These guys are very professional and polite. Did the service correctly and also checked the entire car to see if anything needed to be repaired. This was my first time visiting your service center and was a spectacular experience. Brownie points well deserved to these guys. Stop by there today and talk to a young lady named Marie. I had a few questions I needed to ask about some service. I need it done on my Audi. Normally, I would take it to the dealership, but they re very expensive and I was very impressed on how much this young lady knew she is very professional, and very pleasant to talk to. We talked about a day that I am possibly going to set up an appointment to have some work done on my Audi. It is very refreshing to walk into a place where someone actually knows what they re talking about and at the same time you get treated with respect. Thank you Marie for helping me. I really appreciate it and I will be seeing you shortly. Keep up the great work.

Johnny the GM is fantastic goes over everything with the car and makes thoughtful suggestions. Even went above and beyond and removed some trash from my passenger seat. Quick great service each time. Fantastic location.

My latest experience at Port Jeff Jiffy Lube was awesome. I have had mixed experiences at other Jiff Lube's but the personnel at this Port Jefferson branch was fantastic. Marie, Thomas, and the manager (didn't catch his name) all worked well together and were super nice and professional. I would highly recommend this location.

I recommend anyone to go to Jeffy lube in port jeff. I always go there to get my oil change. They are straight forward and will not tell you false information. I have been going there for about 5 years and I get the excellent service.

Excellent service! John was amazing and very courteous. The entire team at Port Jeff was very professional and patient. Completed spark plugs change, and new coils, fuel clean out and tune-up. I will certainly come back to this location.

The manager Thomas was super attentive and efficient. Great service, Great experience. Absolutely one of the best locations on Long Island from the excellent customer service to fast service. I highly recommend people to come to this specific Jiffy Lube location and ask for Tom he will take great care of you..

The entire team was amazing. High morale in the shop even when faced with difficulties. Vacuumed around my engine bay, replaced windshield wipers, and did oil and oil filter change. Great team there!

I came here for an oil change and tire rotation after going to so many shops where the employees were rude and unpleasant. I decided to give this shop a try as I pass it almost everyday. I do not regret my decision. My experience at Jiffy Lube was nothing short of amazing. I was greeted by three enthusiastic workers, Thomas, Scott and Amare, who took my car in right away and told me to sit comfortably in the lobby. They worked on my car and gave me constant updates on their findings. The manager Thomas Tracy made sure the whole experience went smoothly and went out of his way to explain the entire process of what they were doing. As someone who does not understand mechanic talk, it was nice to have everything explained to me. They even took the time to vacuum my car and clean my windows. Everyone should be getting their cars done at this shop. I will be a forever customer at this Jiffy Lube.

The customer service was by far amazing. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. They even took the time to vacuum out my car and remove the leaves by the windshield. Also checked my tire pressure and topped off all my fluids. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone who wants excellent service with a smile, and a few laughs.Service: Oil change

Great service! For several years on an off. Especially with Mr. Tom Tracy ,always customer service first , honesty # bring this Professional Manager back for the customers, He's why I come to this Jiffy Lube. I work for Stonybrook Long Island state Veterans home Long Care Nursing facility /Daycare The Nurses an Doctors an Vets that have been sent here by my referral only came due to my Experience with Tom. was hesitant to bring my truck because of bad experiences i ve read, but was over due for a change. 10/10 will come back for the guys that work there. nice and pleasant, none of the can t be bothered attitude . nice guys and was in and out in around 20mins. they even cleaned up the under body for me after i had a prior leak from ford.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Very nice highly recommend. Store manager Tracy and assistance Scott or very accommodating I went in there 5:30 p.m. but a fleet car had some issues with approvals got out of there at 6:30 p.m. and they couldn't have been nicer even though they close at 6:00 p.m.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I pulled up to Jiffy Lube and met with Thomas Tracy. I also met with Ty. These guys are top shelf good guys. They took care of everything and did it with a smile even when I almost ran over one of their workers. Laugh out loud not joking. These guys even vacuumed the car. Help me find a discount coupon and made my car shine again. It s hard to find good service today. I may be from Rocky point but you can betThen I ll be going back to Port Jeff Jiffy Lube because these guys know how to take care of business and do it with a smile.Service: Oil change
