Ever since I got my first car I always wanted a Mustang convertible. I ve been saving up for a few years and finally went for it. I figured might as well go with a bold color. Went up to Pleasantville Ford to pick it up and had the best service. Easiest car purchase ever! Robert was a pleasure to deal! I totally recommend them! Worth the hour drive from Jersey!

I have been getting my 2017 Ford Explorer service at Pleasentville Ford for about 4 years (and always had the best service) This week my husband and I went in to trade in our vehicle and purchase/lease a new explorer. We were treated so poorly I will never again visit this dealership. The sales man all but told us he didn t want our business. He never took the time to look at our current car but told us he could not accept it and that we should sell it ourselves since it s worth nothing to him. He never showed us a new car and completely dismissed us. Now we arrived at the dealership we were already approved by Ford for our new vehicle purchase. We couldn t believe that we were being treated so poorly. It truly was a very hurtful experience, we went to another Ford dealership and was offered double what the salesman said our car would be worth, and they didn t suggest we sell it ourselves. I understand that Pleasentville is small town but I would never expected to be treated that way. That experience was absolutely disgusting in 2023.

Worst customer service I ve every experienced, purchased several cars from them and when it came time to deal with a recall that would take many days to weeks they were unwilling to offer a rental car or help in anyway. No one answer phones, very unprofessional, workers don t care if you are loyal customer.

Service department is a Joke!I have been a customer since 2017.This was the last time I was there.. Never again going back there.Paid $1200 to have this Steering Wheel Shaft replaced .. job incomplete (Pic included), Alignment was terrible! After replacing shaft . Told me to come back next day. Almost crashed on Route 117 due to the road conditions and BAD alignment ALL THEY said is Oh The guy didnt do it right so glad i notice air coing thru that shaft otherwise I would still be driving my car like that!Do your self a favor! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT! This is not the first time they do this to me, This was the last time I gave them a try! Apparently they dont know what they are doing! FHs

I bought some cars here, I visited a few days ago and no one attends you, no one moves from the desk asked and they told me that there were no cars that were all sold, I went to another dealership and bought 2 vehicles for my company cero stars

I was told my headlight was out so I called the nearest Ford dealership as I was away from home. I had a new headlight the next morning! Amazing!

I had another great experience leasing my new 2023 Ford Edge from Pleasantville Ford. My sales person is Joe Angi who always makes me feel as a valued customer. I have leased Ford cars and SUVs from Joe from 2002. I have been very satisfied with the pricing, Joe's car and options knowledge, and all around professionalism. I have and will continue to recommend family, friends and clients to Joe and Pleasantville Ford.

Rip off scam ! Do not trust the service department! They flat out are either thieves or totally incompetent. Late September 2022, one of my employees had a service light come on while working out of state. The service department advised me that our engine was shot. And that it could not be repaired. The F150 has just over 100k miles on it. Based on the service department telling us the engine was shot, I paid nearly a $1,000 to have it towed back to Michigan. My local mechanic fixed the #8 cylinder for less than $600 in less than 2 hours!We since have driven the vehicle nearly 2,000 miles and have had no issues. In no circumstances would I trust anyone at this Dealership. I have owned over 70 Ford Vehicles and have taken them to Ford Dealerships all over the country. NEVER have I have dealt with such incompetency or out right lies with a Ford Dealership such as this. Check out my other reviews on google I praise companies that are forthright and honest. STEER CLEAR OF THIS DEALERSHIP!

EDIT since purchase last year:Scammers. Came in for a tire rotation and inspection left with a new air filter I didn t ask for and a bill of $180. This is after they made me wait 3 1/2 hours even though I had an 11am appointment.Not only will I not be using this dealer future services, I will never buy a car from them again. Unbelievable experience purchasing our new Mach E from Joe (Angi). We really can t recommend him highly enough. Seamless process and he really went out of his way to address all our questions and more!

Bobby was a great salesman. Friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. Just felt like a friend you have known for years. One of my first questions was about the dealer markup we have been seeing at other places, this dealership does not do this.Looking for a new car, go check them out, go see Bobby, you will be treated like a friend.

