I only rated this place with one star because I didn't go there I'm not saying it's a bad repair shop by any means Jr's repair shop was just much cheaper and did a great job

I used them based on their ratings, which are well deserved. Very nice people. They were the 4th garage I took my truck to. I never felt I was being listen to previously. They listen and fixed my two issues. Truck runs so quietly and smooth now. Give them a try. You won't go anywhere else.

Took our truck in for inspection and they said we needed new brakes--estimate almost $900. We took it to another place and they passed it and told us we had a little life left in the brakes. When we need them, they'll cost around $800.Before this we'd had good service, friendly, helpful--maybe it was just a bad day--but we're taking our cars elsewhere.

Dropped my truck off to get quite a few things done. Before work was even started they call me with a quote on how much everything was going to cost including labor. They kept me posted if anything came up to see what I wanted to do. My son is a SUNY Plattsburgh student with a car at school for the first time. I am five hours away. This past weekend his car wouldn t start, they tried to jump it and it still wouldn t start. After finding TM on a search, I reached out to them and had the car towed there. Tracy was so helpful, calling me several times to keep me informed. Thankfully, the battery just needed to be replaced. They checked everything else out electrical and test drove it. I highly recommend TM Repair!!!Service: Battery

I stopped into TM Auto Repair on my way home to Maine because I could hear a shield rattling underneath. I did not expect the service and kindness I received. Tracy and her team had my car on the lift and the part resecured in about 30 minutes. They were quick, professional and sent me on my way...and refused to accept any money. "Have a great day and come back in the future if you need anything!" I am so appreciative of the kindness and generosity I was shown and I strongly encourage anyone in the area with car repair needs to give them your business!! The shop is clean, inviting and obviously well-managed.

Normally I do my own repairs. My daughter who is college student developed a considerable power steering fluid leak. After reading the reviews on T M Auto, I decided to give them the repair. They we on point with the pricing on both parts and labor. When the truck made it back home for Thanksgiving break I looked everything over and I'm very happy with the repair. Thank you T M Repair .

Every experience at T&M has been fantastic. Tracy and Mike are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They are reasonably priced and their work has always been of the highest caliber. This is the best garage in the Plattsburgh area. Great work T&M!

I was sent to TM Auto Repair by my regular mechanic for a type of service they were unable to offer. Well, sadly for them, TM won me over and now I don't want to go anywhere else. The staff was wonderful and clearly communicated what my car needed, the cost of parts, and the cost of labor. Unbelievable service! We had surprise brake trouble on a trip through Plattsburgh and still had over 250 miles to go before reaching home. A call to AAA led us to TM Auto Repair. Not only did Tracy and Mike take us immediately upon our call, Mike diagnosed our problem within a half hour and Tracy ordered the parts we needed. Mike repaired our car and had us on the road within three hours. He even pointed out something else to get looked at by our own mechanic when we got home. What could have been a nightmare turned out to be an amazingly pleasant experience. Their prices were great and the waiting room was very pleasant. Highly recommend TM Auto Repair to anybody in the Plattsburgh area.

T and M have always given me great service. Mike is a knowledgeable mechanic. Staff is friendly and courteous! I have never had to take my car back to T and M after a repair was completed. They are as honest as the day is long.

Wonderful first experience here dealing with problems another dealership told me I needed for repairs but in reality did not need. Tm diagnosed my vehicle and fixed what it needed in a fast and professional Manor. Super friendly customer service and a comfortable waiting room were a great bonus I highly recommend them!

Mike and Tracy are the best! I had to replace the clutch of my manual 2013 Subaru Forester and they got is done quickly and with a smile. Love TM Auto!

Plattsburghs hidden gem! This is the place to go for almost anything auto related ( they don't do tires). It's run by very friendly people and they have an exelent staff. Always willing to help, and can usually get you in quickly,

Had appointment Wednesday morning for a 20 min check. Friday it still wasn't done. Multiple cars in and out and mind they said that they ran a little behind and would try to get it done Friday. I said no and left. Would not recommend them

They are willing to go that extra mile to help you specially when you're in a pinch I am from Montana and I had a gas line freeze and they helped quite a bit little expensive but again that's subjective it's cheaper all around in Montana then upstate New York
