I highly recommend Warren Tire. Very professional, great customer service and good prices. I bought my tires there and was given a thorough explanation about the different tires to make a decision on the best fit for my needs. Free tire rotation because I purchased the tires there. We will definitely continue to be a customer.

Had a major issue with front passenger tire at 1pm. Called and spoke with lovely staff. Said bring it in and the guys would take a look at it and have replacement tires put on before they closed at 5:30. Got there and Mike was awesome. Stated the less expensive tires were more like the ones I already had on my car. Didn't feel like they were trying to rip me off. I called back after I left because I decided to have all my tires changed instead of just the front 2, said no problem! Car was done before 3:45! Super impressed...highly recommend!

Can t recommend this place enough! This was my first time going here and super satisfied with my tire purchase. Their prices are very affordable, and just all around great customer service. Had some Nokian Outpost nAT tires put on my truck. It was very quick in and out and I didn t have to wait too long. Very happy with my new tires!

I got in quickly to check on a leaky tire. Turned out I needed 4 new tires. The staff was friendly. Knowledgeable, quick and had me back on the road in less than an hour.

Maybe ok for tires. For service they are ripoff. Had them install some sumo springs on my truck. Did not tell me that labor was $185/hrs if I supplied parts. They screwd it up and took 3 plus hours to install 2 bump springs, almost $600,labor only. Installation of my springs was probably 20 minutes,their breaking bolts getting old ones off caused the long period. Not up front with costs. 6 or 8 people behind the counter ,no wonder they charge so much. Will never go back.

I have been to this shop on multiple occasions. They are excellent in price. If something needs to be fixed they are very transparent show you. Tell you the price and leave it up to you to decide. They do not try and take you for a ride. They keep it real!!

Dropped my car off to get some exhaust pipe bent and a universal muffler I had purchased installed on my car. Recieved a call two hours later that the only place they can get a replacement muffler is from the dealer for $500 . They didn't even bother looking in the back seat where I told them the new muffler was and just pulled my car out . I had told them when I scheduled the appointment where the muffler would be and when I dropped the car off to them . WASTE OF TIME this is not the first bad experience I've had with them last time it cost me a hemi motor .

Always friendly, helpful and honest. Recently put in extra effort to get my huge brake job done quickly when my alternate transportation failed. They treat each customer as an individual, not a paycheck.

Sherry was very helpful and knowledgeable. The service was quick when they got me in. Wait time was over an hour as a walk-in, but they got me in as quickly as they could in between several scheduled appointments. After the service repair, Sherry explained all that was done for the tire issue and then helped me with information on recommended future tire purchases.

We had a bit of an emergency during our vacation over the weekend and Lonnie was able to help us with a rather unique situation and get us back on the road within the hour. The level of service by all the staff was tremendous and they understood the circumstances that we were dealing with and turned it around with great care and professionalism. Thank you again!!

Price gouging. Went there to change my tires and the total bill was $250 instead of the $150 I was quotes.DO NOT GO THERE. Save your money

I had a slow leak on a tire on my motor home. I called them on a Saturday. They arrived at the truck stop I was at and promptly found the problem and repaired it. Having spent my whole career in the the auto, truck, towing businesses I can say that their truck was well equipped. They even brought a new tire along just in case mine had some irreparable problem. Their service guy, Rick, was very friendly and cordial. He certainly knew what he was doing! I very much recommend this business!

I was renting an Enterprise truck with a flat tire. I needed this truck to work safely/properly for a job I would be on for two straight weeks. The staff (particularly Jen and Maureen) was incredibly helpful! The would have had the tire fixed in 15 minutes if someone hadn't taken the lug nut key out of the kit. Thankfully they were able to work directly with Enterprise to find a solution with very little stress or hassle for me. I was grateful for that!

I brought my car in to be looked at due to a grinding sound. I was charged the typical $40 or whatever for the diagnosis where the mechanic proceeded to tell me the wheel baring i had JUST had fixed a week prior was bad and was advised to take it back and have them fix it under warranty . So i took it back to who had just done the baring- he was nice enough to rip it apart again for me to tell me no, his baring was fine. I then needed to take it back to Warren tire to spend ANOTHER $40 for a different mechanic to finally CORRECTLY diagnose the OPPOSITE wheel baring of the first diagnosis done by Warren tire. $80 dollars gone just because mechanics there dont know their right from their left

A year ago I got my car serviced for a tire and the guy that "helped" me was very rude to me and I was more than over charged. Well come August 1st 2022 I can say they were one of the only places to get my new car in for an oil change. I talked to I believe a man named Mike on the phone a week prior about only getting an oil change done. I asked for a price and was quoted after tax it'd be roughly $68 and some change. Come the day of and they added on an extra $16 for services I didn't need nor asked for making my total bill $84 and some change. I will not be returning. As this is the second time this has happened. I tried to overlook my first experience but this was the last straw.

