Not too many shops on the island that have service and staff as professional this one. been doing business with them for over 10 years and never had a problem to date. Artie and the crew treat you like family as soon as you enter the door .

Went in and talked with Artie and Jennifer, let me tell you that you will never want to deal with another shop. Artie was busy as can be and took his time with all my questions and was very helpful. Jennifer is always pleasant to deal with she was friendly and happy on the phone and in person.I purchased 19 inch wheels and 33 inch tires from them and they also installed it. That job was done perfect and before the estimated date Artie gave me.

I just had new tires and rims installed on my 2020 Ram, couldn t have been happier with the look. Jennifer and the team really spent a lot of time helping me make the right choice. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. Thanks again!

I drove all the way across Long Island to get tires and wheels on my brand new Truck, I m glad I did because Artie and the rest of his family Took the time to show me all the possibilities that were available to me. I m a 54 year old who didn t want a Monster Truck I just wanted to make it my own. I wound up going with 18x9 inch fuel maverick wheels and a set of BF Goodrich 305/65 R 18 AT KO2s. Added a 2.25 leveling kit to accommodate the larger wheels. I get compliments on the truck all the time!I suggest you check these guys out! They really take care of their customers.Artie is such a nice guy that while I was waiting for my Truck to be finished some young kid came in and didn t want to pay for the repair that was done to his Jeep. Apparently the boy thought that he blew his engine but Artie replaced a few fouled spark plugs and she was good as new. This guy didn t want to pay for the plugs and labor because he didn t authorize the work, but I would ve been happy that I didn t need an engine. Lol. I guess the kid thought he out smarted Artie, but when he is older and wiser he ll realize that a great mechanic is worth more than a free tuneup. Artie graciously told his don t to give the kid his keys and to never come back.

I have come here two times once for a bed cover for my ram and today was for a 3 and a half inch lift. I am very happy with the work they do and prices are fair. I will be returning when i need new tires.

I had a flat and they were near by. I drove in and they fixed it as soon as possible which was quickly! I needed a new tire and if I bought it from them they wouldn t charge for fixing the tire so I did. Tire was a good price. Receptionist and mechanics were friendly and helpful! MSW is absolutely AMAZING and FAIR! My daughter hit a boulder on side of road and we had no clue what really happened to the car. Artie easily found that she needed a new radiator & thermostat, but what didn't make sense is that the car wouldn't drive over 20 mph. Artie spent two days trouble shooting to make sure that the engine wasn't bad and that we weren't wasting money replacing the radiator. Artie went over the entire car and even made calls to Chrysler to trouble shoot some more. It turned out a plug connection came loose and was causing all of the problems. Any other mechanic would have charged us for a ridiculous amount of man hours trouble shooting. Artie was beyond fair. Jennifer was a pleasure and kept us in the loop as to what was happening with the car the entire time. A HUGE THANK YOU to Artie and his team!Service: Engine repair

Ordered roof rails and kayak racks through them back in March. I sent them the actual sticker on the truck AND took pictures of the actual roof. Order finally got to them in July just to find out they ordered the wrong system. So they reorder and a few weeks later ..they ordered the wrong set up again, and reorder AGAIN. I don t hear from them and had to call at end of September for them to tell me that they would have to order a different set up from someplace else for an additional $300-$400. Very unprofessional and would not recommend.

I had a very tight schedule and needed my tires mounted and balanced on my car ASAP, and this place was able to take me in right away, and do everything very quickly, and at a very reasonable price. Extremely satisfied with the staff here, everyone was pleasant and all covid protocols were followed well. Most importantly the job was done very well.

I had bought new wheels for my truck and needed my current tires installed on them as well as balancing and mounting. My new wheels were powder coated and therefore I was turned down by 11 shops all saying the same thing, that there was no way they could do it without scratching and destroying the wheels. At least 9 of those shops came within an inch of telling me I was an idiot for even thinking I could have this done. Very frustrating, but also common practice among many tire shops unfortunately. I did one last google search and saw Mt Sinai Alignment and saw they were right around the corner. I gave them a quick call to explain my situation and fully expected to be told the same as I had heard 11 times that morning. To my surprise, they were extremely helpful over the phone and asked me to bring the wheels down so the owner could take a look. This was the farthest I had gotten so far so I brought them down quickly. The owner took a look at the wheels and said the same thing other shops had said, that they were powder coated and could potentially scratch. BUT he went on to assure me that they had been doing this a long time. They had the experience to handle this job with ease and assured me the wheels would be just fine and they would love to do the work. He then took me into the shop to show me the tools they had to do the job and how they take extra care to not scratch anything. To top it all off, they were willing to take my truck in right then, even though they were clearly busy. I gave them the keys and they got started. While waiting in the shop I was able to look around their store which is clean and beautiful and talk more to the owner and others inside. Every single person who works here is incredibly professional and friendly. I can t say enough about my experience and I m thankful for the excellent work they did. My truck looks awesome. I ll be a customer for life. If this shop wasn t on your list of places to bring you car or truck it should be.

We put a 14 year old BMW back on the road. We expected a few things since it was off the road for a few years. I was dreading it because I've had some bad experiences with mechanics in the past. Artie was recommended by someone I know who has two older BMW's. I have to say they were very helpful and understood that we didn't want to dump too much money into such an old car. Jennifer at the front desk is very nice and helpful too. They earned our future business!

Artie and his crew were helpful and kind. They are Jeep experts and do great work. They helped me out in an emergency with a quick appointment, and fixed my issue in a timely manner. I have had several work trucks customized in the past thirty years. This was the smoothest transaction and installation I had ever. I highly reccomend this business. They did everything I asked on time and on budget. They did a thorough job. Thanks again Artie.

I brought my 1969 Camaro to Mt.Sinai for a wheel alignment. Artie and Doug took excellent care and went over and above by making minor adjustments to my Camaro outside the work regarding the wheel alignment. Jennifer spent quality time with me picking out new tires. This is a high quality family owned business that gives one on one service to their customers. Highly recommend!

Artie and his crew are the best in the business! A very clean, honest, professional shop. No one knows Truck Accessories better than Artie, he is the guy to talk to about Rims, Tires, and lift kits. If you are looking to add aftermarket parts to your car or truck Artie is the guy to talk to!

Literally the worst place I've yet to come across, so I brought my jeep there after calling like 5 times give him the keys he's says "I'll call you by the end of the day" I say okay thank you. So he never calls so the next day I'm still waiting for a call so I figured I'll call him says I need a new engine for my jeep he's like I'll call you with prices never calls once again but keep in mind when my jeep was there I never gave permission or he never asked me to do work on it so a few days go bye and never herd from him I go down there say I'm picking up he tried charging me for hours in labor and bs work he did which he never asked so I say I'm not paying it and he gets mad throws the keys and says don't come back my response is I didn't plan on it. Your better off going someplace else

Just had an inspection done in 15 minutes. Had an appointment and they took me in right on time. No stories and no nonsense. Office manager Jennifer and mechanic both friendly, polite, and most importantly competent. Thanks for a great experience!

As a service customer , I can never get in for an inspection lately! Jennifer not cooperative at all! I had to go somewhere else to be treated like a customer . Should be more flexible with your repeat customers.

I was surprised at how fast they worked on my car (during the 4th of July week) and how reasonable they were on price. Definately worth a look into if you're looking for a good specialist shop

Got my lifted Tacoma right where I wanted it spec wise. Great looking shop and parts area. Will definitely be going back after more future suspension mods.

I did my research and every one gave them 5 stars so I tried them out and I must say I was impressed they took the time to talk to me and explain everything answered all my questions I had to drive all most 2hours and it was worth it
