Definitely recommend this place, the employees were super friendly and seemed like they have the customers best interest in mind. Austin was a huge help and patient with me even though I was on a very tight budget. He helped me find the cheapest option to get me back on the road!

I have used them before, was a decent experience. Called to have studded snow tires swapped out with new all seasons, and because I did not buy them there they will not help me. Gave me a line about liability. I bought the tires from tire rack and they will not perform a mount and balance. There will be a call made to the better business bureau.

I set my appointment with Austin. He was very kind and helpful. I find that as someone who doesn t know a whole lot about cars, having to do any appointments with my car is intimidating. Austin made the experience very welcoming and a very smooth process. I appreciate his great customer service.

Eric helped me and he was awesome took his time out to talk with me about numerous aspects of my plan and even helped me shop for a future purchase of replacement rims for my van. The car was clean after the service and it was completed a lot faster than scheduled for and expected.

First time getting all four of my tires replaced, and this was a good experience! It was very quick, did it on a lunch break, and Brett & Eric were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable (and easy on the eyes, just sayin) and I would definitely go back there again. Wish I knew the names of the two gentlemen who replaced the tires too, as they were also very nice. Job well done

Came in after hitting a pretty big pothole on my way into town to follow up on my road hazard tire warranty. The guys gave me very quick service. Brett met with me, assessed my tire and got my service taken care of right away. I've was in a little earlier this month getting new tires for the car. The guys here have been excellent both times definitely where I'll be going for my tire and alignment work.

The guys at town fair tire ( Austin, Brett and lou) were exceptional to work with! They were very knowledgeable and informative! Big shout out to Brett at Plattsburgh location. You made my tire buying experience wonderful and I would recommend everyone to go see him.

Over the phone, Austin at Town Fair Tire did an excellent job recommending tires for my Tesla Model Y that would have very good sidewall strength & wear resistance, then he scheduled an appointment at an agreeable time. He reviewed a few possible tire options with me to make recommendations. When I arrived, they had six customer service employees ready to assist customers. I identified myself and Austin did an excellent job explaining the work that would be done: tire replacement, wheel balancing and alignment. Two hours was set aside for the work, and they were done in 1-1/2 hours & called me to let me know they were done since I went out for a walk to nearby stores. (Town Fair Tire does have a waiting room.) Job well done, and great customer service!

I'm not impressed, every time I go there I have a bad experience, I have brought two vehicles for a alignment multiple time and they still could not get my steering wheel straight, and I did complete front end kits on both vehicles, brought my truck there for something lou said they would do so I dropped my truck off and left it over night and put my key in a lock box out side the building with a little lock on it that any crac* head can cut with no exterior cameras pointing at it just for lou to call me in the morning and tell me its illegal, brought new tires to mount on rims, lou told me on phone they would do it drove down there for lou to tell me in person that he will not mount them on the rims , I'm having so many issues with lou and his crew, is anyone experiencing these same issues? and I put new tire sensors in my jeep and brought them there on the jeep so they can program them to my jeep and lou tells me it wouldn't work because my body control modular is bad and I said no it isn't the tires and rims I just took off, my winter set has good sensors and light was off , they seam to hire anyone off the street that knows absolute nothing about vehicles or tires.

Went in for an egg on my tire. Eric was great and listed out all my options for me clearly and helped me pick out what worked best for me. Super friendly and made a tough situation much better. Would recommend.

Austin was extremely helpful. He was kind, attentive and covered all areas of concern. Eric was also extremely helpful and I paid about $100 less than I anticipated! Highly recommend!

Eric, Lou, and Austin were all super pleasant and kind when I brought my car in for a tire change. Eric is a very hard worker and you can tell he genuinely wants to make people happy. Lou was great at helping my mom and I regarding rims for my car and explained to us the different deals we could do. I appreciated his knowledge and patience with my mom and I. Last, Austin was really great at kindly asking me to fill out this survey without being pushy or annoying about it. I keep coming back to Town Fair Tires in Plattsburgh because of the workers they have there. They all deserve raises and pizza parties! I look forward to coming back soon!

Austin was very patient and explained everything so I understood the great value added services at town fair tire. Free tire changeovers, free rotations, and free fixes of flat tires. I don't think anyone can beat that. Plus with great customer service, why would I go anywhere else.

So I had an invoice set up online, but I went in a few days before my appointment to pay. My first interaction was with Eric. He was so nice, walked me through everything, knowledgeable even explained the difference between winter and all season and why services are provided. Great customer service demeanor. The day of the appointment, Eric recognized me immediately but he was assisting someone else. He said Austin would take care of me. Austin did not disappoint. These two are awesome and not just because they asked me to say it. XD

The Brett checked out my tire, was extremely helpful helping me pick out the right tire for my needs and my checkbook. Lou wrapped things up nicely reminding me of services available to me if something a blow out were to happen. Really love these guys at Town Fair Tire, Plattsburgh. February 2024I came back for two more tires in March 24. Brett and Eric helped me out, saved me money and had me out on the road in no time. These guys are great and I feel so well taken care of.. thank you!!

Great customer service. Did a good job with my tire changeover but the alignment I got with them was way off. Had to go to gng to fix. They told me the camber was off when it wasn t and they couldn t get my steering to be straight. Would go again but not for an alignment.

Austin was super helpful for me. I wasn't aware that town fair could beat local prices on tires and he helped me get the best deal I could. He was also super friendly and knowledgable on everything. The work done on my car was great and will definitely go back for future tire need
