I brought my 2024 honda accord in for a check engine light issue as an emergency while they were closing. John, my service advisor was super accommodating and extremely helpful during this stressful situation. They helped me out and provided me with a loaner vehicle 20 minutes before closing and even stayed late to help me. I highly recommend John and mariano rivera honda service department. Do not let the reviews fool you from people who "had bad experiences" they were awesome!!!! 10/10

This is the single worst service department I have ever been to in my life. Read all the other reviews and STAY AWAY. I went for a simple inspection on a TWO YEAR OLD Honda. They failed my inspection for "tinted windows" except the only tint on the car is the rear window and the front windows are COMPLETELY STOCK FROM HONDA on a car purchased from a Honda dealership!! Strive advisor Steaphie Digrigol was the most nasty and rude person I've ever met at any Honda dealer! Telling me it's "too bad. get the tint you put on removed and maybe it will pass next time". ITS A COMPLETELY CLEAR WINDOW!! Remove tint that doesn't exist? So you'll fail my car with tints that don't exist and won't pass it unless I pay you to replace my stock Honda windows with other stock Honda windows? Does anyone actually fall for your scams? You couldn't find anything wrong to sell me so you lie about tints to try to sell me new wi dows? Or are you (besides nasty) that incompetent that you work at a car dealer and honestly don't know what window tint is? This service department, specifically Stefanie is so horrible that I nor any one I know will ever purchase a car from Rivera Honda again.These reviews don't lie, STAY AWAY!!!

I visited this location for an oil change and tire rotation service. My first impression was the customer service and ease of check in/out and completion was good. Two days after my visit, I started seeing dashboard lights come on (ABS and Traction Control, Tire Pressure). When I took it back to them, they ended up telling me I needed a repair that would cost over $2,300. The lights that came on were tire related yet the technician told me it has absolutely nothing to do with the service they provided just days prior. It just doesn't sit right with me that I came in looking to perform routine maintenance and I now have a huge problem. I regret going into this shop. Furthermore, I was told I would receive a point to point inspection on my first visit, but they didn't mention needing brakes or rotor replacement until after I brought the car back complaining about the steering wheel shaking while braking.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

I m extremely disappointed in my experience at this dealerships service center. About a month ago my car had a check engine light, I brought it in right away but no issue was diagnosed and my car was handed back to me. A few weeks later my car issues the warning that it s overheating. I brought it back and waited most of the day for an update. I tried to call in the afternoon but the number provided in the automatic text message from Honda is not actually a working number. I called the dealership instead and got the service dept just to be told that my service rep was on her lunch break (at 3:30pm when they close at 4:30pm) and she would call me back when she returned. I assume no one else except that one service rep could give me an update on my car?? So I waited and hoped that nothing happened to Stephanie or I might never see my car again. A short time later Stephanie did call me back to say my car needed a head gasket but it would be covered under my warranty and the car would probably be ready Thursday (it was Monday) so I said ok. Tuesday passed with no update and most of Wednesday did too, so on Wednesday afternoon I reached out using the text system they offer and asked when my car would be ready for pick up on Thursday. I received no response. On Thursday I tried texting again and this time I did receive a response saying it was going to take one more day. On Friday when I checked I was told via text that they received the wrong gasket from the factory, but that a new one was ordered and as long as all goes well I could pick up Saturday. On Saturday I intentionally did not ask, and no one called or sent a text message with an update. My car is still currently at the service center and it will be a full 7 days with no resolution, sub-par communication and zero options for me as a customer moving forward. I intend to physically go there on Monday for an update from management and to request a loaner. I was never offered a loaner, and I assume they either do not offer the service or that I would have to ask for it just like I ve asked for every update on the status of the repair. I will not be returning to this service center again and I would advise others to select a different location or risk extended delays and minimal customer service.

I ve been there three times now and have been impressed with the service. Christie was so helpful and friendly you couldn t ask for anything more. I dropped off my Odyssey today and picked up a loaner car in under 10 minutes. Impressive everything was ready and waiting for me. After buying a car, I realized that the numbers didn't add up, so I inquired about the discrepancy and found out that I was being charged just under $7000 for some unreqested warranties. Requested a cancelation & refund, and 6 months later, I am still trying to get my refund back, even though my paperwork says that I should have gotten the refund in January.

They failed to tell you that every call they have listed for a certain price is actually $2,000 more they don't tell you that until you get there , by the way all dealerships are doing this now get a price quote before you go and waste your time