Nothing better than having a family member get a call that the shop is done with the car.. and then arrive to find the parts uninstalled under the hood.On the positive side, we would have received a wrench for free from the shop, had the car been drivable. We could have used that to secure the wiring harness in the back.

Bunch of clowns. The service manager lied to me and couldn t properly fix my truck. Mis diagnosed the problem and fixed something that didn t need fixing. Took half my engine apart for no reason. I still complained about the ticking noise that was supposed to be repaired and the service manager told me that all 6.2 gas motors sound like that cause it s the fuel injectors. I told him to start up another truck out back to compare and he refused. Then I said when you had half my engine apart why didn t you change the injectors. He said it s not covered by warranty. I said I would of paid the 300 bucks for the part!! Ne had no answer, he put his head down. I said That he was full of and and to fix my truck and he said there s nothing wrong with it.I went to Brewster ford and they immediately found the problem!!! It was a cracked intake manifold not the he supposedly rocker arms that Pleasantville changed for no reason and definitely not the fuel injectors!!!Now my truck runs great without the horrible ticking noise ..Stay away from your Pleasantville ford. I will never ever buy another truck from them again!! Mind you I own 6 trucks cause I am an asphalt paving contractor.. I buy news truck every couple of years . Brewster Ford is the way to go for everything!!!!

I purchased a used 2000 Jeep Wrangler here with 35,000 miles for $10,000. This was my first car. Unfortunately it was a lemon. A few months later the Jeep, the frame fell apart. Ive had to have half of the frame replaced costing me $1500. All four of the wheels rotted out and leaked. The gas tank skid plate rotted off. The rotors were rotten. The water pump and gear box leaked needing replacement. The pistons misfire. A brake line rotted out. Now another part of the frame needs welding. The third weld job! Make sure you get any used car checked out before you purchase. They promised me It was in good shape and I made the mistake of trusting them. I have only put 15000 miles on the truck and ive already had all these problems.

Had a great experience working with Pleasantville Does. They did my mustang GT's exhaust earlier this year. Very fair pricing and months later still very happy with the work. Once again today to get a new key made great service.

I go here to get my Ford serviced. Let me say: best customer service ever! They are patient and knowledgeable. They treated me like family. Very veteran friendly, female friendly and overall good natured. Their hospitality and kindness during my wait was above and beyond. Their laid back and not pushy at all. That is such a relief!I highly recommend this dealership!!

BEWARE THIS DEALER!!! MAKE SURE THEY DO THE WORK THEY PROMISE.This dealer is incredibly convenient but having read the other three reviews I was worried about the quality of service.So, having made an appointment to take the car in for basic service (oil change, tire rotation etc) I decided I'd mark the back tires, to ensure that they actually did the rotation. I took the car and left it.Upon my return, I checked the markings I'd made on the two back tires. They were still there, exactly as I'd left them. Clearly the tires had not been rotated.I went in, asked if the car was ready "Yup" came the answer. "Tires rotated?" I asked. "Yup" said the service manager."No, they weren't." was my reply. I then told him I'd marked the tires and they most certainly hadn't been rotated. He went and made a big production of looking at the tires, found the markings and had no defense. So he sent out the mechanic, and I told him the same thing. He said, "Want me to rotate them now?" I declined.The now hugely flustered service manager took $5 off the invoice. I told him they'd lost me as a customer. I don't like being told something that's not true and I'd like to think the businesses I deal with are honest. Which doesn't seem to be the case here.

I've purchased two cars from here and while the sales people are good and not pushy. However, the service department is not good at all. I bring my car here because it is under warranty and the closest dealership to me. Good luck ever getting their service department to pick up the phone.

Last year Joe and his team in the body shop did a splendid job on rust and 13 years of accumulated minor insults. Unfortunately (due to wildlife jumping from brush into a narrow lane) I've need of their expert services, which they're already applying an hour after dropping the car off. There was no doubt in going back to them.
