I had the best experience with Kris Carver. I circled the parking lot for months because I wanted the Santa Cruz and met Kris during one of my first trips there. I wanted to make sure this was what I really wanted and the color because of all the options. Every time I went by (almost every other weekend) for a few months, Kris would greet me and we would talk and not one time did he ever pressure me into buying. He always just said come see me when you re ready I ll be here. Finally I was ready to make that purchase and Kris made the transaction so easy. Now I have a new friend, and an awesome truck.Ask for Kris with a K for your next purchase, you won t be sorry.

Brian Baker was easily the nicest and most caring salesman I ve ever met. No high pressure sales tactics or scams. I was terrified to get another car but he made me feel at ease and really jumped through so many hoops to help me. I couldn t recommend him more and no I didn t get an incentive to write this Brian is just that awesome.

I had gone to Garvey Hyundai after my car was totaled in an accident. I was dreading car shopping as I have always hated the whole process, and honestly, my credit score is not great....well let's be honest...it's just bad. When Brad approached me in the lot, I immediately explained my credit situation to him. He told me not to worry about that, that they would deal with that. He showed me couple of cars and then I saw the one I wanted. After I found it, Brad got everything rolling. Chuck, in finance, met with me and made me feel comfortable right away. Since it was after 6pm, Chuck and Brad told me not to worry they would call me tomorrow when they were able to talk to the banks. The next day, I went in and everything was done. Chuck worked tirelessly with the banks to get me a great interest rate considering my less than stellar credit score. Chuck and Brad made the entire process seem so easy, even though I know they worked really hard behind the scenes for me. I love my Hyundai Kona !!! This was by far the most pleasant car buying experience I've had.

IT IS OFFICIAL. AFTER HAVING MY 2019 HYUNDAI SANTA FE FOR 2 MONTHS, I LITERALLY HATE THIS VEHICLE. I DROVE IT TO SOUTH CAROLINA AND BACK AND IT IS THE MOST UNCOMFORTABLE VEHICLE I HAVE EVER OWNED.I WILL BE GETTING RID OF IT ASAP....2/13/2023 I purchased my very first Hyundai, a black Santa Fe. It could not have been any better of an experience. I am absolutely in love with my vehicle. Jon Munnik was my sales consultant, what a guy. One of the greatest people I've ever dealt with on my life. He made me feel so comfortable. He cares for his customers and will go out of his way to accommodate them. Troy, the finance manager, was also wonderful. Worked with me on my financing to get to the payment plan that I was comfortable with. This dealership is AMAZING, think I found my new place for vehicle shopping. Thank you everyone at Hyundai Garvey North, you all are truly amazing.

I just bought a new Tucson and thanks to Jon Munnik it was a great experience! He spent the afternoon letting me test drive different vehicles and answering all my questions. He then located the exact car in the trim and color that I wanted. He took the time to explain the many features of the car. Chuck was also helpful in giving me the info on both leasing and financing so I could make the best decision for myself. Everyone I came into contact with there was friendly and professional. I would recommend Garvey North to anyone looking for great service.

This was my first experience with buying a car and Kris Carver made my the experience easy breezy. I ve been driving my car for a couple months now and took a trip or two already. He was able to match my needs finding me an affordable deal and a car with great mileage I m very pleased! I was nervous going in for my first time but he explained everything perfectly and made sure I was pleased with my purchase!!!!I have other friends looking to buy a car soon I ll definitely recommend especially for those new to buying a car and aren t sure where to start! Don t be nervous, all are super nice and welcoming!!!!

Kris Carver is our go-to guy when it comes to buying a car. This is my second car purchase with Kris (my husband bought one from him a few years ago - so third vehicle for our household) and he honestly makes the car buying experience so easy and fun. All you have to do is give him an idea of what you are looking for and he finds it. His enthusiasm takes all of the stress out of such a big purchase. Whether it's a brand new car or a "new to you" car, Kris is phenomenal.

First off, THANK YOU BRIAN BAKER!! I really wasn't expecting to be able to trade in with the amount of money I owed on my car. I've really been working on my credit and even though it's not that great, they worked with me and I was able to jump from a 2012 to a 2020. Also was skeptical on a Hyundai. I'm a Toyota/Honda girl but I guess I'm a Hyundai girl now!! Very happy with the service and I will be back when it comes time to upgrade!! Thank you again!!

