My husband and I purchased my first car from Prestige Subaru last spring. We had been shopping around/doing research for several months and once we narrowed down the car we wanted (Forester) we reached out to multiple Subaru dealerships. We connected with Jessica at Prestige and she was extremely professional and helpful, and was able to offer us a competitive quote and a quick turnaround for the model we wanted. The entire process was seamless. Afterwards she checked in multiple times to make sure everything was going well with the vehicle. Since purchasing the vehicle I have had it serviced and inspected at Prestige, both times coordinating with Rosemarie. Rosemarie is absolutely lovely very professional and sweet and (for a first time car owner like myself) I appreciate that she always takes the time to explain what is happening at each visit, and breaks down any costs to be extra transparent. Overall I cannot recommend Prestige enough. When the time comes for my husband to trade in his car for a larger one, we ll definitely be reaching out to Prestige again!

I have used Prestige Subaru for servicing my 2006 Forester for about 15 years. My car is well cared for and runs perfectly. I bought my Volkswagen from Jimmy last year. I absolutely love it. They were pleasure to deal with no haggling and gave me a good price. When I brought it in for my first year service. I had another amazing experience. I got an appointment quickly, service was done quickly and everyone there is pleasant, I couldn t recommend them more. Actually they were so good that my brother-in-law went back and bought the same exact car I have from prestige and they love it as well.

Brought car in for service and had them plug a slow leak in a tire. Son drove car to school that day and the tire blew out completely. Sent them a msg to let them know. They confirmed it was the same tire even though they had rotated the tires (on invoice). Mechanic admits he did not actually rotate the tires. Points for their honesty. So I was charged for a plug that did not hold. Well how far did he drive? they asked. It was 3 hours. Was there an expiration on the plug? I asked. They recommended I buy tires at the closest Subaru dealer so if it happens again I can get roadside assistance. Very helpful. Thanks!

Rose Mary has been serving my many VWs since the year 2001. She s great, a real pro.She even scolds you if you aren t taking proper care of your car.She knows her products, VERY well organized ,and has a great bed side manor when the diagnosis is not good.

I was wary of going to this dealership after having subpar experiences at other Subaru dealers, but I have to say that working with Jessica was so easy. She made my dad and I feel welcomed and at home and really thoroughly went through the buying process with us. I was able to purchase the car of my dreams in under an hour, give or take a few days for paperwork processing. My car s check engine light came on two days after getting it, and I was half-expecting the dealership not to do anything other than what was given in the warranty, but once again, Jessica went above and beyond to make sure that I know what my options are and that they ll take care of my car here. It s tough for me to trust places to care about me as a whole person rather than just caring about making money, but I truly feel like Prestige Subaru cares about the people they deal with. They provide 5-star customer service here. Couldn t be happier with my experience!

Andrew Tomais is wonderful at helping you find exactly what you need, and really want. No hard sell. He s got it all covered. The Subarus are the best. The service department is great, too. This is the way to go! ThisIs my 5th or 6th Subaru lease.
