I was having a big problem with my Audi it s 2011 q5 s line. We had a parasitic drain and nothing much worse than this. We had it at another shop and they became frustrated and just couldn t get it fixed. I came over to elite and they were able to get it fixed first shot. I cannot tell you how happy I am to know they made sure it was fixed before they gave it back. All my vehicles will come to their shop for now on.

If there is something wrong with your car, they'll find it. This is an excellent garage and my family has trusted them for years to keep our vehicles in good condition. They are thorough, professional and easy to deal with. Strong recommendation.

I ve used Elite for many years. Impeccable service, doesn t sell you anything you don t need, dealer level quality repairs. I drive from NYC to Elite for car repairs, that s how great they are!

Excellent customer service, and attention to detail. I scheduled an appointment to get my brakes fixed Friday morning, I drop my car off at the wrong mechanic and missed the appointment time (just my luck ) However Richie still squeezed me in to service my car. I went to Elite based on the many positive reviews here and I'm so glad I took the recommendations! Tony and Richie have the most wonderful customer service skills. They clearly explained to me what my car needed, provided prompt and professional service, & they even waited late for me on a Friday night to make sure I had my car for the weekend. These guys are passionate about cars and it shows. My car is running great now and I'm so happy to have found this reliable place!

I have used Elite Auto for years - the work is uniformly excellent and reasonably priced. They are always honest and 100% reliable. Just recently I had an issue when I discovered a flat tire as I was leaving for a week long vacation. Intending to schedule an appointment for my return, I called them - but they told me it wasn't a great idea to let the car sit on a flat tire for a week. So while I was away, they came to my house, picked up the car, fixed the tire, and brought it back - and there is was, waiting for me upon my return. I can't imagine such good service anywhere else. Thank you, Tony, Richie, Kevin, Donna and everyone at Elite Auto!

Can't say enough good things about Tony, Richie and the rest of the staff. Been going to them for quite a while now and have always received great service and advice from them. Very professional well run organization. Recently had a new Jeep prepped to be towed behind my motorhome (tow brace, wiring, etc)I explained my concerns and they addressed them completely and did a beautiful job. Even on the road thousands of miles away, with my previous tow (NOT set up by them unfortunately) when I had an issue, I could call them for their advice. Always very generous with their time and advice. Knowledgable and skilled, their prices are very fair.

My number one choice for any of my mechanical needs whether it be my foreign auto or my domestic auto. Never disappointed never any unexpected surprises or charges. Phenomenal customer service, the fact that the owner tony is hands on and interacts with the customers is a major plus. Highly recommend this shop to everyone/anyone who needs any type of work done on there automotives

New to the island from Brooklyn. Needed new pads and rotors. Sent by hospital referral. Was not disappointed, everyone there made sure all my questions were answered and gave my car a clean bill of health overall. Honest prices and justifications. Work done in a timely manner and great customer service. Thanks guys.

We moved to Port Jefferson in August, making Elite a neighbor.Our friends Bob and Terri Arrigon recommended the technicians of ELITE which they have been using for decades.They were correct.The guys are great and thorough and the prices are reasonable.Donna is also nice.Five stars for sure.JIM

I ve had my fair share of mechanics but this team takes the cake. They went above and beyond to take care of my family like we were friends, not customers. People will forget what you did but remember how you made them feel- in this case we will always remember both.

Perfect for foreign autos, these guys are extremely upfront on what needs to be repaired (versus dealer advice that often pushes bringing car to showroom, not just well running, condition). Extremely fair, all repairs comprehensive and correct, know their cars extremely well.

If you looking for a good mechanic and a clean shop this is your place. The owner / mechanic is a real gentleman and a pleasure to do business with. I would highly recommend this mechanic shop.

Son brought car for repairs. They were so honest with him telling him that it wasn't worth it to make repairs. Son will continue to use them when he gets replacement car.

The best of the best is right here in Port Jefferson Tony,Rich and the crew will treat your car like a Rolls Royce just pulled into the shop.A finer place you will not find Great work and better prices.The white glove treatment is alive and well at Elite Auto

Standard rate of 115$ just for dianostic to be done. What the hell is this shop smoking ???? When i heard the lady say that on the phone. I knew something was wrong!!!!! Wont be doing businesss with this lady.
