This is the best place to get your car worked on. The staff does a great job! Eddie the manager is fantastic. They always do awesome work and their prices are very fair! We only go to Firestone and have been a loyal customer for years!

Fast, straightforward, good work, nice employees- my new go to shop when I need anything! Last year (without appointment) did my inspection last day of the month! In and out in under an hour!

Brought my car in for an alignment, they said it needed new ball joints and they were unable to repair. I'll try bringing it somewhere else where they can loosen the rusted part...***Revised 1/31/24So now I bring my same car to another shop for the wheel alignment on 1/31/24. The shop was highly recommended and it was a great experience. The shop did the wheel alignment in 40 minutes and I was charged $150. The car didn't need the ball joints and tie rod ends which Firestone had told me were needed in order to perform the alignment. Firestone wanted approximately $2000 for unnecessary repairs plus the alignment fee.I spoke to the manager at the wonderful repair shop that performed the alignment and asked if the technician had any comments or difficulties performing the repair and he said No, not at all.I'll be bringing my cars to the Tire Guys in Selden from now on.

They gave me an appointment for the next day. Understood the issues I had. Diagnosed the problem got back to me in a very timely manner. Ordered parts and I was able to pick upmy car same. Friendly and accommodating.

I saw that boy from the street lifting tires. He was working hard and sweating fully. Mike was glistening like a beautiful new born baby. I knew I had to get an appointment quick. I met up with the guy in the front who smelt of sweet cheetos and Baha Blast. I made my appointment even though sadly Mike wasn't going to be able to fit me in. We couldn't fit me in that day atleast. So I set a date for the two of us as I anxiously waited. To fit me in. The next day finally came and I was gonna get to see my Mike again. I got ready after looking through his Facebook profile for the 10th time that day. I made sure to book a good long and hard day for my Mike. I was gonna watch him climb all over my big truck using his strong hands to fix me up right. When I saw Mike walk into the shop early that morning I was overwhelmed. My appointment wasn't until 3pm, but I could hardly wait. After spending the day watching Mike some more, I knew he was the right man for me, my truck. My name was called and my heart dropped, this was going to be the beginning of our moment. Through the doors walked this confident sturdy man. A warm breeze swepted in through the door behind him filling the neat and cool showroom with the smell of sweat, lilack, and motor oil. My heart raced as I was caught unprepared for the service that was yet to come. 180lb of man walked up to me and confidently asked me "your keys", with an out stretched meaty hand. I buckled, then I choked. I struggled to find the right words. For lack of anything better or for fear of ruining this heavenly moment I only said ok and feebishly handed over my keys. I battled not to say more and held my praise until the work was complete. As he turned around and walked away I wanted to give him 5 stars just for that. I sat there in the shop window like a boy looking into a candy store. I found myself gulping saliva in my mouth while he was pulling my truck in. As he began to work, so did my chest. This big strong sturdy confident man was putting his hands on my truck in a way that said he knew exactly what he was doing. As he gripped his wrench and grunted over my axel I could barely contain my pleasure knowing he was hard, working real hard. A little audible chirp granted me the attention of Chester cheto at the front desk reminding me I had to mind my matters. Sadly before I knew it, our time together was at an end. He serviced me Thoroughly, and completely ran me through. The work. My experience was phenomenal with Mike and his company. Would recommend.

Dont go there for anything check engine light especially. i needed spark plugs and an ignition coil costing 200 dollars +labor and was charged 1450. Just plugging my car into the computer was 117 dollars. Waste of money

Called on Monday morning at opening because I needed rear brakes for my Dodge Ram 1500 on Labor day weekend. The manager said sure we can do it bring it in. I asked him if they can get it done by end of day because we live out of state and have to travel. I asked because the day before we called and they were very busy we were told. The manager said yes we can we have the parts in stock for that vehicle because it's a popular vehicle. I said are you sure he checked computer supposedly and said yes. Vehicle there at 9 a.m. sharp. Keep it short we did not get the vehicle back until Tuesday afternoon they blamed on parts supplier and delivery....

