Furnace stopped working in cold weather. Called Bottini & came shortly after. Problem was diagnosed and fixed in one visit, even though needed some plumbing , wiring, and setting adjustments.I've always received excellent service from Bottini. Highly recommend.

I have been a Bottini customer for over 10 years both for oil and propane delivery and service. The service technicians and customer service are very good. My furnace and boiler are getting older and it means a lot to have experienced technicians and service managers available to troubleshoot and keep my system operating. I have sometimes been frustrated when things aren t working but am ultimately always satisfied in the end because Bottini works very hard to find a solution.

I'm a customer for over 20 years. We have the service plan and they come promptly for a regular tune up and to fix the occasional problem. It's not always easy to find reliable contractors here in lower Sullivan County so that's a definite plus! Highly recommend.

Bottini came out to hook up propane to my generator the other day which was great, until i came home and saw the completed job. Absolutely zero pride in their work. The pro-flex line they ran runs up hill and is far from level. They drilled holes through the stringer of the steps instead of running the line under the deck. Every connection is covered with pipe dope, didn t even try to clean the dope up a little bit so your connections are clean.

Two guys arrived on time to do the annual service on our boiler. Both real friendly and professional, they went to work and cleaned the unit fully and explained at the end everything they did. Good service no doubt!

I'm glad my annual service came up - I saw a little moisture near unit but didn't think much of it. Turned out the boiler was going above PSI and the emergency shut off was not working. Bottini tech worked on it for almost 3 hours changing appropriate parts. All seems good now! Very happy always with Bottini - have been using them for about 7 years.

Bottini Fuel team came out to support generator installation. Tech was very professional providing a clean installation and work in concert with the generator folks for a smooth job. Highly recommended.

The tech was promptly here in the morning. Showed him wear the furnace was and he began working. The cleaning was done in a timely manner. I wish he would have explained the recommendations he listed when I asked how everything went. Otherwise great service.

We hired Bottini Fuel to convert our fuel system from oil to propane in our home. We worked with Sales Director Don on our proposal and he was very attentive to our needs, timeline and budget. His team Cecil and Jason were the best! They left our home clean, warm and the pipework execution was flawless. What more can ask for in a local service provider - we recommend Bottini Fuel for any fuel delivery type or new boiler system installation.

Every fuel company I called before Bottini, couldnt answer questions I thought they would know? They also said they would pass by to see where tanks were to be place. Bottini made an appointment to both look at the sight and answer my questions in the professional way I like being treated. Both Don in sales and Mike the installer made me comfortable with my first use of gas heat...always having oil hot water in the past. Even the ladies in the office were very informed and pleasant to deal with. Great Company!

Bottini fuel has been great to my family and me. They are very helpful with their service any time we call they are always prompt, courteous and professional. They really have a great deal of respect for their clients time. Bottini shows how they value their clients with payment plan options and low rates that stay low. we have had a few instances where we ran out of propane in the middle of the winter in the middle of the night no less ( my fault I was not paying attention to the gauge ) and we called the emergency hotline and within a very short reasonable amount of time they were their to fill our tank and save the day. It is nice to know that Bottini is their for my family and me 24 hours a day. All of the staff are very helpful and empathetic to any situation. we would never switch our provider and we encourage everyone that we come in contact with to switch to Bottini if they have not done so already. Thank you for keeping my family warm, fed and the hot water rolling Bottini!!!!!!!!!!

Bottini has always gave reliable and professional service. They have addressed any issue that I have had with my heating system. Very please and would 100% recommend them. Sign up for the maintenance plan, it s a yearly fee but will save you money in the long run!

People leaving good reviews have not tried to get out of their contract, which, is, impossible. And they'll charge you for tank rental any old time they feel like it - they slip it in & you don't realize it, when you do, it's too late & when you call, they simply don't care "can do what we want" is what he said. Go elsewhere. You'll be better off, or read the fine print very carefully.

We recently signed up with Bottini Fuel's premium service contract and had an issue with one of our zones not working. I called Bottini and they were able to get a service technician within hours - he quickly diagnosed the issue, and replaced the zone valve, and our heat starting working again in that zone. Highly recommend!