Jen, this is for you girl. I scheduled and appointment for a rotation on Tuesday for Friday in which I was glad that they could get me in. Once there I was immediately called that my tires were worn, I knew that but it was great that they are actually looking rather than just rotating and sending it out the door. After an hour I got a call..... not to pick my car up but that the bays were unavailable to lift my car because the lifts were occupied by disabled vehicles. I provided my own equipment to assist in the lift but apparently they couldn't do it. I was with my child so I got my equipment and key and left. Soon after, when I was able to talk and ask questions, Jen was rude and snubbed me because of their incompetence. I drove 45 minutes for this rotation. Called days ahead and was curious why my car couldn't be lifted since they knew what car I drive. If you drive a heavy vehicle and want to have a smooth transition I'd suggest asking if they will have a bay that can lift your vehicle. Jen I hope your day gets better. Being bitter takes a lot out of someone. And being bitter just lost you a few customers. Cheers.Replying to your response....When scheduled you were not aware that it would require a special bay? If your technicians know about the vehicle then why wasn't a bay available? That's all I'm saying. Know your shop. Know your appointments. And know what you can handle before wasting people's time.

Wow! Excellent customer service. We needed new tires, but could not afford them... Then I was leaving for work the other morning and discovered a flat tire. Every shop in town was booked, and Warren Tire said they could fit me in somewhere. They ultimately found the flat tire was irreparable, and we had to replace all of our tires. I was so nervous because we could not afford new tires... then they quoted me an amazing deal for all season tires that we could afford!Best part - they completed all of this in less than 3 hours! Again, wow!! I was planning to wait for longer, but they went above and beyond. They were so generous, understanding, and reasonable. After learning they are a full service center, they now have loyal business from us. Huge thanks to Warren Tire - we are looking forward to brining our car back for routine service!

We are Canadians with a Travel trailer and utility trailer that we can't visit with the USA border closed to non-essential travel because of the Covid-19 pandemic. A quality earthling decided to slash all eight tires! I spoke to Mike, who quickly gave me a quote and organized the service on site which was professional, efficient and fast. Thank you for the great service!!

Long overdue rating - while on vacation this summer these guys and gals were able to get us in (short notice) and fix a tire (quickly). Totally appreciate their help and kindness to a traveling family!

The people at Warren Tire Service Center are amazing! I have gone to them three or four times since moving to Plattsburgh last fall, and they have always exhibited excellent customer service. I do not know a lot about cars, and they have never taken advantage of that. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly; I am very happy to have found them.

I absolutely do NOT recommend this place. My car was first diagnosed there as having a bad starter, so I paid for the diagnostic service and paid the labor to have the starter replaced. However, the same non-starting issue happened again with the new starter only 2 days later after the starter replacement. I went to the store and was told that the issue might have been misdiagnosed and they would have to diagnose again and would not charge me for the second diagnosis due to the previous misdiagnosis. However, after I went to the shop for the second diagnosis, I was told that instead of free, I would be charged $117 for the second diagnosis (I already paid $40 for the first MISdiagnosis and $150 for labor to replace the starter). The front desk people also remembered what happened and how I was promised a free second diagnosis, but the supervisor insisted to charge me $117 because he did not "hear" his colleague made the promised the other day. There was many miscommunication between store personnel at this place, and one person told me one version of the story and another person told me a different one. After all, they have no trouble charging you again (and more) if it was then who did not do a good job in the first place. At the end, I was threatened that if I would not pay, they would not do the job. Very POOR competence doing the job and finding the issue of my car, and WORSE customer service! STAY AWAY from this dishonest place!

Well I couldn t say enough good things about this company I have a f350 dully with a 6 inch lift and 35 tires called all around no one could do my tire and wheel alignment because of how big my truck is I called the office and spoke with a very nice lady they got me in the next week and as soon as the job was done a nice gentleman called and went over everything that was done to my truck. And the price was lower than talked about very pleased with the professional performance and great customer service.

So far, I'm very grateful, they are willing to help me with getting my tires looked at as to a warrenty issue. Bailey Ford sold me the tires, but, wouldn't follow through on warrentying them, so since Warren tire sold them to Bailey ford I went to them for help, and they are taking care of me. Next time I'll by direct, certainly not from Bailey Ford!!! First time ever having such a problem with Michelle's.
