Gerard is the most friendly and always attentive. 5 star he has great customer service. This has not always been the case at this location years ago. Super addition he has been. Do miss Keith he was great as well.

Service was quick and affordable. It's my first time using them so from my pov I have to say it was "excellent ". Again, prices were definitely affordable and they only give recommendations for fixes but won't push anything on you.

The team there is amazing and friendly. The men there are truly gentlemen. Before I could even get out of my car someone was there and immediately took my car back to start working! They even held doors open for me (I was very impressed).They applied my coupon even though it would scan correctly. No issues at all!They do not push unnecessary sells on you and give you honest opinion of what you need and what they recommend!!The oil change took about an hour but everyone was friendly and the time passed quickly.I drove away after getting my oil changed and within a mile I could smell something burning and my engine started smoking.I turned around and took my car back to the shop.They immediately took it back into the shop and inspected the issue.It was just spilt oil burning off and I panicked a little too quickly (I have a Chevy. I panic all the time).They cleaned off the remaining oil and told me if I had any more issues to come straight back and they would fix it!I did not have anymore issues after that. Drove all the way to Rouses Point and back without a smell or smoke!They were so nice about the entire situation and my panic!I will most definitely be returning for any further maintenance I need on my Chevy Trax and HIGHLY recommend this location to anyone!

DO NOT GO TO THIS JIFFY LUBE -- THEY MIGHT WRECK YOUR CAR AND LEAVE YOU HANGINGJiffy Lube snapped off my spark plug in the engine and then took no steps to fix the truck, did not offer me a rental or reimburse the one I got, and essentially totaled my truck since even the Ford Dealer can't fix it. They're trying to sweep this under the rug by not answering my calls. They owe me a car!This could happen to you if you go to Jiffy Lube! Save your self!

Minus Stars , I recently have started using Wee Bee Oil for my company's fleet vehicles these vehicles are meticulously maintained and recently I was a steady customer of Jiffy Lube national chain they literally caused my Company truck to suffer a seized motor, all the oil leaked out of my truck via the oil drain plug and oil filter Verified. Through the responding local Garage Rocks towing in Peru. The truck was inspected and determined to have loss its oil through both the drain plug and oil filter confirmed the truck was serviced through them and improperly installed. Upon inspection by Jiffy Lube they went to the garage and inspected and informed the shop they would be returning to follow up with "there in house inspection team" and would get back to me this never happened and they wrote a letter 2 weeks later denying my claim. This franchise does not honor their mistakes and we will be moving forward with litigation and a lawsuit at a cost of 5000 for a lawyer 12 000.00 for motor install and replacement. I have found out that there is a issues with a sloppy a shop with what appears to be a bunch of inexperienced. kids. Upon meeting the staff at Wee Bee Oil, I was introduced to owners Robin and Ray, and was treated both respectfully and I was assured of their competence and the reputation that they stand by their work and if something goes wrong, they are on the side of their customer. This Matters to a business owner, Mistakes happen. Jiffy lube would not provide proof of insurance. When requested the folks at Wee Bee s Business philosophy as stated we honor our work, and we are insured. I highly recomend these guys!!! Regards Garth of GPIVODA& SONS LLC

I would remove stars if I could. We will not go back to Jiffy Lube in Plattsburgh again. An hour wait without people ahead of us. Staff claimed the delay was due to draining the oil incorrectly and having to restart. Not impressed.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Gerald and Kyle are awsome they helped me figure out what was going with my truck and Gerald saved me from blowing my engine by letting me know that the engine cleaner I was using was ruining my engine thank you Gerald so much and Kyle as well those guys deserve a big fat raise and they have a very nice attitude by helping any and everyone thank you guys God bless and to the other employers that work there as well if you want your car truck etc done right please go to Jiffy Lube in Plattsburgh on Rte 3 Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Old boss back!It's professional and friendly so there's always knowledgeable techs available. Truly the only place I can or WILL take my van. They have never done me wrong. The manager is a friendly guy and allows me to watch from outside lol for safety

Great visit, great crew working there. In and out quickly. The guys at this location gives top notch customer service. I went in for oil change and the service was fast. I was greeted with a smile pulling into the parking lot as well as having every door opened for me. I had some issues with my car and they took it in right away to diagnose the problem. The ABSOLUTE best. I am from out of town, and noticed something was wrong with my front brakes. They brought me in at the last second and got everything fixed for me to go home. They truly went out of their way to make sure my car was safe and I could get home. Explained everything and allowed me take pictures of everything.

The guy that worked on my car was extremely friendly and funny. Definitely made going to get a oil change a enjoyable time. The manger was extremely friendly and made sure to get me in and out in a timely manner. Now while I don t know much about cars given that I am a 20 year old women, the guy that worked on my car made sure to explain everything in a way I would understand. I m not from the area but would definitely stop back in if I ever am, and definitely recommend for anyone else to stop in!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

I contacted Gerard at Jiffy Lube with a flat tire issue and he was able and willing to get me in immediately. He went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle and tires were safe to get me home, and truly seemed to care about this. He was incredibly informative, helpful, and efficient.
