I would give Haven Auto 7 stars if Google let me. I took a ride to pick up my Acura after a bumper repair and, to borrow my Uber driver s exact words: that s a new car! I would let the pictures below speak for themselves IF I had a better camera. The interior was wiped clean and even smelled clean. Unbelievable! While waiting to pick up the car, two more customers came by and they both appeared very satisfied. I have never seen an auto repair shop like this so I am still processing. Will update this post in a couple of weeks after everything sinks in.

Raj is the best! He's proactive, thorough and honest. After hitting a snow/ice bank and denting my door and rocker panel, Raj took care of my car and restored it to like new condition. He even took care of a few minor dents and scratches and delivered the car back as promised on time! I'll have no reservations about coming back if need to! Photos of before and after, without and with the rocker moulding installed. Great job to Raj and his crew at Haven Auto Body!

Had Raj do some fixing and paint matching of my bumpers to match the OEM paint on the metal panels. They did fantastic work and Raj is passionate about his work. He will never leave any small thing go unnoticed and will make sure your car is perfect.Highly recommend going to this shop if you want your car to be fixed/painted correctly to high standards!

Raj is the absolute best. My wife and I are new to the Port Washington community and had the unfortunate event of being rear-ended on the FDR with our barely year old Mazda 3. We asked around who was the best and we were told over and over Raj at Haven Body and we are so glad we went with them. Our car looks even better than it did before the accident, the quality is unbelievable, and the service was excellent. Raj handled all adjustments with the insurance company and extensions to rental vehicle as the work was more than originally quoted by our insurance. Raj and Haven Auto Body are incredible. My wife got into an accident with my relatively new, leased SUV and it was badly damaged. New to the area, we read a bunch of local body shop reviews. We had intended on getting estimates from at least a couple of other shops, but felt comfortable starting right away after meeting Raj, the owner of Haven Auto Body. During our initial consultation, Raj's expertise was evident. He also seemed adept at navigating the insurance industry, because he, himself, was previously an insurance adjuster and knows all the things that insurance companies try to get away with. He made sure to fight with our insurance carrier to get them to approve all new, certified parts from the manufacturer, because he knew that our dealership wouldn't allow me to return the car at the end of the lease with the parts that the insurance company initially tried to propose.Raj exceeded all our expectations. He was extremely communicative and returned our car to us ahead of schedule. His work looked phenomenal. When I got my car back and returned to work my co-workers thought I had gotten a new car. It truly looked stunning. (Raj detailed the interior and exterior of my car as a courtesy.) More importantly, the car drives perfectly. After the accident, the suspension and alignment were a mess. Now, you would never know that my SUV was in a bad accident.My wife and I can't recommend Haven Auto body strongly enough. Hopefully, we won't be back there anytime soon, but if we ever need any work done, we will definitely return to Haven Auto Body! I recently had the pleasure of taking my car to Haven Auto Body for repairs after an accident. To say they went above and beyond would be an understatement. From the moment I walked in, their team took personal ownership of the entire repair process. They didn't just fix the visible damages; they inspected, found additional issues, and negotiated with the insurance company to get coverage on my behalf.I was particularly impressed when they haggled to get a full replacement for a compromised bumper that the insurance company wanted repaired. It's rare to find a business so committed to ensuring the best outcome for their customers. And the detailing? My car now sparkles like the day I drove it off the dealer's lot. They've restored the paint and chrome to its former glory, making it look brand new!They even arranged a rental car for me, which was conveniently dropped off and picked up at the shop. Throughout the entire process, I felt like I was their only customer.If you find yourself in need of a trustworthy, efficient, and thorough auto body shop, I highly recommend Haven Auto Body as a stand out for their customer service and quality work. They made a potentially stressful situation incredibly easy.

I m not normally fond of body shops but Haven seems to be the exception. The owner, Raj, is a consummate professional, respectful and all around good guy. Makes the experience painless, explains everything that is happening, and most importantly runs a tight, clean shop that does good work. Highly recommend.

