Had my first screw in the tire with a bad leak. Asked for a simple plug. Guys laughed me off telling me that I have to leave my car over night or that I drive down to Mercedes down the road and they will fix it for me. (No such establishment existed) Ended up driving on a flat to E&M Used Tires down the road and they fixed it right away. These guys were the most disrespectful and offensive workers. These guys will only rip you off and give you a bad experienceService: Tires

Horrible business wouldn t pass my friend for inspection because they claimed the brand new tires just recently ordered off fitment industries with hardly over 1000 miles were bald. Do not bring your car here unless you want to get ripped off and charged for things you don t need.Service: TiresService: Tires

excellent service. always informative. Tom is a wonderful person he has helped me out of countless binds. every time I pick up a vehicle it drives like new. this is the only place I bring my car (8 years ago)Update 08/15/2023Still only use city tire for all my car repairs and servicing when I lack the time or equipment to do it myself. Don't mistake their bluntness for being rude. They always have told it as it is. My family has been going to this shop since before it was city tire back when it was a foreign car mechanic center. Their attention to detail is second to none and they give you the best bang for your buck every step of the way. I have had to use other shops in the past and none of them can even begin to compare. I don't think I've ever been dissatisfied here.

Tom offers great service and a very fair price. Very professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. More than willing to go the extra mile to make the customer happy. Will be making appointment shortly to have new set of tires put on my 3rd vehicle.

From the time I entered the front doors till the the time I left I was extremely comfortable. I believe the man behind the counter with a contagious smile and amazing PR skills is what made me very comfortable. The gentleman who did rhe work on my car was also very professional and I was very comfortable.

The Guys here are Great, Very accommodating, I've gotten tires installed here for 2 vehicles in the Last 3 Months. First visit I needed a ride home and they gave me one. Both times I had no appointment and they were able to take me in the same day. They gave me a time it would be done and it was done at that time.

Great prices and selection of tires. Owner Tom is friendly and helpful. I have been a customer for 15 years. Just bought a set of 4 tires with suggestions made by Tom.

Polite courteous and honest. They let me know exactly what was needed to be repaired and let me know what could be held off. I didn't have to wait long for my brakes, rotors and oil change.

I just moved to the area and I took my car to get checked out I didn't have a car to get back home, so I went to go get breakfast next door I came back and asked if I could wait there and eat my breakfast. The old man at the front desk told me he did mind if I waited in the waiting room , so I took my keys and as I was leaving a white gentleman entered and asked if he could wait around and the same older man says to him of course have a seat in our waiting room...I'm a 43 year old Latin man I would never use them again...very racist...I didn't want to even give them 1 star but I couldn't post unless I gave them at least 1 star.

Brought my son's car there to get 4 new tires &!spent $600. Get home and the front tires were loose. They did not tighten the lug nuts! The owner seems nice enough, so gave them another shot and brought my Truck in for 4 new tires 6 months later. Go on a long road trip and come to find out the front 2 tires where not balance correctly and they did not tighten my chrome air valve caps and 1 was lost. They rebalanced the front tires and put a NON matching chrome air valve cap! REALLY! I won't go back

Tom and the whole team at City Tire is great. My family has been coming here for years. They don't try to sell/charge for extra things or try to bully you into extra services.

Love the Man behind the counter! He is very nice they do a fine Job on my 2016 WRX as I need to change rims and tires from summer to winter !!! And AWD wheel alignment been going their for 30 years it's right next to Wunderbar deli

Customer service had bad attitude on the phone call, charge more money, not listening to the customer. Do not go to them for repair.

Scheduled an appointment to get new tires. Everyone was nice and they were done extremely fast. My new tires looked great!
