Where do I start?I was told by 2 dealerships and another auto broker that they could NOT help me without raising my payment. Chris took my information and came back that same day with a lease offer and for less than I'm paying now! He made the whole process so easy. He answered all my questions (trust me there was a lot). The car was delivered by Thomas and he was just as sweet and helpful. He was patient and explained everything I needed to do, even what I had to send to my insurance company. Such a great great experience and I plan to use them again next time. If you are reading this, just call them, you won't regret it!

Highly recommend Royal auto leasing company. Shawn was extremely pleasant, he made my experience quick and easy. Not only did I get a great deal, I was able to get my new car delivered to my house within 3 days !

My friend recommended Shawn to me after I was stressing out about my lease ending in a few months. I was on the search for my next car but going to dealerships have always been stressful and long days for me. Shawn was amazing and took a load off my shoulders. I told him what I wanted and within days I had my new car in my driveway. The process was so easy and he answered all my questions. I will definitely be using Royal Auto Leasing from now on. And I will for sure tell my friends and family about this great experience! Tom and Joe dropped off the car and were awesome. I felt like we were friends for a long time. Very personable guys! The sales Manager Shawn was very attentive asking numerous questions to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted beginning with the color, capacity, performance and so much more. Lost my car in a flood and had to quickly make arrangements for transport. Shawn made the transaction very easy. Responded promptly and patiently worked with me to find a right fit for my budget.Arrangements to pick up car at the car rental return made it all so smooth. Joe and Thomas very polite helpful knowledgeable and pleasant to work with and discuss contracts. I would definitely recommend this service to family/friends.

What a great and fast experience working with Shawn. Told him I was looking to surprise my wife Jen with a new Pathfinder and he was able to find the vehicle I wanted and got it into my driveway in less 5 days.. Royal Auto Leasing is the absolute best way to get a new car. This is the second lease that we have done with Shawn and I couldn t be happier. From start to finish he makes the process so easy and you never step foot in a dealership. My new car was delivered right to my driveway and Joe who delivered the car was kind and knowledgeable and helped me set everything up including pairing my cell phone. I highly recommend Royal Auto Leasing!!

Amazing deal I just had my 2024 Pathfinder delivered to me and my previous lease taken away by Royal Auto Leasing. I originally went to a dealership and came up with a monthly price for the car and was then told about Royal Auto and Shawn. I contacted him before signing the contract at the dealership and when all said and done Shawn was able to save me $36 a month on my payments. It was a total smooth transaction and will never walk back into a dealership again. I spoke briefly over the phone with Shawn and then the rest done through text. Thanks again Royal Auto Leasing and Shawn.

Thank god i found this company. By far the easiest, quickest and stress free car leasing experience i ve ever had in the 20+ years of leasing cars. My sales agent Chris made the process even better. Definitely the coolest and most down to earth guy I ve ever worked with and also got me a way better deal than the dealership offered. Chris and the great guys with the delivery team had my vehicle in my driveway in less than 24hrs. Thanks again to everyone at Royal Auto Leasing!!

I would recommend Royal Auto Leasing to anyone looking for their next vehicle. Shawn was extremely helpful and patient throughout the process. This is my first time leasing a vehicleHe ensured that I got best price possible on a new 2024 VW Atlas SE with Technology. He helped provide other options and worked to get the car we wanted. He even found something that was available ASAP (had it to us in 2 days) versus the original vehicle we were looking at.Joe, a Royal Auto Leasing associate, delivered the car to my home. Paperwork was quick and painless and he took the time to show me certain features of the car.Thanks for helping me get a car I love!

I reached out to Taylor about possibly upgrading my 21 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited to a 2023 model. I had approx. 10 months left on the lease. Taylor and his team were able to pay off my 10 month lease, had me scheduled for a 2023 Santa Fe Limited, Then Taylor called me to say he could get me into the Top Trim which is a 23 Santa Fe Calligraphy for the same price as the 23 limited. The day before delivery, I requested a color change which Taylor made happen as I know it wasn't an easy task to do in a short time frame. The entire process took 4 days from start to finish and went smoothly. Vehicle was delivered to my house, and the previous lease was taken by Taylors team. I will never go to a dealership again unless its for a test drive. Taylor and his team are top notch. You wont be disappointed with their customer service.

I highly recommend them! I hate going to the car dealer.. So much so that I was 2 months over my previous lease. Marion Sardone was amazing, sweet, knowledgeable, helpful and so wonderful to deal with. And everything was done over the phone. She even called my insurance company for me! I got a brand new, upgraded SUV for less money than I was paying. Joe Helfer delivered my SUV to my door and went above and beyond to explain and make sure I was comfortable with all the features of my new car. I have never had such a pleasant experience leasing and I will never walk into a dealership again.

I can t say enough about Royal Auto Leasing. I had never dealt with a broker before and wasn t sure of the process. Chris at Royal was extremely patient with me as I navigated my decisions - lease, finance, purchase outright. He was extremely patient with me as I made my final decision. The actual process was very smooth and before I knew it, they were delivering my car and picking up my leased vehicle. Thank you again for a fantastic car buying experience!

I think like many I dreaded going to the car dealership. It s always been a long, back and forth process that I ve been avoiding for a few months now. Finally found Shawn s info and I won t lie I went into the process with doubt that it wouldn t be that much different. Shawn definitely changed my mind. My wife and I are super happy with how smooth and quick we went front point A ( obtaining basic info) to point B ( having a new car delivered straight to our door) the process was so smooth and Shawn was very quick and thorough with the information he provided. We re super happy with our new car, exactly as promised.

Royal auto leasing did a tremendous job getting me out of my previous lease a few months early and getting me into an incredible deal on an awesome 2024 Hyundai Tuscon limited . Shawn was great to deal with , extremely patient and always professional . Answered all my questions and concerns , got me a great deal and saved me money on old lease , I couldn t have asked for a better outcome . Repeat Customer, as satisfied as I was last year. The Staff at Royal Auto Leasing NY make buying a car as easy as shopping on line. Once again, I reached out on Wednesday and was in my new truck by Friday. Process is so simple, 3 steps, quick sign and go, that s it. I would strongly recommend their service if you need a car and don t want to deal with the sales pressure, constant calls/texts, or sitting at a dealership being told one thing and getting another. I m mad at myself for not leasing with Royal Auto sooner. Shawn was awesome to deal with & very responsive. A few text messages & a phone call & Shawn found me what I was looking for. Joe delivered my new car & took my return. Couldn t be easier. I highly recommend Shawn, Joe & Royal Auto.