This is one of the most professional and ethically run auto shops I have ever worked with. Raj is much more than a skilled mechanic - he's a remarkable craftsman and artist who will take your damaged car back to showroom condition or better. I am a repeat customer because of the incredible job Raj did on my Fiesta ST 2 years ago. This time, my 2018 BMW 340i 6-speed needed some TLC after a delivery guy on an electric motorcycle drove into my front bumper while I was stopped at a red light. The bumper and hood were damaged, and the headlight cracked. The repair was made a little more complicated by a prior repair done by the previous owner. Raj and his team brought the car back to showroom condition and then some. He gave me a tour of his shop which confirmed how much he values quality tools and craftsmanship. The picture I've attached shows the final result, which I couldn't be happier with. Once again, Raj was completely professional and ethical in every aspect of the repair process, and communicated with me via text and phone to keep me apprised of the repair status. He and team exceeded my expectations in every way. While I can't say that I'm looking forward to the next time I need body work done, I can promise you that I will go to Raj at Haven Auto Body.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Raj is very nice and professional. Even though it was a small repair, he treated me like I am a V.I.P. When I picked up the car, I was really surprised because the whole car was waxed and detailed. I couldn't see any of the previous damages. It is even more beautiful than the new car out of dealership. You can leave the car and trust him 100%, and he will get what you deserve from the insurance company for you. Their management and workmanship are beyond words. I recently got into an auto accident and this place was recommended to me. When I went and met the owner Raj he was very pleasant and listened to you during the time of having my vehicle there we kept in contact I got pictures he kept in contact with the insurance company step-by-step he was excellent in my eyes and definitely will do future business with this man anytime and I would recommend friends and family I have two more vehicles to do and I will be taking them to him thanks again Raj.

Raj at Haven Auto Body is one of the most skilled, honest, ethical, and hardworking people my husband and I have ever encountered.A few weeks ago our car was hit. We immediately called Raj, and from the minute we connected, he became a trusted source of knowledge and support. It was clear that he genuinely cared about our family and ensuring he delivered us a safe and immaculately repaired vehicle.Raj was sure to use only genuine Honda parts, and when he returned our car to us, it honestly looked better than when we left the dealership. He also drove it multiple times himself to ensure it was safe and that all issues from the accident were resolved. All while handling communications with rental car and insurance companies.Raj made what could ve been a very stressful situation not stressful at all.Port Washington and our neighboring communities are incredibly lucky to have Raj and his business nearby and my family would recommend him to absolutely anyone.

Highly, highly recommend Haven Auto Body, Inc. and Raj & team. Haven & Raj came recommended by family friends for autobody work and I could not be happier with the work. He brought our Mercedes back to original condition: body, paint and interior. Raj is the type of person you hope to work with and almost seems too good to be true, but he is the real deal. I had probably one of the best experiences in my life at this shop.Accident:- Middle of the night, someone side swiped my car cause an indentation in my door and scratching the paint off my fender + door.The next day, I had taken it to Haven Auto Body, and had Raj take a look. While talking me through the process, Raj had:- walked me through the process- walked me through what the insurance process is like- told me an estimated timeline as to when the part that he would need would arrive + labor amount it takes to fix.- told me to not worry because there were so many different things going through my head.Today, I picked up my car and it looks just as if I picked it up from the dealership itself.If I had to have any other work done, I will always recommend this shop.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This place is the best! I originally brought my car to a different place. I changed to Raj at Haven Body as they were much more accommodating and so easy to deal with! They took 4 days to do a major job on my car where the 1st place said it would be at least a month. Raj is the nicest guy and he and his workers are very professional and made my car look like new! Highly recommend Haven Auto Body ! The side view mirror on my Honda 2011 CRV needed to be replaced and Raj the owner was able to locate part from one of his contacts. Raj offered a fair price and his team did a great job installing . Honest, personable and reliable Raj was a pleasure to deal with !

Raj and his team did a great job repairing our car after an unfortunate run in with an animal. He replaced the door panel, removed scuffs and scratches from the entire car and gave it a great cleaning before having it ready for us. He s a nice and honest guy and a pleasure to deal with. Raj at Haven Auto Body was a godsend when I got into a fender bender (a truck literally bent my back bumper in half trying to squeeze past me on a side road). He repaired my car and it looks better than new (he's a total perfectionist). He was incredibly responsive throughout the process, advocated for me with the insurance company and gave me a tremendous amt of valuable advice in dealing with them. More importantly, he was friendly and treated my car as if it was his own. Fantastic experience. Couldn't recommend him any higher!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Just wanted to post that I had an incredible experience at Haven Auto Body, Inc. and wanted to share. Raj, the owner, was so meticulous, honest, and detailed when I needed my car fixed after an accident and he negotiated with my insurance company and the adjuster. His team did an awesome job on the car and cleaned it inside and out as it looks and feels almost new. Raj also helped return my rental car as this was the cherry on top in terms of convenience and service.I HIGHLY recommend Haven shop for any car needs.

Raj at Haven Auto Body is awesome! After an accident not only did Raj have my car looking like it just came off the dealership floor, but he went over and above in so many ways. You can tell he takes great pride in his work. The best part is that when you bring your car to his shop you know you won t get ripped off. The previous owner John was known for his honesty and integrity and I can say that Raj has definitely followed in that same path.
