Great work Team! They have helped me choose an exciting car for my wife and I. We needed a car that had trunk space and was great for family traveling with style. Jorge helped me choose the Nissan Rogue 2020, low mileage and heated seats which I thought I did not need. Jorge expertise on car details were excellent. Got a great deal. Definitely recommend if you are planning to buy a car in the future. They care about the car you choose and actually listen to your car needs. Coming back to buy a sport car.

Bought my first car here, they really assisted me well in choosing my first car and what best suits my needs for a car. Everything was done very quickly (registration, plates, etc.). Any time I need an oil change or have any questions they always help me right then and there. They are basically available 24/7 which really makes me feel like a valued customer. I got a red Honda Civic with low milage at a great price!! I always recommend this dealer to my friends and family because I know this dealership really values their customers!

THIRD time my family and I get a car at this dealer and we have been 100% satisfied every single time. The customer service here is worth the two hour drive I make when I want to check out a new car. They are very helpful, available almost 24/7 with any questions and things get done efficiently and effectively. Will be returning and recommending them to any and everyone

When I needed help with my truck after few days they helped without saying that they can t or have no time. My issue was resolved and it went smoothly. Both brothers were helpful with everything from test driving bank loan and etc. I was very happy with my purchase and both brothers who own it. No complaints here and yes I would buy other truck from them. No lemons!!!

We got a great deal on a Ford Transit Van. They explained the buying, title, registration and insurance processes clearly and were up front about their costs and prices. They are a family business, we had a good experience and would work with them again.

JC Lopez equals lies, lies, lies. Run far, run fast! All cars here are auction cars, you are taking on a HUGE risk for mechanical problems when you shop at this dealer.Two brothers own the dealership but I would not suggest that they are too family oriented at all. They claim that their mechanic inspects each vehicle, top to bottom, prior to placing the car on the sales lot. The real truth is that their mechanic simply changes the oil and tires if needed, and spends much of his day washing and detailing the cars. This is great for the visual appeal of the car (and probably helps boost sales) but it does nothing for the mechanical integrity of the car. If the car has any mechanical problems, you are left completely in the dark.The dealer claims that he offers a 3 month warranty from the date of purchase, however, when I began having problems with the car soon after purchase, he evaded my calls. When I went to the shop to discuss in person, he then told me that his warranty is only in effect if the engine seizes (basically, unless the car is found on road dead, he refuses to honor warranty). Since he also refuses to put any warranty agreement in writing, it makes it very difficult to claim.Since the purchase of my vehicle, the car has had countless problems including heavy leaking oil from the timing chain cover, seals, and oil sending unit (engine had to be completely removed to repair all leakage), 2 transmission services, new alternator, new throttle body, new battery, and a whole host of smaller ticket items that have added up. The car has worked up $7,000 in repairs! Important to note, most of the mechanical problems that I had were pre-existing prior to purchase, were never disclosed, and were conveniently missed by his inspection.I am a family guy, and these expensive repairs, in combination with the time that I have missed at work due to the car being in and out of the shop constantly, has been very hard to deal with. Since I work in sales myself, unexpected time away from work is treacherous. Also, driving around in a car that is unreliable is very psychologically uncomfortable in general, and particularly when you have young kids.Good luck in your search, but make sure you avoid this one. I made a huge consumer error in buying at JC Lopez, but you do not have to do the same. If you value your purchase and your money, and if unexpected and potentially expensive repairs do not interest you, do yourself a huge favor and look elsewhere. Thanks for reading.

Seriously would give this place 10 stars if I could. Everyone from the receptionist to the manager to Jorge my salesperson was AMAZING, QUICK, & EFFICIANT. Record speed for a dealership. Walked out with my 2010 Nissan Rogue and I'm so happy! Go JC Lopez Auto Sales!

Do not buy from this place. They sold my family a car without disclosing critical structural faults from the prior owner, which is illegal. This is a predatory car shop and should not be in business. Take your money elsewhere.

Do . NOT. Buy or lease from here! They did not disclose legally required information about structural damage to a vehicle - the vehicle cost almost the same to constantly repair than the actual price of the car. Go somewhere else and save yourself a headache

" Advertencia por favor lean todo lo que escrib� Este lugar se miraba bueno, porque tiene muy buenos reviews, pero desafortunadamente yo compr� una Ford explorer 2015 a un alt�simo inter�s, la cual a los d�as de sacarla le empezaron a fallar varias cosas, suspensi�n, bushings, tie rods etc. eso es de la parte baja del veh�culo, varias veces lo lleve a que lo arreglaran y solo solucionaban el problema por algunos d�as y me dec�an que le remplazaron las piezas afectadas las cuales me cobraron por cierto, y a los pocos d�as de nuevo comenzaba con los mismos problemas, en pocas palabras nunca me solucionaron el problema tengo ya mas de un a�o y sigue igual, ahora de la parte interior tengo problemas con el control que cambia las posiciones del aire acondicionado, los controles del volante no le funcionan para controlar la radio y adem�s le truena algo continuamente dentro del dashboard, en este problema tube exactamente la misma respuesta me solucionaban el problema por unos d�as pero nunca quedo y al final me cobraron por la supuesta compostura y a los pocos d�as me sigui� fallando. Me imagino que no todos corren con la misma suerte, y he escuchado de personas que dicen que los carros que venden aqu� fallan al poco tiempo y algunos la transmisi�n se les ha descompuesto y no se hacen responsables, si llegaste hasta aqu�, solo me queda aclarar que no es con intenci�n de hacer quedar mal este negocio, pero si con la intenci�n de que tengan cuidado que es lo que compran a que inter�s, y las garant�as que te ofrecen porque ya una vez que tienes el carro pr�cticamente lo que le falle despu�s de que te lo lleves es responsabilidad tuya.

It's not a good place, because they sell you with technical and electrical faults on top of it. It didn't come with the controls and every time I went they said it wouldn't be there tomorrow and so they never gave it to me. Many mechanics in Port Chester say that they have cars that arrive with faults and that car shop is not good at losing money that way.
