I took my car in for and inspection and two my surprise it didn't pass, but Brandon took care of me and had the repairs to pass inspection done quickly and at a fair price. Quick and honest as always. I highly recommend!!

Would highly recommend! After a nightmare experience elsewhere and multiple attempts to fix this horrible clicking noise in my car, as well as an obnoxiously loud noise that sounded like a small Cessna trying to take flight.... I ended up at G & G based on a recommendation from a friend. The staff was attentive and very polite and I was impressed with their operations. If you spend more than 5 minutes there you'll see these people put in their work. They do book out, but great work always does. Keep that in mind when you're being impatient. Was very happy and felt my money was well spent. Will definitely be utilizing their services again. It's worth the drive.

This place is fantastic for tire change over in the spring and fall. I have been going here for a very long time. About 20 years at least. Great customer service and great work. They do other services as well like brakes and suspension. They order tires and take care of the old ones. If you need storage for your tires, they can do that as well. I highly recommend them

These guys are fantastic!! We limped into town on the spare on the way home from Canada and despite being very busy, they managed to patch our flat and get us back on our way within half an hour. Very very impressed and grateful!

They do definitely do good work however, I was not impressed with how rude the person I was talking to on the phone was. Saying things like did you not understand what I just said? , I was expressing my confusion as to not being able to schedule an appointment for my boyfriend, as I had just gotten an appointment for my tires a couple weeks prior. Coming from a soon to be business owner, this is definitely not how I would talk to my clients. I will be spending my money else where in the future.

Been going here since 1991. Have been treated like family since day 1. Trustworthy, honest, helpful people. Have even watched the family grow up and now 2 out of the three boys work by their fathers side!! I showed up for a inspection but was at the wrong place, I'm not from the area. They were great and took me right in anyways! Thanks so much guys for the good and fast service.Went for the 2nd time and they were great again. Had me in and out in no time! Friendly as always.

Incredible fast service. I did not have to wait. I arrived 10 mins early for my appointment. I was serviced right away. Took 30 mins to change, balance and install 4 tires onto the car. The service manager was very friendly and attentive to make sure the customer did not have to wait unnecessarily. My only issue was the mags was torque a little too tight. They should have used a torque wrench to finish the job instead of the power tool. Price was very fair compered to their rival (Warren Tires)Service: Auto tire replacement

All at G AND. G are excellent at what they do. They inform you of what is going on and work through every situation with information to the customer!!!! Robin and all who work there help and never ever are stern or grumpy. They are smiling and willing to help always. I would actually give them a hundred star review if I could!!

I called on a Wednesday to get a complete brake job. I dropped my car off on Friday morning at 8 and at 12 it was done with the exact quote given.Thank you to Brandon for the stellar service and great work. They are the Gold Standard in auto repair. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. They are my go to for brakes, oil changes, mufflers, alignment and inspections. Thanks Yall!Another visit July 2022. Muffler making a loud noise and got right in withing a few days. Brandon took care of me and called to tell me I needed 4 tires and took care of the muffler noise with a bolt and clamp set.Cars running great and tires were very affordable. Thanks again G&G!!Yearly car inspection done today. Called, appointment made, 8am ready for me. Friendly, efficient and out the door in great time. Thanks again G&G. Another year and my only garage I will go to. 5 stars as always!! 6/13/2023 Another excellent service appointment. Brandon was,as always, on top of the issue.He is such an asset. Another 5 trip. Thanks as always!!

G & G was great I live out of town but was able to get my tractor tires done remotely no issues fast service good prices. Dont go anywhere else for your tire needs they are the best in Plattsburgh and surrounding areas.

If you need something simple that the main crew can help with then they do great work, never had any issues and good prices!(Just make sure you puy the parts from them or they wont install it).If you get transferred to dean though immediately hangup and call someone else. RIP $>600 for an issue I had to bring the car in twice for only for him to find the actual issue the second time around and still not fix it. Essentially did the same exact thing the second time too, had to call me for me to tell him that those steps were already taken so that he would look further.Services: Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, General repairs, Wheel alignment, A/C installation & repair, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Super helpful. I had a leak in my tire three other local businesses turn me down. I went to them. They were busy, but he still took care of me and had me out of there within an hour. On my way to work.

G&G provided the highest level of customer service and auto repair service I have received as a car owner. Took the time to explain the services they were providing, costs involved and time needed.