This is my second time working with Garvey Hyundai and I must say again it was a very pleasant experience. The staff always had a positive attitude that was welcoming and enthusiastic. Their ability to take my business seriously but also respect my choices as a person made the whole experience much more personable. If I could rate six (or more) stars, I would! Kris and JP bent over backwards to make sure I was able to purchase my EV the day before certain eco-incentives ran out. This is our family's third Hyundai but our first purchased from Garvey, and it was by far our best dealership experience. Everybody I interacted with was responsive, friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and professional.

Once again, a great car shopping experience at Garvey Hyundai North. This time I went in for an all-electric vehicle. Rob helped me find just what I was looking for. I had a lot of questions about EV's and he had all the answers. After I test drove my first EV I knew it was definitely what I wanted. I ended up getting the Ioniq 5 for its amazing amount of space and amazing features. They found a bank to back me in no time(which they thanked me for because I had great credit). The whole process was done in an afternoon, would have been even faster if I would have remembered to bring my registration. The experience was great, and my new EV is just as great!

I worked with both Jon Munnik (sales consultant) and Chuck Lipke (finance manager)Jon was absolutely wonderful!! Kind, respectful, always had a positive and welcoming energy. He answered any and all questions I had, was honest about price points and things of that nature. He was lovely, and would absolutely recommend choosing him to buy a car! He made my experience wonderful and I left happy as ever with my new vehicle.Chuck was incredibly sweet and also answered any and all questions, is super kind and silly. Both have a wonderful presence. I had a lovely experience!

TLDR: Hyundai brand is great, salesman Troy and scheduling are not.The car (Elantra) is great,but Troy in Sales is not. I have had several terrible experiences with him at thw dealership. The salesperson Troy was unhelpful, and the overall service was disappointing.Took 2 months to schedule a detailing they promised after purchasing, only for that to be rescheduled. As a result, missed 2 of their Service appointments.The service department has had to reschedule me with last minute cancelation to fix a tail light and made me use up a couple days of PTO unnecessarily as a result. I am 2 hours away so any drive out us half a day.

After not purchasing a vehicle from a dealer in over 5 years, I was super hesitant to even consider trying. When I got to the dealership Brad approached me and showed me to a 2016 Hyundai Veloster, and I was set! Working with my finances and what I had for a trade that day, Brad was able to find me a car payment that was in the original budget I had intended for! Super happy with this car, and the superb customer service received from Brad and the others at Garvey!

The other day I drove to Garvey Hyundai to take care of a problem I was having with my windshield wiper. On the way there I skidded off the road and wound up in a ditch and was up to the bottom of my windows with snow. After getting pulled out by a tow truck which was a part of my complimentary services for buying my Elantra SEL I made it to Garvey. Not only did they fix my wiper which was minor but after getting out of the ditch my radar started acting finicky & wasn't working. Joe in service took control & the tech got to work flushing out my grill of all the snow that was packed in there. Turns out the snow was blocking all of my sensors. Instead of giving me a story & trying to upcharge me Joe was honest & told me what was wrong and like magic everything was working perfectly again. Can't thank Joe enough for his honesty & integrity!!!! It's service like this above & beyond explains why this is my 5th Hyundai. Thanks again to Joe & LeighAnn in service & to the Manager Mark. You guys ROCK!!!!!

I recently purchased a used car (2021) from Garvey Hyundai North. My salesman Kris Carter was fantastic ! I have been driving the car for a few weeks now and just found out I have no horn I went back to the dealer and was told it needed to be fixed right away. Needless to say, on Saturdays they only do oil changes. So I am driving a car for the next few weeks with no horn till the 18th. I was just wondering how this was inspected at the dealership with no horn ??? Do they actually check vehicles or just slap a sticker on if it passes the omissions test ??? I am also wondering how much this will be costing me out of my pocket and my time .

Adam B. made for the best experience I have had at a dealership in a long time! He was great at communicating through the whole process and going over the numbers as well as the car. I had explained that we would be making the trip over from Vermont and didn t want to make a day trip of it. Adam had everything ready for us to go, which was a relief not spending hours waiting around. Chuck in finance was a pleasure to work with as well and broke everything down so I knew what I was going to be signing. I would highly recommend the staff at Garvey and plan to continue business there in the future!

He's always helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure that your experience at Garvey is informative and makes sure you are treated with respect and kindness.
