My husband and I had the pleasure of working with salesman Vinny Visceglia and finance director Sam Taylor. They were both polite and very accommodating. Vinny gave us a great price on our vehicle and had it ready to go upon arrival. Sam was honest and patient. Both gentleman took the time to provide us with excellent service and even stayed late to close the deal. It was well worth the two hour trip to the dealership. My husband and I are very happy with our new car and I highly recommend trying them out.

Picked up my new truck today 3/5/24 and nothing but a pleasant experience! Hands down the sales man Vincent Visceglia was an absolute pleasure to work with. On top of everything, very knowledgeable and straight forward guy! I will not buy from anyone else ever again!

Armando and the crew at Port Jeff Ford are friendly, knowledgeable, and easy going.They have a great selection of new and used high quality vehicles and they made my purchase of a 2018 F-150 absolutely painless, pretty quick and they shopped my loan around to get me the best rate they could find! I am extremely grateful for that and the warranty they got me on my new truck!This will DEFINITELY not be the only vehicle I purchase from Port Jeff Ford!!Thank you guys!

Just bought a brand new Ford F150 from The best dealership in the world -Vincent is an awesome sales guy ! Very honest very efficient very knowledgeable and doesn t cut any corners straight to the point. Respectful and honest. Go there now if you want to buy something. Not one to usually post a review, however, after working with Vinny and Sales Manager John I had to leave a review. They both made the process easy and went above and beyond to find the exact car that we were looking for. I was in and out of the dealership in an hour and half. None of the nonsense and regular stuff you deal with at the dealership. You could do it all over the phone or show up in person. I went to a few other dealerships where last minute i was being dragged through the mud. My family and I have had a lot of stuff going on at the moment and working with the team at Port Jeff Ford made it really effortless and again with them there was no mud to be dragged through. If you want to have the headache at other dealerships go ahead but these guys will do better than anyone else. I will be a repeat customer for sure and ill being telling friends and family.

I would like to thank Vince the Commercial Truck Manager for his time and effort today when I went to go look at some trucks. He took his time to go over the different options for me and time to help find the right truck that will work for my needs. He is very knowledgeable of the Ford Commercial line. He helped me tremendously on the the best options. I have dealt with other dealers before and I must say he took more time with me and did not make me feel like I was not worth the time. He even took a minute to introduce his management team to me. This place seemed very easy going and makes it feel like a family. If you are looking for a car or truck for personal needs see him. If you need a commercial vehicle DEFINITELY GO SEE HIM.

Thank you thank you thank you to Vinny and Paul. Walked in Sunday not knowing if I could get out of my lease to financing a Bronco by Monday. And I absolutely love my car. Vinny was great, very personable and professional. He worked numbers and was able to really help me to get the best rate possible. Such a pain process became the easiest seamless process. I am so glad to be apart of the Ford family. Thank you again to everyone. Highly recommend to anyone considering a Ford. And make sure to ask for Vinny!!

Dropped off my truck to Ford of Port Jeff for an oil change and transmission diagnostic on my 2020 F-150. They had got back to me promptly and informed me my transmission needed to be rebuilt. They actually even put the technician on the phone to answer my questions which was a breath of fresh air when getting big work done. The job was done fast and the truck is driving perfect. Anna and Dylan were pleasures to talk to and made me feel comfortable the entire way through

In 2021 I bought my Ford with Armando D Accordo at Ford of Port Jeff. I could not have had a better and easier experience! Because of Armando s knowledge and help, I was able to select a vehicle that was perfectly suited for my present and future endeavors. His consideration and patience to assist someone like myself that did not have much experience purchasing a new vehicle previously was so incredibly helpful. We purchased a work van from Ford of Port Jeff and had a great experience. Our sales rep Bob was a pleasure to deal with. He was very attentive and didn't try to pressure us at all. Our financing was handled by Sam He was excellent as well. We were all set to finance through our credit union and Sam went to the ends of the earth to get us more favorable financing terms. Thank you to the entire team at Ford of Port Jeff. We will be back for more vehicles in the future.

I traded in a car and purchased a new Ford Explorer at Ford of Port Jeff. The salesperson Vincent Visceglia was one of the best I have ever worked with. He worked hard at getting me a great deal, and assisted me with every step in the process. Within 4 hours, I purchased the new Explorer, and drove it off the lot. If you are shopping for a Ford, I would highly recommend stopping and seeing Vinny.

My wife and I were looking for a new vehicle. We were not the easiest customers as we weren't sure what we wanted. Vinny saw us on the lot and approached us to offer his assistance. He walked us through the process, was extremely helpful, and never pushy. I gave him our business that day and will be back to see him again when it comes time to buy our next car.

I would like to thank Vin the Truck Manager at Ford of Port Jeff for taking the time to help go over my options on a new car. He took the time to go over all aspects of the vehicle and equipment. He showed me around the dealership as well as parts and service. He helped me set up my Ford pass account and Bluetooth. He is an asset to the dealership here and probably any Ford dealer. His knowledge was excellent. He introduced me to the other managers John and Paul. Thank you guys for making me feel like family.

Undercut there trade estimate by$2500 and took advantage of the fact I lived 2:30hrs away. Lied about auctioning my trade and listed it for way more than they said they could. The listing was deceptive and stated the truck had adaptive cruise control when it did not. Rob told me I didn't respect the extended coverage because I didn't want it. If they weren't the only Ford that had the exact model/color Maverick I wanted, I'd have left.Edit 2/5/2024.I was informed that my salesmen was actually terminated at least in part due to this incident. I'm raising my rating because I'm glad this was resolved.

His intrapersonal skills are outstanding and hes always made us feel like a part of the family. We d never go to anyone else!

NOT HAPPY, purchased a used truck from them. Things were going a little fast on the purchase. The vehicle was something I wanted because it had some of the options and components/items that I was looking for. The salesman Rick and the finance Sam personal were nice and answered most of my questions and concerns. Went back two days later to pick up the truck, they said it was going to be detailed, I think their detailing was going to the car wash and getting the wash and go. Engine compartment was filthy with dust and grim under the seats were dirty, under the back seats was dirty inside really wasn t detailed with that nice shine. I asked to have an item repaired that probably would have cost them 50.00 to maybe 75.00 to fix. The sales manager said they will not fix it because it was an add on item to the vehicle, in which was one of the items and reason I was purchasing it. I had to bungee cord the tonneau top down my self. Said to him this was bad customer service and he stated to me I ll give back your money and turned his back and walked away. He was willing to give up a vehicle sale for a cheap repair. Wow Paul nothing like making a customer happy, great manager skills. Well the company lost a customer and I will never recommend this company/business. Sorry JRP Auto that this had to happen.

Buyer beware, this dealership charges an ADM additional dealer markup even on vehicles that were reserved over a year in advance! Bringing my F-150 Lightning order to over $100k. It arrived in Aug 2022. As a day one reservation holder, I patiently waited for many months for the opportunity to purchase, despite interest rates nearly tripling and the general car market sliding downwards, they would not budge on their ridiculous markup. While they tried to play many more games with me, I ll leave it at that for now. Now that ($100k) truck gets to sit in their dealer inventory. I can wait another year for my Silverado EV.Update: almost April 2023 and this vehicle is still in their inventory!Update: Jan. 2024 You can get the same Lightning now for like 60k. Ridiculous!

This place has been the service home of my cars for 20 years! Todd is the best, I drive over an hour to have my car serviced here, I tried to go else where but even the little things like oil changes are just treated with more care! They have kept my 2013 Ford Taurus SHO in great shape! 70,000 and still like new! Thanks Guys!