Eddie and the rest of the crew are great with customers - They manage expectations if busy and work with you if it is and absolute emergency. We have been bringing all of our three cars here. Very happy with them - only downside of leaving this review is people will see it and they will be even more busy - Thanks They must have had a change in staff I will use them. For tires only

Had to come in today due to a massive nail through the bottom and side of my tire. I came in an hour before closing and they got me taken care of like the pros they are. Great group of guys.

I just returned from Firestone of Port Jeff Station. It was an absolutely great experience!I had a screw in my relatively new tire, and I was suspicious that if I went to the dealer, they would tell me I needed new tires (which I didn't believe I did). My girlfriend recommended this particular Firestone. Even though there are several others closer to my house, I decided to go to this one and I am glad I did.Nick and Garry were the Service Advisors that I interacted with, and both were friendly and professional. They repaired the tire and did an oil change while I sat in the very quiet waiting area for less than one hour catching up on work. It was all done quickly and for a reasonable price.I cannot recommend this business enough, and I will be back! Thanks guys!Services: Tires, Oil change

We've been bringing our cars here for years for tires, brakes, oil...basic stuff. Always curious, honest and they always look to try to apply a coupon for us. No surprises or "upselling". My boyfriend made an appointment with this location this morning for today with no problems! They took almost exactly as long as they said they would, and sent us a file for recommended services. We ve been screwed over a few times by other places when getting an inspection so this was a huge relief. It was super easy and the staff was very friendly! Thank you!

Great experience. Don't feel like I'm getting ripped off. Everyone has always been professional, tells me when items are going on sale, and calls to remind me to set an appointment. I am very happy with the services.

Unprofessional.I needed to get a yearly inspection. They have my info in the store, I just needed to drop off the keys.I walk inside the store, three of the staff are talking to each other. I wait in front of the register. One of them sees me, continues talking. I wait for 5 minutes, they re still talking. I left, never coming to this location again.

Thank you so much for helping me fairly and quickly. I came from Mavis who were awful. Not only did they tell me they couldn't fix my tire, but that I would need a new one and they had no idea if they had mine in stock. Full stop. So I left, called Firestone in the parking lot and less than 45 minutes later I had a patched tire and was charged $32. Thank you!! I will be coming here and never ever going back to Mavis. This is not the only poor experience I had at that place. Thank you for having fair and helpful customer service.

This place is incredible!! I would totally recommend it to anyone! I came in with a company car to get an oil change and they had never worked with the fleet before and had no info. The man working named Eddy was so patient and worked with me to figure out all the info we needed. It also turned out we didn't have an appointment but he still dropped everything to help us out. After about 25 minutes of figuring stuff out he got us in there and helped us to set up a new account. Eddy was very patient, kind, and respectful the whole time while running the rest of the store on his own. Great guy, great store, and a great experience.

Took me as a walk in, i had a screw in my tire. I first stopped at Goodyear, since they were closer . But it was 20 minutes till close and they couldn't help me, or didn't want to!Firestone helped me right away, got the screw out of my tire, plugged the hole, fast and fair priced. I appreciate them taking me without an appointment and being kind!!

Went in for tires and Nick set me up and Mike installed them. I was very surprised at how quick they were. I was there by 5pm and out before 6pm. Fast, friendly and knowledgeable. That's the only place I'll be going to for my car maintenance and repairs. I am very satisfied.

Gary the manager went above and beyond to help me out on a Friday evening before closing I got a flat tire went and called 3 different places who said I would have to leave car overnight. He also provided me with quotes for tires and shocks. Would definitely use this place again!

They are fantastic. There were only two mechanics working in Port Jeff the day my car was not working and was told another was out due to covid and the worked tirlessly to fit me in and diagnosed and sesolved my issue and got my car running again. Great service and accomadating.

Eddie at Firestone Port Jeff is so knowledgeable and helpful!! I was purchasing new tires and he made sure to guide me to the best option for my driving routine as well as the appearance I was going for! Tires are a big expense but he set me up to recieve a great discount during their promo and I couldn t be happier! My truck hasn t driven this nice, ever, and I ve had it brand new off the lot! Thanks Eddie!!!!
