The folks at NAPA are very friendly and most helpful, but more than that they are also very knowledgeable , and if they don t know it or have it then you better believe that they will hook you up to make certain you have the answers before you leave! The Guy's behind the counter are amazing. They are willing to do whatever it takes, for you to walk out of NAPA Satisfied more knowledgeable. They are were I go for my 3M product. They also have a great selection of other products.

Extremely rude associates, especially Alex!! They all ignore people waiting in line, not even any type of acknowledgment if they are on the phone! Also, I was rudely cut-off mid sentence so he could answer the phone, must be because I am a woman, real nice!
