The office was very accommodating. They arranged to have work done on windshield and washer fluid reservoir same day as I traveled from 50 miles away. They were kind enough to allow me to sit at their desk to do some work on my laptop, and have a guest WiFi. Most importantly they are a family business and staff are friendly and helpful. Minor tweak needed on my wiper blade range of motion but otherwise the car will be serviced one month quicker than I had anticipated.

Dick s always provides great work, and the service is top notch. They actually know, and explain, the insurance process. In today s world of supply side issues and excess demand, they do a great job of explaining where they are in the process and getting work scheduled.

I don't post reviews, but I'll make an exception, because there guys are awesome!Initially, I went to a different shop to inspect my car. Based on a new law, I had to remove the film from my tinted windows. They would charge me $40+tax per window!So, I asked around and ended up at Dick's. They did the inspection, took the film off, and charged me $21 for the whole thing!!!Thanks, guys! I REALLY appreciate it!(So, now I hope you understand why I had to make this exception.)

Had damage to the rocker panel and quarter panel from sliding into a snowbank after a winter storm. Dick's did an amazing job and their staff was very friendly. They required more time than the insurance estimate accounted for, but the quality of work shows in the final product. I will recommend them to anyone in need of body work.

They fix an door electrical issue and damaged my back door and they don t want to take responsibility about the issue! They robbed us!!! And charged a lot of money for nothing!!! Don t recommend this place to anyone they are not professional and they have a worker who looks like he be on drugs all day! He even smokes inside the waiting area!!!Service: Electrical repair
