I used this company once to replace a broken window in my sunroom. They are large sliding windows. They replaced the window but when they caulked it was just a bead of caulk on the window. Not even touching the window frame and surely not sealing anything. The framing would pull off the window when I tried to open it. I called them and had them come back out. The caulk job was better the second time ( still a little sloppy ) as shown in the pictures and the frame still pulls away from the window when I try to open it.I wouldn t recommend this company..

Called and explained the RIGHT door (main one customers use) entering the restaurant needed to be repaired, as it was sticking and causing customers to think we weren't open. Work order placed and 50% deposit put down to repair the RIGHT / STICKING door. Workers came and because and couldn't enter (sticking door?) but eventually got in. They did their work and left. I was at the location later in the day and upon arrival felt the door was still sticking. I spoke with them and let them know the problem still exists, so they need to return to address it. They contact me back and say that they worked on the LEFT door, not the right one. They charged my card for the other 50%, so now I'm out $1300+ and still have a sticking door that leads customers to believe we're closed. I communicated with 2 different individuals at Tri County stating that they need to come back and address the door that I called about / paid for and they said no, I'd have to pay more. And that's where we stand today. We own some 20 businesses in the area that have used them in the past, but will never use them again and will be sure to inform everyone in this area of their incompetence and simply bad business of not even attempting to make this right.

Vinny and Chris were great. They showed up right on time. They were professional and able to get the job done quickly. The pricing was fair and communication with their office staff was easy. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I used this company to replace the windshield on my husbands vehicle. The first time they came to replace the windshield they brought the wrong one so after my husband took time out of his day it had to be rescheduled so they could order the correct one. The second time they came they replaced the windshield with a scratched and chipped windshield. The glass was so incredibly dirty you couldn t even see the damage until we cleaned it the next day. Then when I spoke with the owner to fix it again he said he would. I scheduled a time that was convenient for us. When that time came he was no where to be found. They never showed up to correct the job that they did. I called multiple times and didn t get a call back until the following day. The owner the. Processed to scream at me over the phone and say I had to go through my insurance again and they would not fix the windshield that was damaged when they installed it. After yelling at me and not letting me get a word in he hung up on me. I have never experienced such HORRIBLE customer service from an owner especially. But not only have we took time out of our day to make these appointments and not only do they bring the wrong windshield then a damaged windshield then they just don t show up! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!Service: Auto windshield repair

Been using Tri County for many years. They performed several jobs for me including 2-3 windshields. Nothing but great experiences with them. They were professional, answered all my questions, and did great work. The owner actually negotiated with my insurance company to install OEM glass on my leased car. Well was in a dilemma. A competitor told my wife couldn"t fix rear window till Thursday, Remembered a friend had mentioned Vinny at Tri County Glass gave him a call on Monday morning was very pleased he was able to fix a 2022 Subaru rear window and have car ready on Tuesday. Sarah then contacted me for drop off time and other necessary information, everyone was very professional and courteous and I would be very happy to recommend Tri County GlassService: Auto rear window replacement

I was so pleased with the service that I ve recommended them many times. Even to my surgeon who needed a shower door installed, he was very pleased with the results. I highly recommend them. They are professional, courteous and very aware of the covid requirements. Great local resource. I needed to purchase two sheets of 8' x 4' quarter inch plexiglass for a display case, and it was cheaper buying from here than online. Owner was extremely helpful, even letting me pick up the plexiglass Saturday morning rather than during normal hours.
