I would give ten stars if I could. I unfortunately needed a tow on three separate occasions in the past few months, and the service by Northeast Towing was exemplary each time. All three tows were done in an impressively timely manner, the communication from Tom, Derek, and Darin was excellent and exceeded my expectations. I can t say enough about the quality of the customer service I received, and the pricing was also very fair and competitive. The past few months have been a nightmare dealing with my car troubles, but Northeast was the one part of the process that was a breeze each time. A huge thank you to the guys over at Northeast Towing & Recovery Inc. you guys have a customer for life.

Tommy , your unbelievable, determination, reliability, and quick call to action when my dad was in a bind tonight, is a testament to what type of businessman you are. You made possible, what everybody else made impossible You made it look easy and effortless, and you had a calm and reassuring demeanor, all the while even late in the night.I had two tow trucks come to help my dad, which One had said, was apparently a broken ball joint On his front end both tow trucks abandoned us and could not help us because they did not have the proper equipment to tow the car. I was able to collaborate with another tow company and get Tommy on the phone. These two men worked together to come to our rescue. I cannot thank you enough for what you did for us this evening. What was so easy for you was so frustrating for us dealing with other tow companies that could not handle our needs and left us waiting for hours without any answers - And on top of that they were rude.Thank you for showing up for us as quickly as you did And setting the bar so incredibly high for the rest. I will never go through any regular tow service again. You are my guy and you superseded the expectation. Eternally grateful that I have an amazing contact to help my Dad (and me!!l , thank you for your efficiency and your passion to the call of duty. You rock!!!!!

From my cars, to equipment or most recently a wheel chair lift for my dad Northeast goes above and beyond. Been using them for almost a decade with no issues or no headaches. And in a pinch that s the most important thing. Professionalism above all. Can t speak and higher of them.

Be careful when driving near one of their tow trucks, just had one almost swideswipe me and cut off 6 cars on a single lane red light at the intersection of middle country rd and old middle country rd going north. No care for others or to follow the laws of the road I d rather leave a review to warn others instead of sending the dashcam footage to Suffolk PD

Fast friendly affordable says it all. My AWD Subaru was stuck at the bottom of a steep icy driveway and the sun was setting in Port Jeff. I had called another reputabe local tow service who said they couldn't safely pull me up 20 yards to the street so I was starting to panic. I called Northeast and Tom said " I got you, be right there". Half an hour later I was driving home. OUTSTANDING! Call Northeast!

Can't say enough about this company. It is the second time I had the need for a tow. I had saved the contact in my phone after the first tow and so glad I did ( I suggest you do the same ) the price was reasonable ( hard to find that today ) and the service was amazing. I watched as they loaded my car( took such time and care ) and when I got home it was parked perfectly where I had asked them to.Thank you Northeast Towing!Service: Car towing

I wish I could leave 0 stars. I got a flat at 7:45am this morning. I called to see if I could get help. The person I spoke to said they didn t have anyone till 9. I said that was okay and waited till 9. I got a call at 9:11 that the person was running late but they would be on their way. Never got another call back. I tried calling a million times and left a message. I got no call back. I was sitting in my car for a little over 3 hours. So finally, I said this is ridiculous. I called another company. They said they would be an hour and were right on time. They changed my tire and were amazing. This company is TERRIBLE.

Hands down the BEST company to call when you need a tow, help with a tire, a jump, whatever it is. Tom and his team are fantastic! They take pride in their service and equipment, you wont see them showing up in a truck that looks like its been in more accidents than you can count. I called Tom late last night as I blew a tire on route 495 and the jack wasn't working based on where we pulled over. His genuine interest in helping me and having someone get to us quickly was unparalleled. Everything was taken care of within 20 minutes of arrival. I highly recommend calling Northeast Towing should you experience the rough terrain throughout Long Island and find yourself stranded. I can't thank Tom and Northeast Towing enough. The first time I needed a tow, I was recommended this business. When I called, the owner Tom responded immediately and had a truck show up right away. I could just tell from the level of professionalism and confidence in his voice, that I was making the right decision. Not only are Northeast Towing the most professional and reliable, they give realistic and accurate wait times, show up quickly, and keep you updated the whole time. I highly recommend calling them anytime you need assistance

� Polite and professional with reasonable rates. I had to wait until after rush hour before they could tow me due to special requirements on my end but they kept me informed of their ETA throughout the waiting interval.� They are the only ones who agreed to tow me the required 60+ miles to my mechanic. I called like 9 other places and they all refused.

They were very responsive. Took excellent care of my classic car while loading and unloading. Hopefully don't need them again but would call them first.

If I could give zero stars I would. My mother got ran off the road and was stranded for 4+ hours waiting for this company to tow her car and they never showed, I got them on the phone 1 time and he was extremely rude. We waited another hour and tried to call again and they declined all our calls. So unprofessional. They made an already stressful situation even worse. Never had such a bad experience with a tow company until this. Absolutely pathetic.

Tommy does it all. I ve used him since before he was legally allowed to drive a tow truck. Don t look any further for your tow guy. Whoever is driving the Black Hino Tow truck needs to slow down. This guy was flying down William Floyd Parkway almost hit a car. And has no break lights , no turn signals.

Look no further people, Tom of Northeast towing is the best on LI. I own a restored 1963 Chevy ii and whenever I m in need of a tow there s only one number in my phone and Tom is it. As I work the kinks out of this car it s comforting to know that I can rely on a company to be at my location within 20-30 mins as he did today after I had clutch issues. Both the owner of the company whom I spoke with on the phone and the driver were very professional. My car was stuck on a tough to get spot and all my tires locked up with no way of real easing and the driver did everything in his power and successfully towed my car with no damage and very respectful the whole time 10/10 from me will definitely be my first choice if I ever need a tow again thank you to the guys at northeast towing and recoveryService: Car towing

Northeast towing has been always reliable. They are very quick to respond and be on the site fast. I have used them for car transportation multiple times and have never disappointed. Very trustful and will continue to use them. Great prices !

I ve used Northeast towing a few times in the last couple of years and each time the experience had been the same. Always professional, easy to deal with and great care of whatever vehicle I was having towed. I highly recommend Northeast towing to anyone in need and will continue to use them going forward.