I love Bottini fuel because of the convenience of their heating oil delivery at our PA house.Because we are not there most of the time, they deliver your after you pay on the phone (last 2 years they kept my credit card details so we only call and order fuel). The amount of oil for the furnace has remained consistent and I believe they are super trustworthy. A couple times I was home and met the delivery guy who was polite and friendly. I also like the way they care about our driveway. It's a gravel driveway on a hillside and needs good vehicle maneuvering to protect pathway and grass.They have different plans but I've opted for delivery only and use a local furnace maintenance guy for the furnace.So far we're totally satisfied with Bottini Fuel and hope to use them as long as possible.Please continue to be great!

I have been a customer of Bottini Fuel for years now. I have used their emergency services a few times and the tech guys are always nice and informative as well as helpful. My oil deliveries are always timely, and they do an amazing job servicing my furnace. The agents on the phone are always a pleasure to speak with. All around a great company! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking.

I have received oil deliveries from Bottinis for over 10 years - closer to 20, I purchase well over a 1,000 gallons each year. For all of these years my service has been excellent. The servicemen who have been to my house over the years have solved all issues I have experienced with my boiler. The servicemen and the people who answer the phones, when I call their offices, have always been courteous, friendly and professional. I highly recommend Bottini Fuel - The service contract that they offer has saved me a lot of money over the years.

From the representatives we speak with on the phone, to the delivery persons and service technicians that come to the house, they are polite, pleasant and professional and great to deal with. Any services or repairs are made rapidly, and are right the first time. Well worth the call!

Great tech came out to due our annual cleaning, very professional. Also we have been having issues with some rooms not getting proper heat (base board) and was able to determine that air was in lines, bleed the lines and all is good. Thanks for a positive experience.

Bottini Fuel has excellent customer service. They respond quickly and efficiently. They make sure my oil tankers were working properly and my reader is correct. I am very happy with the service my home receives. I Love the consistent monthly payments so I am not bombarded in the winter. I would highly recommend them.

We've been using Bottini Fuel for our Propane heated home for several years. The service from day one has always been exceptional and theirdelivery and repairmen are wonderful. Just yesterday morning my furnace didn't fire up when I turned the heat on. I was told they couldn't give me a time because of the numerous calls that chilly morning, but that someone would be there that day. At 6:45 the tired but pleasant repairman was there and did our repair. Highly recommend!

In a time of emergency bottini really came through. I had an issue with my bowler after getting fuel and I called bottini and they informed me a tech would show up literally 10 minutes later a tech showed up not only got my heat going but waited 15 minutes to make sure it stayed running. They deliver immediately and come through during emergencies. I would recommend to anyone who utilizes fuel. They also are very understanding when your dealing with any hardship.

They are the best! We started using them last year after trying other companies. We ran out and they had us delivered that day. With small children, we appreciated their prompt service. No other company wanted to even call us back. The office staff was amazing to work with and so friendly! We will NEVER use another company. We'll be Bottini fuels customers for life.

I ve been using Bottini Fuel for 9 years. Customer Service helped me to accurately calculate the amount of gallons we consume each year. I also use their deluxe service agreement so if anything anything goes wrong with my heating system they are right there to repair it. All customer service and technicians are very friendly. Finally my contract is evenly spread out over the year so I know each month how much my bill is so I can budget accordingly. My bill gets charged to my CC so earn I points as well. Super company to deal with.

After oil delivery, sludge caused our heating to shut down. The great technician who came out on Sunday, February 5th, did an awesome job, cleaned out the system and we are cozy and warm once more. Thank you!

Always enjoyed a good experience with Bottini Fuel. Been a customer for 20 years. They've always been very skillful and knowledgeable. Recently though, did have one issue where they never showed for a scheduled appointment. Wife took off from work to be home and loss that day. Found out the service truck broke down. I understand those things happen, but a courtesy call would have been nice.

Great company! We have just bought a house in Narrowsburg and I have been shopping around for my new utilities. Bottini was the fastest, first to answer and then to install our gas tank for a competitive pricing. They are also scheduled to come and check on our oil tank and furnace! I m happy with the sharp answering time and services. I d like to be able to choose color options or hiding/decorating tricks in order to better blend our white tank.
