Worst place, the customer service sucks, I went there a nice guy helped me at first, I had to go back to the store because what I purchased was missing a piece, I ask this other guy and he rolls his eyes at me and I was trying to understand what he was saying, he was rude and gave me two options I told him that I had no idea and he keep repeating at me I just told him one and he said I don t have that and I said what about the other one he said I don t have any of them. I was so polite and he was so rude. It was a white old guy with no hair.

Came to buy a battery and asked to have it mounted. The clerks refused. Said it was a courtesy not a service so I left without making a purchase.

They always seem to have what you are looking for, but staff is kinda trashy, cursing behind the counter, smoking by the front doors, The staff does seem somewhat knowledgeable though, But if there was a closer AutoZone I would go to that one.

I visited store 4711 today with difficulty starting my Nissan Altima, assuming it was a dying battery. I worked with a new employee, Derrick, who did a great job at walking me through testing my battery/starter/alternator, identifying that I had a bad battery, and helped me choose a new Duralast Gold battery for my vehicle. Out in the hot sun, Derrick and another seasoned employee took the time and care to change my battery and clean off some corrosion off of the poles. The visit was finished with a final system/battery/starting/charging test which all passed. Would recommend store 4711 for anyone in the area with immediate automotive needs!

I found this store when I Googled auto parts . I m glad I did. I needed a new driver s side wiper blade. Mine was streaking right at eye level, badly enough that visibility was not too good. The gentleman who helped me was awesome. Actually, he was better than awesome. He asked if I needed help replacing it, and I said yes. He came out to the car and changed it for me and I am very grateful. I m sorry I didn t get his name but he has long hair if that helps. You can rest assured that, if I need something, I will head back this store. The customer service can t be beat. Thank you.

My experience was mixed...the store was well stocked and I found what I needed. However, the cashier Joe was quite unhelpful. I was the only person in line when I asked for windshield wipers. He asked the typical series of questions year make model. Without any amount of courtesy or eye contact he pointed me in the general direction of the wiper blades. When I got back in line there was an older gentleman and his son or grandson, not sure, in need of parts. Wiper blades as well. Joe proceeded, with a pleasant demeanor and plenty of eye contact to ask all of the same questions and then proceeded to go to the aisles and gather the appropriate parts and concluded the sale with pleasantries one would expect while making a purchase in store. I was cashed out by another younger cashier, very pleasant and friendly. My question, why was Joe so kind, friendly and helpful to one customer over another? Made me curious, will not return to this store... thanks to Joe.

AutoZone always has parts for my cars in stock and usually even a choice of quality etc. The people are less than friendly and I will probably find another location to go to

Kathy took my order over the phone, I paid by cc for a new climate control module to be shipped to the port Jeff store. The following day, I checked on my order, it couldn t be found. Fine. She suggested I buy a cigarette lighter defroster so I can drive in the meantime. I requested a refund. She told me I needed to come in to pick up my refund in cash, which is highly unusual. I got there, masks are an afterthought, noses out, bad attitudes, no answers. I am disgusted and angry with the service. Waste of a day. Advance Auto had it in stock. Guess I should shop there. Also, CREDIT PURCHASES SHOULD NEVER BE RETURNED IN CASH. This is how scams happen. What kind of policy allows that? She told me not to worry, and that I should worry more about who had my cc info. After a moment, I realized that she had my cc info... Recently I bought a motorcycle battery that didn t last. they would not warranty my 6 month old motorcycle battery. What is with a 3 month warranty? Cars get 3 years. That s bs. I ll shop elsewhere.

First,I would like to say that I really like Auto Zone! They usually have the part you need. If not then they will order it through their warehouse and Deliver it to the store so you can pick it up later. I really love the App! You can order just about anything they have and Deliver it to your house or the store of your choice and most of the time free delivery. Every once in a while I will have an issue like me calling for the part, then describe the part that I need. The associate says " sure it will fit your vehicle!" Happy as can be. I jump into my car. Drive all the way to port Jefferson. I arrive eager to get this part as I do not have any heat right now. I look at the part and it is not the same kind even though it says it will fit my car. The connections are very different from the original. I told him this and he could not offer any information as to why his computer says it will fit. They need to either train employees better or higher more experienced workers. This really is my only negative thing about Auto Zone. This does not apply to all but this has been my experience.

I'll go back to using NAPA auto parts. They refused to prorate a three year battery that died after 1 year. Store manager and district manager refused to return calls. Corporate office wouldn't help me either.

I like AutoZone overall but this specific location seems to have some issues since I had two incidences consecutively in a week. First, I tried to buy the Chevron Techron Fuel System Cleaner in store but was told that they were out of stock even though it showed it was in-stock online. I then placed the order online for pickup and they did turn out to be in stock for pickup. Second, I tried to rent a torque wrench. However, the staff at this store told me that they only sell the tool and won't loan it, although it is advertised on their website on the load-a-tool list. I guess I won't be going to this store in the future.

Great staff, very helpful and friendly whether you're looking for parts or dropping off used motor oil. I also noticed that the staff was helping someone change out a part in the parking lot.. how great was that.

Good prices and duralast products are decent quality. But some of them have very little automotive knowledge. The independent stores are slowly leaving us and I miss dealing with knowledgeable auto parts guys

Horrible experience with this Autozone will never be returning. Terrible customer service, I had purchased an alternator from these guys with a lifetime warranty about a year ago and then came back to return it. The associate I spoke to told me I had to purchase a new one because it was special order and then I would receive a full refund and my new alternator upon bringing my old core back with the receipt. Several days later the alternator came I went to get it along with my refund and was told there was no warranty in the system and I would not get any money back. After speaking to the manager I was told that I was WRONG and that I COULD NOT speak with the supervisor of the store. I wish there was a no star button.

I came in to buy a jack and some jackstands separately, and as I was checking out, Ryan helped me get a better deal on those items by purchasing them together. He was very friendly and helpful. Thanks Ryan!

A nice bunch of ppl but be wary of the on-line inventory. They will often NOT have an item that the website claims they have in stock. So take a minute and call ahead. Like I said..... Good ppl, they will check and make sure it's there.

My favorite auto parts store by far. They have most items in stock or they'll get them for you in about a day. They stand behind most their products with lifetime warranties like their brake shoes Exchange program. Helpful employees clean organized stores

Customer service was really fast and friendly. I had to buy a new radiator cap because my OEM radiator cap broke. I also had to buy 5W-20 Oil because my car burns oil like crazy. I had a hard time following the directions on the package and one of the workers Zach helped me install it! Thanks Zach!

So much better than pep boys. Pep may be a bigger place but the staff is terrible and they sell junk. AutoZone employees are helpful and the alternators and pumps you buy will actually last!
