Honest and reliable service. I was visiting from out of town and had an emergency situation. The staff at Farrow's were very accommodating. My car was quickly diagnosed and repaired. When I was accidentally overcharged, the staff were quick to address the problem and issue a refund. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend this place! Took my car for a check up. I got very clear list of what needs to be done. I like that the staff was professional and helpful. Very convenient pick up that can be done after the shop is closed.

Amazing service, fair pricing, and great flexibility. I took my heavily customized Mustang here on a road-trip and the guys here treated me very well, were super friendly/informative, and helped me get back on the road much sooner than any other place.

Did not follow verbal or written request to not repair my rear windows. Opened both rear door panels and told me repair would be $600-700. Reiterated that I did not want them repaired but still tried to charge for half the work. I ended up repairing them myself with a regulator rebuild kit for 50$.Also told me the 7 qts I brought was not enough oil for the engine. Then told me it can absorb more than specified. Then told me that I actually only brought 6 quarts the next day and then later that I only brought 4 or 5 quarts. Tried to charge me for oil and the oil filter after taking the oil and oil filter that I brought.Refunded me as shop credit for the above mentioned parts and door teardown labor.

We highly recommend Farrow's Auto Service. We have relied on Moe and his team for years for top-notch and reliable auto service and repairs for several cars. Mom and Dad drove halfway across the country in the summer in their so-cool 2012 Boss 302 Mustang with a not-so-cool AC. Temperatures rose as they thought of their return trip, so I called around to several shops / Ford dealers to see if anyone could fit them in. No dice, except for Farrows. I brought Dad s modern hotrod to Farrow s the morning after calling and the AC was inspected and recharged by the afternoon. Mom and Dad were very chill after that with no AC trouble on their 1500 mile return trip or in the couple of years since.I ve since used Farrows for tire mount and balance, alignment, state inspections. It can take a few days to get an appointment, which just goes to show you that they re trusted with a lot of business.I plan to take my (new to me) 70 Boss 302 to them for maintenance in the spring. I ve seen several vintage / special cars on their lifts as I drive by and have no doubt that a quirky old dual-point distributor and solid lifter cam adjustment will be no problem for them.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Air conditioning

I have always found Farrows Auto Service Inc., to be very professional, efficient and prompt. I would certainly recommend them to my family and friends. When I call (text) Moe (the owner) with any car issues; he makes a time slot to get the car fixed ASAP, even there s a full schedule and still squeezes it in.Moe and his staff are the best.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Brakes

I live out of state and was local for a funeral when my car started leaking radiator fluid. The last thing I needed was to be worrying about my car! Thankfully, I found Farrow's through some online research and am so appreciative that Jerry and his team got me back on the road as soon as possible. They went above and beyond to get the parts needed and cause as little inconvenience to me as possible. They were honest, fair and reliable and I really can't thank everyone at Farrow's enough. My car is running great now and was able to make the long drive home! Highly recommend!!!

I brought in a Honda Civic that I had towed from a parking garage. The act of towing pretty much fried the computer and disabled all of the electronics (think: ABS, power steering, airbags, everything). The dealership said I would need a new computer. When I took the car in to Farrows, not only did they not need a new computer, but they reprogrammed the computer themselves and repaired the car in a few hours. I m grateful for their knowledge, customer service conscientiousness and punctuality. I will be doing all of my auto repair/maintenance work at Farrows going forward. Thanks again team.

Honest, straightforward, and accommodating. I took my car in for an oil change and then had my check engine light come on. I called back, asking if this was due to the oil change, and they immediately said that if it was, they would be happy to take care of it right away. A few weeks later, after the light came on again, I took it back and they ran the diagnostic to find out what the issue was. At this point, they could have just called and told me that it would be a $600 repair. I didn't know that my car manufacturer had extended the warranty on the part that had failed. But they did the due diligence to check out the warranty and informed me that the car would be repaired for free by the dealer. These guys are not the cheapest around, but with this kind of honest and professional servicing, I will never take my car anywhere else.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Farrow s is the one and only place I bring my 2 high end cars to be serviced. They take care of all my automotive needs along with their collision services. Unfortunately I ve had body damage through the years to my cars and it s always taken care of. I absolutely love Mo and his staff!!

Extremely professional technicians. Very knowledgeable staff that is respectful to their customers. The quality of the work is always exceptional. I am always pleased with the work on my vehicle by their technicians. I needed someone to check out my car last minute after an accident on Saturday and these guys couldn't have been nicer! They fit me right in and reassured me my car was fine without any damage and safe to drive. They were friendly, quick, and thorough. Would highly recommend!

I brought my car to Renzo s in Mt Vernon and they had it towed to Farrow s to ensure it was done in time and without flaws. The car looks brand new and they did an amazing job. 10/10 would recommend.

Words can t describe the service I received at this shop. At first I was skeptical because all my work is done at the dealership, but Tony & Nick made me feel right at home. They definitely know what they re doing. Highly recommend this place for anyone with vehicle maintenance, troubles, and needs.

We arrived in Pleasantville to visit family around 5pm, July 2nd. On our way from PA to NY we had issues with our minivan running properly. Farrows was extremely accommodating, especially since it was a holdiay week. Nick was great to speak to and told us what was wrong and what needed to be done. Knowing we would be traveling again the next morning, they addressed and fixed the issue on July 3rd. We were very thankful for their quick services, and our van has been running great!

charged me for my car s inspection and still failed it for the tinted windows. if you were going to fail it for tints then don t do the emissions inspection and charge me the $37 for doing nothing. if you can clearly see the car will fail the inspection then don t agree to do it. that s not to mention how they used to sell tobacco to minors forever. absolute trash

If you are bringing your car in for an oil change, make sure you specifically state to NOT pull your cabin air filters out. Make sure you say ONLY an oil change, since that is not evident in the "I'm here for an oil change" service request. Or you're out a big chunk of change unless you want the dust blown back into your car. They're crooks and took full advantage of me because I was unfamiliar with bringing my car in (my ex husband used to handle it). Lesson learned for me. A consistent customer lost for them.

I have been using Farrow's Auto Service for more than 20 years, and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of car repair. They are skilled, friendly, flexible, do great work, and their prices are very fair.

Best mechanics around. Put off doing a review forever cause if everyone finds out how awesome the are it will be harder for me to get an appointment! But they deserve it. Nick, Bernie, and Mo you guys are awesome!

Great service, been coming to farrows to see Mo and Tony since its inception, with good reason. Before I started taking my car here, i bounced around from mechanic to mechanic looking for an honest one that was going to work with me for the long run. Tony and Mo are those guys. Thanks!

My vehicle had broken down on the Saw Mill PKWY during the night. Living in CT I was referred by a resident of the area, to Ferrows automotive for their professionalism, top quality work & very nice team of mechanics. Called the shop 1st thing in the morning & the owner "Nick" took care of us as soon as we pulled up. It was a bad Alternator & he replaced it & had us back on the road in 30min.Thanks Nick"The Honda Crosstour"

The exhaust on my jeep broke 3 days before the car was headed out for a vacation trip. Even though Farrows was full with work on other cars they were able to fit me in and get the car repaired on time even with a necessary part not being delivered on time. Thanks guys!

To say I drive a lot would be an understatement. I am all over the map, every single day. I put miles on a car like nobody's business. Because of this I need the most reliable mechanics to make sure my car is always in tip top shape. These guys are the best of the best. They go the extra mile everytime.
