Tom's been serving the Port Jervis area since the 90's. Wish I would known about his shop sooner I started driving in 2006 and been all around Town looking for an honest Mechanic who does quality work. Tom's is the only place I take my vehicles to. Been going there since 2022.

Came in with my brother last minute and Tom was able to squeeze my brother and I in half an hour before closing and got everything fixed up. Great service and fair prices. Also, got NY inspection done here quick and easy last minute.

I thought there was something wrong with my car so I took it to Tom who took it for a spin, turns out there was nothing wrong with it & now I have a peace of mind. I appreciated the help & offered him a tip, he didn t take it & gladly sent me on my way! Good guy, heard good things will return!

3 months ago my van broke Down I blew a spark plug, Tom installed a Healy coil and warned me that the engine was on its way out, due to bad cylinder heads by Ford, and informed me that it was time to get rid of the truck or install another engine, the Healy coil lasted for three months and helped me get back to Long Island without another break down,Now My Van has a brand new Factory Rebuilt Engine, and it was all of Tom who informed me and saved me from a bad situation!Highly Recommend Tom, Wish I can find a guy like him on Long Island he s the bestService: Engine repair

Tom and Cody really helped me with the necessary repairs on my 1985 CADILLAC SEVILLE classic car. It is an old car, hard to find parts, and I bought it with some serious leaks and issues. They could not find some cooling oil pressure hoses, so they custom made them! I am very thankful they are willing to work on this car and provide experienced advice.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

I was on my way back to Pennsylvania and realized that my New York inspection had expired a couple of days ago. Cody told me to stop by that he would get it done before they closed at noon. 5 rating goes out to this automotive shop. Customer service at its best!

I have been a customer for 20 years now, and this business has yet to disappoint. They are very fair and reasonable. The owner speaks very honestly to every customer who comes in, and does his best to always provide a fair value. Really great customer service/tone/communication. I came to get a synthetic oil change and a tire rotation. It was around $110, too pricey for me but it was worth the service provided in my opinion. I felt like I could trust these people and that piece of mind was worth it for me. Thank you.

I have been there a few times with 3 different vehicles. Tom's is a straight forward guy that fixed the issues at a fair price. I wish that I was aware of this shop years ago. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

Best Auto Repair Shop in Port Jervis!!!Tom and Cody (I think I spelled it right) are hands down the best in the Tri-State area. No BS and they go above and beyond. If you aren't getting your vehicle serviced there you are missing out.

Tom & his crew mounted and balanced a set of tires for my Crown Vic with no problem. They also performed front end alignment. The car goes down the road straight as an arrow. Lastly, when I showed up for my tire & alignment appointment I sprung a last minute request on them. I asked if they could mount and balance a pair of 15x10 mags & a pair of Pro-Trac N60's for my '55. They got it all done! Thanks!

Fair price, helps out all the time. Very knowledgeable and experienced in many makes and models. I have had 4 different cars and not one of them he was unable 2 work on including a rangrover

Best machanic shop in our area! Toms auto is a clean, professional and friendly enviroment. Tom and his staff are very informative, thorough and easy to talk to. The work is always done to the highest standard and they get the job done in a fashionable time (In my opinion) ive taken my vehicles to many other shops and left with more problems than i came with, it wasnt until I brought my vehicle to Toms Auto that the problems were brought to my attention in detail and addressed.I always feel so confident driving after picking my honda up from repair from their establishment , its an amazing feeling to drive away with confidence!Id like to say thank you to Tom and his Staff for being outstanding workers and being so caring, its refreshing to meet individuals who love what they do. I'm new to.port jervis 4yrs here n I'm very happy to of found such agood repair shop.thst was reasonable on prices and they love cats like I do my car was done on time and the work was done wonderfully that's agin we willcome see u agin when we need repairs done !!

Tom Sexton is honest. Knowledgeable and extremely accommodating. Four days in town and Tom took my car and completed the necessary work in one day for a very fair and reasonable cost. Highly recommend Tom..

Only visited once for an inspection but they fit me in right away and did a great job! The other 2 patrons ahead of me were also treated well and were happy with their service.(I was eaves dropping, lol)

I was visiting the area and needed an inspection for my car. Tom said come in and he'll squeeze me in between other jobs. I was there less than an hour. Definitely had the feeling that if I needed repairs on my car this would be a place I could trust to do the them properly.

These guys are amazing. They do a really good job at a very reasonable rate. Will listen to all your concerns and will tell you honestly if any of the repairs are required or worth it.

Been getting my inspection done for years at toms. Recently had a brake line and wheel cylinder replaced that had to be cut off. They are very reasonable with costs and always do great work and never try to screw me like the unfortunate stigma with garages these days.

I came in to have my van evaluated, need to sell it and wanted to make sure it would pass inspection due to some rust. As, I didn't want to pass on a headache to anyone else and they said my van is fine to sell. They took the time out of their day to do this and they didnt' even charge me. The guys there (though I do not know which one was Tom lol) were kind, funny and helpful. I highly recommend them!!! #goodguys
