So I ve been in the run around with many mechanics in plattsburgh & it s surrounding areas. But Dean at g&g muffler is easily the best one. He calls you daily with updates, price changes, everything. I have an older car, so it needs work often. Every time I m at g&g, they get you in and out VERY quickly & treat you with nothing but respect & honesty. There are many shady mechanics in plattsburgh, but you ll be treated the right way at g&g. I literally can t say anything bad. Definitely go there if you need anything done!

Called up asking for help finding a part. The man on the phone was rude and gruff, and would only give me a price for the part. He refused to give me a manufacturer name or part number, saying he didn t want to disclose that this morning . So he expected me to pay over $400 for a part that I had no idea what the manufacturer or part even was. I have never had a parts store not disclose what they are selling to you. Seems to me they would only do that to protect their incredibly high margins. Needless to say, I ll be buying my parts from a store where I can be informed of what I m buying, and the sales rep is willing to help me make that informed purchase.

Super service, the guys got me in without an appointment. Took care of four tires in less than an hour. Well run business. Will return.
