This sunoco is great and all but im mostly leaving the review to reply to my man blakes hilarious one star "a lady at a GAS STATION IN PLATSSBURGH said something I dont like and it ruined my adirondack vacation" cause it actually made me laugh. Why would you post a paragraph explaining how you didnt realize that you need to pay before pumping and end it by saying you flipped off the attendant like its gonna make you look good

Employee rudeness is a hit or a miss, nice young girl was willing to help and explain what I was doing wrong when attempting to pump the gas since I couldnt get past the please wait a moment stage on the pump after resetting it twice trying to get gas. Finally went inside to report that pump 5 was broken and the young girl was kind and said the pumps are hard to use. The old saggy blonde with the worst attitude ever told me "No its because you didn't come in and pay first" then continued to ignore me to anger mash on her register. NO WHERE COULD I FIND SAID THIS NOT EVEN ON THE BUILDING OR BY THE REGISTER LET ALOME THE PUMP. Drove 5 hours from my last hotel to this suspicious sespit of a hole to start my stay in the Adirondacks for fun in the wilderness and camps and lakes across the North Country and this horrible women acts like I should know her stores policies without even the pump saying pay inside first. Flipped her off and got approval from the woman behind me in line and left and got gas in the next town over.

I live right next to this Snocco so I go there almost daily. I love the staff that works here, they are super friendly and easy to small talk with well your checking out or paying they also always help me get what I need if I can t find it my self. The owner is always super nice to me when he is there working. Best Snocco in town by a long shot.

Gas pump read Advantedge card as a payment card and tilted. Attendant re-set the pump, but I didn't get my discount. To make this place a well rounded train wreck, gas couldn't be pumped at greater than a trickle rate without shutting down. It took damn near as long to fill the tank as it took to empty it.

The racist Indian folk who work (or own, who knows they lie) here are nasty, rude, and outright cruel. There is one employee who sexually harassed me to the point of nightmares and panic attacks. We had been on friendly terms, but insisted that I to do creepy sexual things with him and his relatives and laughed about it all. That is just disgusting. Women should never go in there alone or ever, they are very sick individuals.

Great location. Always open. Mini Mart and gas. Safe area. Friendly staff. Update :June 3, 2021 ,Gas price 2.89 price low In area.
