Talked to Mike him self told him I had an issue with my axel the night before my tune told me bring it out hell look at it that being said the axel needed to be fixed and sat in their shop yard for 4 weeks in touched with the part to fix it in the car waiting for them .. then I pick the car up fix it my self and he blew me off for a Dyno tune 4 times terrible work ethic and communication by the shop

Would not recommend anyone too drop their vehicles off here guy will try to force you into more repairs than whats needed or asked then when you call it out will try to intimidate and threaten you will not fix anything will just create more problems w your car n try n get you to pay for work you never asked for in the first place

Ron and his mechanics are great people. I highly recommend going here. They replaced my transfer case on my 2013 Jeep Laredo within a few hours after it being received from UPS.

Highly suggest brining your business here. The whole crew and Mike P especially at Tri County Auto/Garage really worked some miracles for me. I brought them a car that was far from running and returned home with a fully functional vehicle in less than 48 hours. My 33 year old car was accepted to be on display at one of the biggest car shows in the Northeast, which was 5 hours from my home. I needed to have my 120k service done, mainly consisting of my water pump and timing belt, along with a review of the car for anything else that might leave me on the side of the road. For my car, this involves taking apart most of the engine and putting it back together. After reading multiple recommendations on Facebook, I connected with Tri-County Auto, which is an hour and 15 minutes from my home, and made an appointment. Service was great, and for the first time since owning my car I didn't feel like I was going to break down. Can't say enough about Mike and his crew, friendly, responsive to my inquiries, and knowledgeable. I'll definitely do business with them again!Service: Auto maintenance

Came down to Tri County Auto to check out some cars, ended up finding one I liked and spoke with Mike. He was super helpful with explaining the ins and outs of the car and had extensive records of the maintenance history. The sale was quick and easy, no BS. Brought the car to my local Hyundai dealer to verify everything and they were blown away at the price I paid... Would bring my business here again.

Had to get off the thruway because our car hood wouldn t stay down- stopped into Tri-County Auto, they did what was needed to fix it, wouldn t take a payment. Excellent job, very happy we found them!!!!!!

From out of town in the middle of an 1100 mile drive, my truck started throwing codes and I found these guys on Google. They had the part that I needed delivered in 30 minutes, and had me back on the road in 45! I've never had someone be more friendly or informative then Mike Palladino. He's always got the most current information and best advice for any questions you may have. Not to mention he takes the time to explain everything to you along the way. Everything from help with sourcing parts to advice on very specific power goals was a breeze. I cant imagine why anyone would go somewhere else to get a car built and a power goal met with precise accuracy. A few weeks ago my wife's brake seized up on her way to the shop to get the brakes swapped out. We were both freaking out as the car was a few hundred yards down the road from the shop and we thought we were gonna have to pay for a tow on top of everything (money was very tight) we called the shop to let them know and within the hour they had the car in the shop shortly after had the vehicle finished. Amazing AMAZING service and incredibly kind people at this shop. No doubt we will going here for any service we need in the future.Services: Brakes, Brake service & repair

Tri-County did an amazing job with my 1996 300zx. They answered all my questions and responded fast to all my inquiries. Not only did they do my engine swap, but he went above on beyond to make sure everything was to my liking. Michael is very knowledgeable and I recommend him to anyone who wants to send their car to him.. Highly recommend Tri-County Auto, I live out near Buffalo, so they are about an hour and a half away from me. But when I can't fix something myself, Mike is the only person I trust with my cars.
