I just got a propane heater installed. The company helped me out with any questions I had. The technician Danny was friendly and did a great job with the installation! Great service and fair prices!

We had a first fill up scheduled. The man who came claimed that he couldn't fill it because "bad corrosion". This as the first time we were hearing this .. After a 2nd and 3rd opinion we found that our tank was fine and the guy just didn't want to do it. No worries, we went with another company.

This company was excellent to work with. Their communication was fantastic they showed up ahead of schedule and they were within their estimate for the given work. In fact they came in slightly less than the estimated price. Cole was our technician and he took the time to explain what needed to be done and went through a safety briefing with us at the end of all of it.I highly recommend Britt & Graff .

I have never had any issues with this company; and ive been with them since they bought out the horrible Jarvis Fuel. They always come to my house ASAP when I call. I don't even care about prices because Britt N Graff has the best customer service of any fuel company I've ever dealt with! Thank you for keeping my family warm!

We switched to a different company and it s taken almost a month for them to pick up their propane tank which is sitting in my front yard. I ve called numerous times and was even told during one of the calls that the slip created for the pickup was missing. I understand emergencies come up from time to time that are a priority but the amount of time that s gone by is ridiculous.

We have had a terrible experience with Britt and Graff. We made an appointment with them to install a new propane heater and, on the day of the appointment, we called to confirm their arrival and they had no record of the appointment. Paul, the guy who took the call had to be told over and over again the details of the job. Not a good sign but unfortunately, decided to give them another chance and rescheduled the appointment for a few days later. On the day before they were to come and do the install, Ray, the owner of the company, called and in a clipped voice to us that they wouldn't be coming. I asked why and he said that he had "something more important to do". Wow...that's it. No explanation other than that. He offered no apology and then hung up. Totally 100% unprofessional. I was hoping to give them a good review and make them our propane delivery company but, given the circumstances, I will certainly will not be doing that. I can only recommend staying far away from them. Find someone else to work with and you'll be better off.

They just installed a propane tank for my generator and I am extremely pleased. Not only was the initial quote better than other local companies, but the final bill came in at the lower end of their quoted range. The crew that did the install was VERY competent and professional. 5 stars for sure!

I had Britt and Graff install a 500# propane tank for my stand by generator. Vinnie was very easy to talk to and wanted to help. His motivation was to save me money and keep the project as simple as possible. He's a very busy guy due to his competence which prevents him from adding layers and "while we're at its" to the project. Communication got dropped at one point but he picked back up and didn't skip a beat. His price beat the competition and his service was prompt and professional. It is unfortunately rare to be able to so easily recommend a contractor like Britt and Graff. I have no hesitation in giving them the highest praise.

Price in the propane market swings big. Britt and Graff are always the lowest price. I transported propane, and was able to purchase my tank. I can buy from the lowest price, and it's 90% of the time Britt and Graff. As for the review that said her neighbor paid $1.10, her neighbor is full of it. Maybe in July if you have a 30,000 gallon tank. Britt and Graff is a good company and don't deserve a miserable person giving them a bad review.

I've always had a great experience using Britt and Graff. I've used them for oil deliveries for almost 5 years now and they have always been professional and reliable. I would recommend anyone in their area to give them a try.

I was advised by my new Neighbors here at station rd Hurley NY. To call and ask for Ray. So I did the man the answers the phone was not Ray, and seem agitated I asked. Long story short. Vinny the man who was not Ray, gives me an inflated price and in his agitation suggested I call Sunshine fuels a local but less Desirable fuel delivery company in the area. Which I did, Sunshine Fuels quoted me a lower price for kerosene, an expedited delivery time and and smaller fuel minimum at only 100 gallons. Thanks Vinny for your suggestion!

The savings continue... Over the past two and a half years, I estimate that my savings have been over $2000 by using Britt and Graff compared to my old thieving company (Heritage Energy.)All deliveries have been on time, and the service has been impeccable.

Very untrustworthy company liars scam artist and cheaters Ray is a complete jerk had the company for one year they locked my tank in April and took there regulator because I couldn t afford to fill there tank up for $400 in the summer so I went out and bought my own tank and regulator and in november they come and pick up their tank and take my regulator too which was not hooked to their tank when I called them they basicly said if I want my regulator back I would have to pay to fill up there tank and they would bring both the tank and regulator back when I brought in proof I bought the regulator he called me a lair.
