I highly recommend 1st choice auto body! I had my accident a month ago. They kept in contact with me the entire time! Very patient! I got my car back today and you can't even tell it was in an accident!! Thank you once again!

Half a***d diagnosis of a vehicle. Says he started the vehicle up and drove it for ten miles but the neighbor said he only moved it back and forth twice. I asked him to check the bearings and began to be rude thag he said there s no lights on the dash. Okay but I asked for a full diagnoses. He said he can t cause there s no light. Never heard of that. His wife cursed out us out and he was being incredibly rude after Store hours say open and the shop says open but no one around no one answers. Poor excuse of a buisness. If he did a half a** diagnoses you can only wonder how much other work he half a***s for others. Will be filing suit for charging for something that didn t happen even if it smalls claims and will make sure to post all over social media. Currently streaming this review on twitch with 14.5k watchers who listened to the voice call and witnesses the rudeness and un professionalism

First Choice did a beautiful job on my car. He did the body work around the entire car and it looks better than I could have ever expected. He even threw in some blending for the little scratches I had. Dakota was quick to answer/respond, easy to work with and professional throughout the process. Prices were more reasonable than anyone else in the area. Hes knowledgeable on typical problems like deals with car rentals and dealing with car insurance, which is really helpful towards the headache of that process. I highly recomend you choose First Choice for any work needed for your vehicle. I'll definitely be back again if I need anything else done in the future. Thanks guys!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

1st Choice Auto Body is my go-to shop and quite literally always my 1st choice when I have an issue with a vehicle.They re professional, straight with you, and take pride in their work. I ve brought both of my vehicles in to be fixed and never cease to be amazed by how above and beyond they go to make sure everything is perfect.I hit a deer recently and brought it to them as the front end was obliterated. I picked up my car yesterday and it looks better than it did before I hit the deer. Not only did they work quickly and efficiently in fixing the damage while also keeping me updated along the way, but even went as far as kindly fixing and painting a dent that was there prior to hitting the deer.I ve only ever had great experiences with 1st Choice. If you care about your vehicle being fixed the RIGHT way and not being screwed around, go to 1st Choice! You won t be disappointed.

Thank you for all the hard work, on my Chrysler 300. My car looks amazing!! If your ever in a collision (animal or vehicle), I highly recommend First Choice Auto Body. They are trust worthy and honest.

My experience with Dakota (kooter) owner of First Choice Auto body. I had my 1999 dodge ram there for a full restoration it took 1 year 3 months to be done. During the restoration I had brought new doors to the shop. I had windows on my new doors which he kept for him and he said he used on his own truck because he broke his. I asked for my windows again month later to have them replaced his answered changed to " we cleaned up shop and got rid of old stuff" that's cool change your answers every time. So anyway on my rear axle he modified my sway bar and the way he modified it was totally offset and it was hitting my rear differential damaging it and I showed Kooter and he replied to me ALL sway bars are suppose to touch the rear differential. Umm? Which is total B.S. Anyway it gets better. When cutting out the driver side cab corner he torched my rear seat and burned it with a big burn mark and tried to tell me that was there before.. now I know my truck in and out and that burn mark was not there a NORMAL body shop would take the interior seats out before doing any kind of that work. He took shortcuts. Also he lost my battery hold downs for my batteries so they would move around when hitting a bump.. So if you want your car restored by Kooter at First Choice Auto body just maker sure you will probably lose nuts and bolts, battery hold downs, sway bar link bolts weren't even put back on and most of all have your interior burnt to crisp. and he does not guarantee any of his work or take any responsibility for his actions.

On top of being professional, these guys were so kind. I went in asking for more than I needed and for the first time in my life, an auto mechanic talked me DOWN the reverse upsell. The downsell??? Anyway they were awesome. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, it at the price they quoted me. No nonsense. My car looked like garbage before and looks great now. I highly recommend!!!

They do great work. To "John Michaels" post, this is completely untrue. First, when you are in a collision, you drop your vehicle off to be assessed by a insurance company. Then the repair process begins, You do not "drop off parts". To include a little info to your comment, "it's just white paint", there at least 7 shade variants on one single color, depending on where the manufacture plant was. Thus. also another reason you leave the vehicle so the paint can be correctly matched, and blended as neccessary. Before you leave a bad review, know what you're talking about. The work that comes out of that shop is done to 110% standards, unlike most shops around here.

I was in a bad front end collision with my 2015 Nissan Rogue. This place was recommended to me by a friend and all I can say is the accident is undetectable. The staff was polite and honest, I would recommend First Choice Auto Body to anyone.

Very satisfied with the work first choice auto body did to my truck. I hit a deer and you wouldn t never be able to tell looks brand new again. I would recommended them to anyone.

The first big storm of the season left my girlfriend stranded in her car on the side of the road for hours, and two young men from First Choice found her and towed her safely home. They were literal heroes that night. A job well done. I will be returning for other services for sure. Five stars.

Never ever answer's the business phone at all and if they do they NEVER GET BACK TO YOU I THINK THEY ARE WAY TOO YOUNG FOR A RELIABLE BUSINESS
