Went to Dave s shop for the first time 2 days ago. A worker from Mavis tires actually recommended I go to Dave because I mentioned I didn t want my special rims ruined. Dave s shop didn t scratch my rims. Very nice, caring and knowledgeable guy. I got 4 new tires, an oil change and inspection. All done quickly and professionally. Highly recommend this shop.

My vehicle had a flat tire as this dump was nearest to me, I drove there with the flat. Was greeted by the rudest owner who when I asked if they had a certain tire in stock, was cut off mid sentence. He was extremely nasty, and I didn t appreciate being spoken to in such a manner. As a business owner he should know better than to cut off a potential paying customer.

Extremely unimpressed. Dropped off car for an oil change and to get tire repaired. Knew going in the rim was bent and that s where it was leaking from. Billed for reseating the bead. That s kinda wild, on a bent rim. Woke up to another flat. No surprise here, I sprayed the rim and tire myself before my wife dropped it off the 1st time. 2nd trip, sent rim out for service, fair enough it needed it. Held car overnight because nobody could figure out it s ok to use a full size spare. Let s do 50/50 on that cuz my wife isn t exactly mechanically inclined. 3rd trip, they forgot to send the rim out for service, finally installed spare and left empty handed. 4th trip, rim is back and needs new tire, wanted the old tire back to inspect it personally, too late it was already disposed of. Got charged the disposal fees. 5th trip you say? They didn t put the spare back because of the complexity of pulling down the back seat and loosening and retightening 2 ratchet straps. I get that it s not ideal to have it rigged that way, but it works and you could ve folded the seat down and stuck it in the back for me to deal with. 5 days for an oil change and flat fixed. 5 trips to the shop. Billed for reseating a bead on a bent rim any reasonable tech would ve picked up on. The car shakes like hell 70+mph now. If I had to guess it s because that new 1 tire is not in spec with the other 3 and the differential is going to burn. You wanna take a 6th look Dave or I should bring it to a professional?

Great shop. Dave and his team are personable, honest and good guys who are great at their craft. They have set up a couple of my vehicles with quality wheel/ tire sets which work and look great. Came here for new tires and Dave was great. He was honest, very thorough and a straight shooter. I had to come back for an adjustment and he took me right in and took care of the issue at no charge. Recommended by my friend who has used them for years for his Ford 150 RV and his Jeep Wrangler, they did NOT disappoint. Aside from doing a spectacular job on my Jeep, they were quick to finish completely, and now importantly they are extremely reasonable. The staff is stellar. Incredible customer service not only to me but from what I've witnessed personally. They will definitely be my first stop for any mechanical needs. I highly recommend them.

Kunzler Tire has been my go to shop for years for all of my tire and automotive needs. As a single woman, I ve never had to worry whether or not I'm being treated fairly. I called dave to inquire about installing a leveling kit in my dodge ram. When i called him he said i have to give you a call back later or the next day with information which obviously is totally fine. I didnt here back 2 days later so i ended up calling back and he had said the same thing. Again i called back two days later when i did he gave me the price for everything. When i called back to schedule the job i stated who i was and why i was calling and dave got very nasty and rude saying we have spoken about this a number of times. Well how else am I supposed to schedule something if i dont tell you who i am and the reason for me needing service? I will never recommend this place to anyone you would think with the owner taking calls you would get someone friendly but apparently not.

Dave helped my company out with roadside assistance. Was extremely helpful on the phone. Price on repair was extremely good and got us back in service in a timely fashion. Dave is a reliable and professional business who provides excellent customer service. He explains in thorough detail what work is recommended and/or being done to your vehicle. I have been fortunate enough to work with him and he allowed me to come in for service that day. Great pricing and a reliable staff. I would recommend him to anyone. Everyone says you need a good accountant and mechanic and he serves the latter to a T!!

Dave and his team have always taken great care of my family, especially Joe! He is a top notch mechanic! I have used them for tires, auto repairs and maintenance for 20 years! David, the owner was great. Called them at 8am when they opened and let them know I had a flat tire. They recommended a local tow truck that was at my house within 30 minutes, car was at his lot & fixed within the hour. You CAN T ask for better service that that. My name is Terence, and I am the regional manager of a commercial truck hauling company running throughout the New England/Long Island markets.While making a delivery near Dave's shop, one of my drivers caught some metal debris in the roadway and blew two tires, the tires taking damage to the inner sidewalls. From the initial phone call to completed work, Dave was very professional, attentive, and fair priced; even, making recommendations on how to repair vs. replace the tires that got damaged. His shop and crew went beyond initial expectations, procuring and installing the tires I needed, same-day, and promptly communicating every step of the way.Based on my experience, I recommend using Dave's shop and will be using them myself for my future tire needs.

I purchased a 65 mustang from Florida. Exterior was excellent, interior gorgeous, but wasnt sure of the engine ( i am not a motorhead). I went to a local mechanic by my house "specializing" in classic cars and they gave me a 2 page list of what I needed and said the work needed to be done immediately. Researched online and then spoke with Dave Kunzler. His advice was for him to check the engine and inspect , then for me to drive the car for the summer (its a convertible). After the summer we were to discuss what the care might need. His shop is 30-40 minutes from where I live but well worth the drive. It is now about a year later and I drove the car the 30 minutes to get the car inspected. I do expect to have some work done this winter and will be going to Dave. My point is that basically I will have 2 summers before spending money on the car. Honest, upfront, he is my mechanic going forward and worth the drive. I do not normally do reviews but in this case wanted to share with others.

I just want to say, I've been searching high and low for a trustworthy mechanic shop and let me tell you this is the place to go is worth it, check them out! Especially if you're new to the area

I just had the oil changed and inspection done on the wife's MiniCooper. Dave was courteous towards her when she dropped it off and the price was right later when we picked it up. This is a professional shop run by no nonsense people.

Been servicing my motor homes there for years. Excellent mechanical staff but friendliness of the reception staff not so much. Today I called to make a service appointment and a female receptionist was extremely nasty on the phone with me. So....I m done. Taking my business elsewhere.
