I had an unexpected breakdown. They took care of the problem quickly, including, running for parts. The price was fair and they were very nice. The desk person was helpful and pleasant. Im very grateful.

I went there to rent a car and the lady at the counter was so helpful. She was very nice and made my experience so easy and pleasant. I had to make a few changes to my rental and without a question she was willing to accommodate. I would definitely recommend this place. I will be using them again! Oh and she made sure to spray my credit card and license with a sanitizer from bath and body works that smelled very great!!!

I have to say I had a great experience here. We had one of our cars go down and they brought it in first thing Tuesday morning after the holiday. Fixed the issue right away at a more than reasonable price. Lisa and Paul are great!! Jason s not to bad either!!! thanks again guys you really helped us out.

Had the pleasure of renting a car from Lisa and it was so easy and efficient! I managed to get a comfortable car at an affordable price and it made my trip back to Port Jervis, New York for my class reunion a memorable one. Thank You for providing the best service!

The car and paperwork were not ready when we got there. Computers were also down and it took an hour to get our car. They wouldn't let my older father use their bathroom while we waited. They were nice enough and the car looks fine but next time we'll rent from a bigger company in Middletown.

Defensive, Aggressive, Confrontational, Dishonest. I wish I had read the reviews before I went there. The mechanics are great people, but the owner is an ass. I brought the car in for inspection working fine. When I went to pick it up, it was undrivable! Apparently they tested the emergency brake, and the cable broke, and seized. Instead of admitting that they broke the cable, they lied saying the car "was like that" before. The owner is so nasty he actually started lowering the car while I was standing under it as the mechanic explained to me what needed replacement. This guy has the worst attitude I have ever seen and doesn't deserve your business.

The staff here is always helpful. As U haul dealers trucks come and go 24/7 but even though there is a reservation it never guarantees a truck. However, she will find you something

Thank you everyone at PJ Tire ! My Jeep needed help.....brakes, rotors, tires, tune up. I knew it was passed due, but didn't realize it had gone this far. Your patience to my crazy questions was outstanding, you took the time to answer and explain in detail everything that was needed, showing me the tires and explaining what was best for my car and the driving that I do - I can't begin to express my gratitude to you all. Thank you for keeping me and my family safe. Couldn't do it without you.

VERY INCOMPETENT do Not recommend to anyone! Never go here woman on phone nasty! Sent the tires back that i put a deposit on! 3 days later still don t have me refund. Hung up on me on the phone !

So I go here to get an inspection for a 2020honda pilot I told them I didn't want anyone to drive in it because I don't want any dirty grease inside my vehicle it's a safety inspection only they said up we don't have any safety stickers anyway goodbye this is the type of service they provide never again
