"Obviously I wasn't willing to have them do the NEW work that ALLEGEDLY needed to be done, took my car to Barron Nissan to FIX what they did wrong 550. DOWN THE DRAIN!! BEWARE!!Service: Engine repair

I have been relying on Xavier (Owner) expertise for more than 10 years for our business Trucks as well as for my personal vehicles. Their operation was recently moved to 122 Main St. in Port Washington and we at HOMEREDI are very excited that they still continue to provide an outstanding service to the community. They can handle all types of Domestic and Foreign manufacturers and have access to a great number of suppliers. Their service for us has been extremly efficient and cost effective. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Xavie does not know what he's doing. He over charges for the jobs that he doesn't even know how to complete. There are so many other options to choose from in Port. Stay away from this place, especially if you have a BMW or Mercedes-Benz!!! I dropped my car off for an oil change and they call me a few minutes later saying I need a tune up and transmission fluid change and my filters need changing... So I said I just want an oil change and nothing more.I go and pick up my car and I notice that:A) They placed the next oil change sticker with 2K miles more than it should have on itB) 30 minutes later I get another call from the guy saying my oil pan is leaking and I have some other issues...and as I inform him my car isn't there anymore and picked up he hangs up on me.Shady business practices, don't bother going here for any car issues.
